I contacted Mike about a minor repair to my deck that was built three years ago. His crew promptly and seamlessly fixed a deck board. No charge, no problem. My deck is just is just the best.

I had reached out to Mike at Expert General Contracting about removing my old deck, and replacing with a new one with a permanent roof. He called me back within a day or two, and came out that same week to take a look and give an estimate. Once on his schedule, they arrived promptly in the timeframe I was told they’d likely be able to start the job, and demoed the previous deck within the first three hours. The new frame & roof went up quickly, and the job was done in less than a week and a half. Every time I reached out to Mike, he answered right away, and his team was amazing to deal with on a daily basis. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market to update to their outdoor space. Their work speaks for itself.

Mike was punctual when he arrived for an estimate and his price was fair. Once agreed, I was on the schedule. His team went above and beyond! Even with the snow, they cleared the area and started the work building a roof over my patio, including lights and heaters! They finished on time and on budget. Mike even checked back in once the weather cleared to see if there was anything that needed attention, but, so far, it has not! Recently I had the greatest experience making home improvements! We've all heard the horror stories and advice of caution of being a single mom but let me tell you that having had the privilege of working with Expert General Contractors was truly a breath of fresh air and fully realized dream of adding a deck to my home and yard. He was able to produce measurements, costs, and various examples at our initial estimate and discussion to help fully grasp and translate my visions and expectations into a glorious reality. Within several days my yard was transformed into the exact deck I described to Mike and had always dreamt of having. These guys are the BEST! They are very professional, yet personable people. What started as a kitchen remodel, quickly turned into a catastrophe for me. I called the pros and the rest is history. The Biehl Brothers were on time, and within our budget. Our deck was deemed a hazard, and we needed someone to replace it so our rental property was up to code. They were FANTASTIC! We ended up hiring them for our own house for a complete bathroom remodel, and a new roof. Top notch service pros! One of the best contractors in Cincinnati.

Not sure I can offer a higher recommendation for a company than I can offer for Austin and his team. They are professional, prompt in responding (i.e., both to calls for their services/pricing estimates as well as when it’s time to do the work), customer-focused, and pricing is fair and reasonable.

Working with Greiwe Group was great experience. We had several miscellaneous backyard projects to get our backyard ready for play for 2 small kids. Greiwe group knocked it out quickly! Highly recommend for any large or small project.
