Project #2 with Archadeck of Charlotte. Once again, an outstanding job by the entire Archadeck staff and trades. An outstanding job done by all to complete our outdoor entertainment space with the addition of the pergola, and most important outdoor surround kitchen. The job started on time and was also completed on time. Hats off to the Patio and surround kitchen crew, the pergola crew to include the ceiling installers were spot on in their area of expertise. Finally, the electrical and gas crew completed the job and ensured we were completely satisfied.

We had a very good experience using Archadeck to convert our deck into a sunroom. Our design consultant guided us through the planning stage and kept us informed as we proceeded through the construction phase. When we needed a variance from the town, he accompanied us to the meeting and helped us to get approval.
The workers were on time and did excellent quality work. The materials were also high quality. I highly recommend them.

Archadeck of Charlotte is an amazing company to work with. Not only were they fabulous when they designed and installed my deck 10 years ago, but when I reached out to them regarding replacement of the clamshell deck lighting and a small dry rot area, they resolved both matters quickly and efficiently. It was wonderful to have a company be so responsive and to make the repairs promptly. Archadeck is a company that is easy to do business with.

Our experience with Archadeck of Charlotte was beyond our expectations. From the initial consultation until the punch list was completed, we felt like craftsmen were building an addition for their own homes. Already this summer, we have enjoyed time every day on our new porch. Our deck was nice, but our porch has been a lifestyle changer. Can’t say enough about the professionalism, workmanship, and customer service with Archadeck of Charlotte from start to finish. The finished product was exactly as we hoped. Even better. A few months after the project was completed, I discovered some damage to a few of the railings. Without hesitation, Michael sent an installer out within a few days and totally replaced the damaged sections under warranty! That kind of customer service is getting rare these days. Also, I can’t say enough about Mike (the installer) who performed the repairs. An excellent craftsman and gentleman. He had the work completed in no time. Our experience with Archadeck was exactly what we were looking for - well managed and responsive from start to end. We are enjoying the new space.

Archadeck installed a beautiful patio with vinyl windows a few years ago and we needed a few repairs. We were pleased to see that their carpenter was Mike who we had before. Mike does an amazing job, and truly knows what he is doing! We really enjoy our patio, and Archadeck stands by their work!

Archadeck of Charlotte built the screened porch in 2008 from first owner when I purchased the home in 2014. We replaced old screens to newer thick one ourselves due to age, sun, bugs getting in especially stinkbugs and cats, few of the plastic strips cracked and broke when we put them back together.

Couple wks ago, I reached out to Archadeck about replacements of the strips to hold screen in them and provided photos through email. I wasn't sure if the owner had a warranty through them and gave them information. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Spoke w the manager Rebecca and few other managers, they offered to come to fix and replace couple strips at no charge.

Mike came out this afternoon and he had the job done quickly like in 20 mins. Looks much better now and is sturdy as it should be. Mike did a wonderful job. Very professional and pleasant. We are very satisfied.

Although it wasn’t a large job or anything, I wasn’t charged for the work. I have a ton of respect for new companies that took over and take pride in their work. Also, they know the value of what they do and make customers happy especially from previous homeowners changed to new homeowners.

Will definitely follow up with them if we ever need anything repaired to the screened porch or replace whole thing in future. Archadeck was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job. If you’re considering working with them, I’d definitely recommend it! We're extremely happy with Archadeck.

Hire Doug and his team at Exterior Additions for an extraordinary experience if you plan to build a screened in porch. He is professional, fair, a great communicator, competitively priced and he takes the time to listen to your wants and needs.

Their work is meticulous with an amazing attention to detail. The screened in porch and patio has been an incredible addition to our home and lifestyle. Bug free in the warm weather and with the infrared heaters and EzeBreeze system on the windows & door, enjoyed in the colder months as well.

There may be a wait for the project to start, but believe me, it is worth the wait!

From the moment the salesman came out, Exterior Additions stood out as an amazing company. Their quote process was very easy. Every cost was itemized and easy to understand. Our clear choice was to work with them and we are so pleased we did. We added a screened deck to the main level of our basement home. We chose to utilize helical piers for stability. The whole building process went very smoothly and progressed timely. Any time we had a question or concern, it was promptly and satisfactorily addressed. We have been enjoying our beautiful screened deck for a few months now and are 100% satisfied with it. There is never even a bug that gets in. We would without hesitation whole heartedly recommend Exterior Additions. They are providing a real service to our community by being superior to work with.

The guys are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They were upfront with the schedule and right on target with the timing to start and finish construction. Communication throughout the process was excellent! We didn’t really know what we wanted and Josh guided us through the decisions based on how we wanted to use it. The best decision we made was adding heaters to our porch so we can use it all winter. We use it more than our family room. I just wish we had done it sooner!!

Having our porch completed has truly changed how we live in our home! We opted for the EZ Breeze windows, a wood burning fire place with gas starter and built in heater. Josh, Tyler, Jared, Shane, Mike and Dustin were all professional, very responsive and friendly to work with. The site was very well maintained and we were kept aware of steps of the project. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough positive things about Exterior Additions! We have lived in two homes in Charlotte and added a screened in porch in the first home after being in it for a few years and wondered why we didn't do it sooner! When we moved into a new home, calling Exterior Additions was one of the first things we did because we knew how much we would miss the extended living area. We added a second story screened in porch as soon as possible (with heaters and fans) and literally spend time out there daily. Do not skimp - invest in the heaters! When it gets chilly in Charlotte, we turn them on and are still able to sit outside comfortably, even on the coldest day! 10/10 recommend this company!

We contacted Exterior Additions because they were a licensed dealer for the EZ Breeze windows we wanted. I used their online project builder and estimator and their price was +10% less than 3 other bids we received. I contacted the company and they came out immediately and provided a specific quote within a couple hundred dollars of the online estimate

We were told up front that the project would take 3 months to start based on their backlog but that once they started it would be done quickly. They were right. The entire deck was framed out in less then two days and complete save for the windows in a week. The windows were ordered, arrived on time, and promptly installed.

This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They were responsive, on time, on budget, and do great work. I can not recommend them more.
