Exterior Additions is an incredible company to work with. From the first meeting with Josh to discuss the scope of what we wanted to do all the way through project completion the process was seamless. Their professionalism and quality of their work is unmatched. Doug, John, Tyler, Jared, Shane, and everyone else that worked with us on our deck were the absolute best! We couldn’t be happier with the finished project and highly recommend EA for any deck or porch needs!

Simply the best!! Doug and the entire Exterior Additions team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We were in need of replacing our deck and wanted a covered porch and patio area. Having a degree in design and working as a project manager in the contract world, I knew what I wanted and had a certain level of expectations. From the very beginning working with Josh and Tyler on project details and layout, I knew we had found the right contractor. They handled permitting and brought all the right players to the team, including a patio sub-contractor.

Doug and his team arrived to build the covered porch and we were immediately impressed. They communicated, were organized and kept our property clean. Every day, tools were put away, materials neatly stacked and Shane made a weekly trash haul for debris. Living in a neighborhood with an HOA, this was very important. We never once had to ask them to clean anything up. It was automatically done. If we ever had questions, Doug was right there with an answer. He has high expectations (and a perfect amount of perfectionism) that further solidified we had made the right decision to use EA. His level of experience and attention to detail is impressive and not something you often find.

Jared, the project manager, kept check on the project, kept us in the loop and at the end, came out and pressure washed everything down. Every sub contractor they used was top notch. Even the building inspector commented positively on them. That alone says a lot!

I can honestly say that working with the Exterior Additions team on our project far exceeded our expectations.

We had the best experience with Exterior Additions. We knew our second story porch would be a big project but they nailed it and every step along the way was seamless. Tyler helped us with initial design aspects and was always available to answer questions along the way. Doug and his team were so easy to work with. We had Exterior Additions build our porch in 2017, and we’re still thrilled with it after all these years. The Trex decking has held up beautifully with almost no maintenance, the Eze-Breeze windows make the space super flexible across seasons, and the Infratech heaters turn it into a porch we can actually use year-round.

It’s one of our most-used spaces and still looks great. We’d absolutely recommend Exterior Additions to anyone considering a porch or outdoor living project.

We are on year two of having our enclosed ezebreeze sunroom. And it is still as fabulous as one one. Exterior Additions did an amazing job and the three man crew was exceptional. Our 20x20 foot room is excellent for entertaining and relaxing. Tyler and the team built it to our needs and specifications. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again for any future project.

We had a fantastic experience with Exterior Additions. They quoted us for a complete back porch build along with a new stamped concrete patio. They were extremely transparent about their bid and the type of work they would commit to. We chose them for the job after speaking to a handful of other companies. I’ve now worked with Exterior Additions three separate times over the past 10 years — first on a porch at my previous home, then on my mother’s home, and currently on my own house again — and that alone probably says more than anything else I could write.

Having Exterior Additions complete my backyard covered patio was the best decision I could have made. Every person involved was first class. Each person treats this project like there own. There was Tyler/Josh helping get your dream to come to life, Shane being there in an instant to help with getting all the paperwork finished, or Ed's top notch concrete performance. Jared helped as the project manager overall and was always available to answer. Steve helping on the electrical/lighting made my backyard come to life.

These guys were incredibly responsive, professional, and made you feel like your project was their number 1 priority. If you have any doubts in who to go with, choose Exterior Additions. Just be ready for how fast they can knock out your project! Incredible experience!

We have had Exterior Additions build two porches for us and both experiences have been great! The first porch was a covered concrete patio at our first house and the second an EzeBreeze enclosed porch at our current house that we absolutely love. The current porch is much more than a porch but an extension of our house that we get so many compliments on. Exterior Additions is easy to work with and reasonably priced…we recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend Exterior Additions! We are thrilled with our “four season” porch. It turned out beautifully and with the EZ Breeze windows and heaters we are enjoying it even on the coldest days. Communication was great from estimate to completion. No big project is without a hiccup or two; what matters is the response, and they were always quick to respond and resolve.
