I hired Karl and Coastal Outdoor Construction to build my pergola. I explained what I was looking for and marked the location were I wanted it built. Karl and his team mapped it out and completed it in one day! Fantastic job as I enjoy my pergola every day. I would recommend Coastal Outdoor Construction to anyone and already have! Coastal did a great job with taking down my chainlink fence and replacing it with a wood fence. They answered the phone every time I called. They gave me a quote on the spot (I didn't have to chase them down for the estimate). They came on time and completed the job quickly. They gave me their professional opinion with some of the more custom parts of my gate. They matched part of my gate to my existing deck perfectly. A few months later part of my gate started to drag and they immediately came out to adjust it. Very nice people. A great experience overall!

I was very pleased with how our wood fence turned out. They replaced a 400+ foot fence along the side of our property. The fence is much straighter, more level, and nicer looking than the original fence it replaced.

Karl also had a great idea to install a "rot board" on the bottom of the fence, which should give it greater longevity, as our old fence was rotting from the ground up due to moisture from the ground.

The guys on his crew were respectful of our property and cleaned up everything nicely when they were done. I would definitely call them again for any fence issues. I am currently planning on having them do other projects for us.

I would use them again and will recommend to friends.

Coastal Outdoor Construction did a fantastic job installing the 400 SQFT. paver patio in my backyard. I am so happy we decided to add the pergola as well. It really ads a nice spot to sit on the summer days. I highly recommend this company!

The workmanship is superior and the materials used are first rate. These folks show up when scheduled and complete the job without delay. Karl added 500 sq feet of outdoor living space with my amazing deck! Many custom features include LED lighting on a timer, cable inserts and extra wide steps.

Karl and Phillip were great help with picking the design for the deck we had built by them. The wife and I really did not know what we wanted and they were kind enough to get us quote for a wood and composite deck. The crew did great. The deck turned out just as it was drawn up. We recently used Coastal Outdoor Construction for a paver patio install in our backyard. After getting quotes from 4-5 companies in the area, I was most impressed and comfortable with Coastal, particularly Phillip and Ivy. They also offer a rendering process which was hugely beneficial to us so that we could ensure all of the small details were right and our furniture fit in the area. They did a great job on the install and it was very quick. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for outdoor construction help!

We used Coastal Outdoor Construction for the design and construction of a pavered pool deck and wood deck connecting to our house after having another contractor install a pool. While the experience with our pool contractor was fraught with questions and frustration, the whole process with Coastal Outdoor Construction, from consult, to design, to coordination with our pool contractor, to construction of the finished product was entirely painless and exceeded our expectations.

Karl was involved at each step to ensure we received our dream backyard, working together with his excellent designer, Ivy, our concept was completely captured with some excellent suggestions for improvement. Karl was involved throughout the project to oversee on a regular basis that the backyard was coming together as designed and providing solutions and potential improvements as the construction progressed, all to ensure our satisfaction was met.

We are delighted with the transformation of our backyard and Coastal Outdoor Construction was completely integral to that. We have received so many compliments on how well our backyard has improved, and we definitely agree! Best of all our project was delivered on time and under budget! We hired Costal Outdoor in October last year. We got about 70% done with replacing the deck ourselves before we realized that we didn't have a solid blue print for the ideas we had. Indy and his team came in and not only finished where we left off, but built us this custom bench with built in side tables, and bar top handrail! They knocked out the work in 2 days. They were also so funny and pleasant to work with and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend for all your outdoor needs!

My paver patio and walkway came out amazing! I cannot recommend this team enough. My backyard looks totally different now and I’m so impressed with the quality and skill of the entire crew. They were also out here working in 100 degree heat. Give this company your business ASAP. I’ll definitely be doing more work with them.

We are so thrilled with our new deck!!

We recently hired Coastal Outdoor Construction to build a new wooden back deck for our 100+ Year house, when our old concrete one unexpectedly cracked and caved in. I am overjoyed to say that at every step in the process we were thoroughly impressed with Coastal. The quality of both materials and craftsmanship went way beyond what we were expecting, and their attention to small details (many of which I would never have thought to ask about) was top notch. I very much appreciated that the workers communicated any details or questions to me right away, so that I had important input at every stage of construction. And every employee I met was genuinely easy to work with and super friendly.

As I sit here now, enjoying my beautiful, solid new deck, I can wholeheartedly recommend Coastal. Hands down the best experience we’ve had with a home remodeling contractor. Wyatt and his team built a custom cable railing for our unusually-shaped, large deck. We spoke with probably five or six contractors in the DFW area before finding ROS. They were the only ones who could customize and source the materials, plan and design and install everything. Believe it or not, this is hard to find all-in-one! The process was so easy from start to finish and the final product - well, we can’t stop looking at our beautiful new, kid-friendly deck. We highly recommend them for any project!

I highly recommend Reformed Outdoor Structures. They designed and built an amazing Carport/Cabana (Carbana) for our home in August 2020. I just sit back and stare at how good it looks!
