Jerrid does phenomenal work and is an all around good dude. He doesn’t bid the job and send a crew out to do it, he does the build himself.

Jerrid did a wonderful job rebuilding my deck. All the lumber is first rate and handrail is extremely stable and overall aesthetics are fabulous. I would highly recommend Jerrid and team.

We had a great experience with Jerrid and Sunshine Deck n Fence. Jerrid communicated with us every step of the way. He took time to answer our questions and sent many pictures for us to consider. He listened to what we wanted in our deck and gave suggestions to help us keep within our budget. When it came time to find the wood for the deck, Jerrid was very picky. He took the time to find straight boards that were in excellent shape. In fact, after a recent hailstorm, the insurance inspector said he had never seen a deck hold up so well. We told him that we had a great deck builder who knew how to choose good quality wood! Jerrid's crew was reliable, worked hard, and kept the work area clean and organized. We are confident that we will enjoy a beautiful and strong deck for years to come. Thank you, Jerrid!

I can't say enough good things about Jerrid and the amazing deck he built and helped design. From start to finish it was a fantastic experience. He was so easy to work with and fairly priced. There was open communication throughout the entire project. He worked efficiently and kept me informed of the progress along the way. Our new deck looks so good! Jerrid also goes above and beyond. For instance, when he removed our old deck, he noticed our siding had some wood rot that was under the deck. He repaired our siding and even painted the repair before putting our new deck up. I am so happy with my new deck! Jerrid was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my request and had great ideas for a deck plan. I wanted a privacy wall and the wall he designed is just beautiful! I get so many compliments on it. His work is so meticulous. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He will treat your deck like it's his own which you don't see from bigger companies. When he was finished with the project the deck and my yard were spotless. He had everything cleaned up. We had Sunshine Deck tear our and replace two decks. I have never worked with someone who kept me in the loop every step of the way. We constantly knew what was completed and what was planned for the next day. Working in January was tough with rain, snow and single digit temps but it took as many days as Jerrid said and was very close to the estimated cost. The quality of the material, construction and attention to detail is unbelievable. Jerrid also suggested changes that make our new decks so much more fun and usable.
