Pasquale was fantastic. We asked to have a deck and patio added to our home as well as some landscaping. His quote was reasonable for the work we wanted done, and he is very responsive. He and his crew were respectful and professional, and they completed the project on time. We felt he was always honest and provided a prompt solution for us when we discovered termite damage in part of our wall at the beginning of the project. Everything turned out beautifully and we can’t wait to start using it. I’d highly recommend and we’ll be using him for any other outdoor projects we may have in the future!

PCT Enterprise installed a fence in my backyard and our family is very happy with the results. Pasquale was responsive, and knowledgeable about acquiring permits and township approval. His crew worked quickly and respected the property. I'll use PCT in the future and recommend their services to anyone.

We hired PCT Enterprise to replace our existing deck, add a roof & screened in area to the one half of it. From beginning to end they were fantastic to work with! We’ve worked with other contractors on different projects in the past & I can honestly say PCT has been the best one. Pasquale & everyone on his team is respectful, honest about pricing & timelines, & detail oriented. When we first decided to replace the deck, we had an idea of what we wanted to do & he helped us design it & pick out the materials. He kept us informed throughout the zoning, permit & the construction process. All questions we had were answered, options were explained, & no decision was made without our input.

I can’t express enough how happy we are with Pasquale from PCT Enterprise. He did a fantastic job extending our deck, building stairs and giving us high quality. The deck is absolutely beautiful from the flooring to the railings and we are so excited to use it. He’s personable, responsive and dedicated to his work. He does a beautiful job and we are so glad we found him to do our deck! If you need a deck, patio or any work like that then he’s your guy!

PCT Fence was incredible to work with & I’d recommend their services to all of our friends and family! We got a 6ft fence installed. The team was organized, kind, and got the job done quickly!

Shoutout to the guys over at PCT Enterprise. Pasquale and his crew did an amazing job on our deck/re-deck. It was a pretty big project and Pasquale and his team were able to recreate exactly what me and my family wanted. A beautiful place to relax with the family. Pasquale communicated with me throughout the project. He was professional yet easy to talk to. He made sure he understood what I wanted for both decks. PCT was amazing from the quote process to the completion of our backyard project. Pasquale made this entire process seamless. Reasonable pricing and top tier work. Completely changed our backyard. Everything we wanted from our initial idea, we got that and more. All workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. I really have no complaints. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. They get it done. And fast!! Pretty much did our deck, roof, and concrete through super cold weather in no time.

Had a great experience with Pasquale and the whole crew that was out. Great communication from the initial quote, addition of addition items and weather restrictions. We got a deck, with roof, and a fence around our yard, with a railing added onto our front porch. The finished product is fantastic and we’re looking forward to using our yard and deck for years to come.

Emtrak helped with the design and construction of my new deck. Karl made suggestion regarding details I had not considered. The craftsmanship is top notch. I highly recommend Emtrak.

The owner is kind but one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, they destroyed my closet that was under my back porch stairs and didn’t even fix it now I have water leaking into my house or even birds coming in. I’ve contacted them about it MULTIPLE times but they never responded after they said the would come multiple times but never did. Truly unprofessional. My entire family have been contacting them but they have not responded to anybody. On top of that the porch is probably one of the worst cheap qualities ever the stairs are literally falling apart without any help. My two year old sister literally touched the railing and it broke. What a shame I would never recommend this company to anybody.

We worked with Emtrack Construction to have our front porch replaced in Oak Park. The crew showed up on time, removed the steps to see what was needed, purchased the supplies and installed the steps and associated material. Emtrack Construction is price competitive and the people do great work.

WOW !! I have been in the construction industry for over 42 years and now retired I hired EMTRAK construction to remove a large old deck and rebuild a new one from scratch in Elk Grove Village.They are the best and go the extra mile to do a first class job and not charge the extra buck. Dealing with Karl was great and his word was his bond.You can’t go wrong with this family owned business.

Overall great experience! Emtrak built a deck on the back of my house. They completed in less than 3 weeks from the time Karol came out for an estimate, The team was very responsive, professional and efficient. I am very happy with the result, and will be using them for any future needs.

Our back porch needed to be replaced, and Chicago Porch Experts did a beautiful job. Matt was very responsive from the start, and Karl came out to discuss the project and provide a detailed estimate. They were much easier to work with than any of the other contractors we contacted for proposals, and the estimate was competitive. Karl also evaluated the foundation of an extension on our house and provided us with cost saving recommendations. The team was courteous and hard working. The demolition and framing of the new porch were very quick. The finishing took more time than expected due to delays on both sides, but the finished porch is fabulous. We asked for the porch to be screened in and since completion we have been out on the porch almost constantly. Karl even had his team hang a swing on our front porch when I decided I wanted it there instead of on the new porch. We would absolutely use Chicago Porch Experts again for future projects.

I do NOT recommend hiring Chicago Porch Experts.

I’m the president of a condo association for a 6-unit building; we have a three story deck for all six units. We recently hired Chicago Porch Experts by Emtrak Construction to redeck the third floor and then power wash and stain the entire porch. We had a terrible experience.

The primary issue is with communication and organization. The actual work, primarily the redecking, is good, which is saving them from a one-star rating. But they lack the organizational skills to work on a project of this scope.

I’m not going to list out every single incident, but there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the entire process that caused a ton of strife for the building. Lots of my emails went unanswered, and they refused to schedule anything, even when I’d ask for tentative dates, in favor of either showing up unannounced or only giving me 12 hours notice of when work would start. I have to give ample heads up to the building so that they can move their furniture and so that they know they won’t have access to the deck for the day. Despite telling them this, Chicago Porch Experts would not/could not accommodate this. They tried to make things right, I’ll give them credit for that, but it was not sufficient for the amount of issues created.

Out of all the contractors I’ve worked with in my role as president, this is the worst of them by far. I don’t recommend using Chicago Porch Experts if you’re a condo association or anyone looking to have larger work done past simple decks for single family residences.

Emtrack constructed our rooftop trex deck and did a fantastic job. Karl and his team had an excellent attention to detail to build a deck that has totally revitalized our roof space. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Chicago Porch Experts by Emtrak. Our 3rd floor wooden balcony flooring and joists were in need of replacing. Karl and his team did a great job. Karl was responsive and his team arrived on time and completed the project quickly. We ended up going with a composite flooring and we are really happy with how it turned out. The price was fair and I will be reaching out to them for future projects. The team was polite and respectful.
