Prime Outdoor knocked this project out of the park! We had a great experience working with them and our new screened-in deck looks amazing. Nick was extremely helpful throughout the process and worked with us to stay within our budget. Elio and his crew are masters of their craft, great attention to detail and you can tell they are very experienced builders. Needless to say we are very happy with this company’s work and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality outdoor project.

Prime Outdoor Living did an incredible job building our new deck! This was a complicated and fairly big deck project, requiring a large cantilever over our garage door, and close attention to the limitations of our house design and a tricky hillside lot. Careful engineering, load calculations and materials research was required - not a “paint by numbers deck” by any means. Several reputable contractors bid on this, but Nick and his team were incredibly responsive and creative from the start. They won our business with a design solution that was unique and at a budget that beat other bidders. Their on site build team was professional and worked quickly to complete the project. We couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend Prime Outdoor to anyone looking for an innovative and truly professional partner for their next major project!

We had Prime Outdoor Living to replace our existing sunroom with a terrace/ deck and that turned out to be the best decision ever. From design to installation all tasks were carried out through a simple in-house workflow system and that was useful in giving an overview of timeline and tasks to be undertaken by all parties involved. Nick was very helpful and responsive in giving us valuable input in the earlier design phase since the requirement was to extend the existing depth by another 2ft+. The installation crew was professional, and we were particularly impressed when they offered their recommendation to do more painting on the window frame just to make the deck design look better even though the frame is below the deck (where it is not usually noticeable). We would not hesitate to recommend Prime's service to anyone who are looking to do any type of home improvement projects and they're certainly on the top of our list for the next house project in the pipeline!

The professionalism and support of the entire team throughout the process was wonderful. The sales team was on point and knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. The construction team was considerate of our space and did a great job. The overall product is far superior to what we expected and hoped for! A great outdoor living space made possible by a great company and team.

I would highly recommend Archadeck. The quality of their products and workmanship was excellent. Recently one of the windows needed repair and I took it in. Michael Homewood dropped what he was doing and made the repair so I didn’t have to return.

Believe it or not, our back porch from Archadeck of Charlotte saved my daughter's life. Back in September of 2017 when Charlotte got hit with the bands of Hurricane Irma, a 4 ton, 120 ft poplar tree fell from our neighbors yard onto our house. The tree fell across our back porch and landed on our 5 year old daughter's room while she was in there. Thank goodness for Archadeck's solid construction and sturdy choice of building materials... the back porch took the brunt of the tree weight and kept the tree from crashing in on her. We loved our back porch by Archadeck already, but after that, we would ONLY have Archadeck do the re-build. It took a few months to get back on the schedule with them, but we know it was worth the wait.

We LOVE our new porch! Everything was done with professionalism. Was updated daily on the project, which was so appreciated! It is not a fast project. Be sure to expect a methodical process to get it done right. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL!

I contracted with Archadeck to build a screened in porch over an existing patio slab. They also installed an outdoor grille. They gave me a good price and advised on the total length of the project being a bit longer due to custom screens and windows. Long story short, they had some delays like all projects but they finished on time. The quality of the work is excellent. We are very satisfied.

We love our new Pergola with underdecking! We contacted Archadeck and asked them to redeck the flooring of our original deck and add a pergola with an underdecking system so we could install a ceiling fan and enjoy our deck year round free from the elements. They walked through our specifications in the showroom, planned our project, did professional woodwork, and we have enjoyed our new outdoor living space since then. Thanks Archadeck!

The measure of any good contractor is not whether the job gets done perfectly, but what happens when the inevitable flaws pop up during the course of construction. By that measure, the folks at Archadeck get five stars, plus.
We are loving our porch addition. The subcontractors hired by them for the most part were on-time and professional, and whenever they were less than satisfactory, the supervisor in our Archadeck make sure things are right.
We would recommend any homeowner who is contemplating an outdoor space at least allow them to bid on any project. Indeed, we may be adding a patio and a pergola in the years ahead, and when that happens, we will certainly call them back to see what they can offer.

If you're looking for honest, dependable, friendly, truthful service and excellent workmanship, Archadeck is the best! They will do their best to accommodate your wishes. Our deck was installed over ten years ago by Archadeck and has held up wonderfully. I noticed some wear and tear issues and I called Archadeck to see if they would be able to help and was in contact with Mike. He listened, made suggestions and arraigned for someone to come out and make the repairs. I highly recommend Archadeck because they are a company that will stand behind their workmanship.

This is our second Archadeck deck. The first one lasted 30 years! We chose a composite material for the new one and are very happy with it. Keith was patient with us and answered all our questions and gave great advice on design. He listened to our needs and delivered! Allie in the office gave us email updates daily so we always knew what to expect during demo and construction. The construction crew was fantastic. We are very pleased with our new deck!

I just want to give a shout out to Mark Norton at Archadeck and the Archadeck crew that just finished up our Patio extension! If you're thinking about doing a patio extension, I highly recommend using them! They underpromised and over delivered at every turn for our project! They were Professional and when we had any concerns at all, they were quickly addressed with no issues at all! I honestly don't have anything but good things to say about them!! Archadeck added onto my existing patio and built a beautiful fire pit as well as a gorgeous pergola! I am so pleased with how everything turned out. They were professional from start to finish and were always available to answer my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!). I 100% recommend doing business with Archadeck.

We used Archadeck to fully remodel an old screened in porch into a new twice-the-size, screenless deck with composite flooring and all new railing. We spent hours during the initial design appointment with Alex making sure every question was answered and every detail was decided on. We were on a pretty tight timeline to get the projected completed, and they worked really hard to accommodate our schedule. The finished product is very high quality and is exactly what we pictured. Would use them again in the future and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
