I am extremely happy with the service I received from I D Electric. I was installing a gas insert in my fireplace and needed power run, which included drilling through the brick in my fireplace. I also had two new outlets installed.
I sent an online message and got a response that day, and had an estimate by the following day. The work was done just a couple of days later, and everything was done professionally and per code. The price was very reasonable. And I even got a call the evening after the work was done just to make sure everything was right. I would HIGHLY recommend I D Electric to anyone needing electrical work in their home.

They did a great job with our screen porch. The team is pleasant to work with and they make sure you get exactly what you want. We are very happy with the end result. Would strongly recommend.

Johnny is the ultimate professional. He stayed at my home until my difficult job was complete. They left all work areas clean. And sent a very detailed invoice, so there was no question to what we were being charged for. I would gladly recommend ID Electric to all my friends and family.

Nicolay is very knowledgeable, professional, and addressed our concerns throughout the build. His crew left the site organized and clean at the end of every day and they were very meticulous on the fit and finish details. Prime Decks was a pleasure to work with from the permitting process through completion and we are very happy with our Trex deck.

Would highly recommend this company for your electrical needs. We had a need to run a 50amp outlet and disconnect box to the back of our house. They walked me through the options (running the wire inside and outside) as well as the pros and cons of each option. They also walked me through some of the regulations that are being considered/adhered to which was appreciated. They were very reasonably priced and he is extremely responsive via phone and text. We had to move their appointment 3 times due to conflicts with scheduling of another contractor that was out of our control and they were very flexible and accommodating on schedule.

I found Prime Decks with a Google Search. Nikolay responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to meet me the same day. What originally was just going to be adding stairs to our two-story deck, rapidly transformed into replacing the entire existing wood deck with Timbertech boards. The work was flawless! I reiterated to Nik several times “I want NICE” and his team went above and beyond. I’ve never had day laborers start at 8am and work past 3pm— these guys worked through lunch and stayed well past 5pm while it was still light out. They also came on the weekend to finish up the job.
I had an existing stone patio that was going to be disjointed from where the new stairs landed. Nik’s stone subcontractor reconfigured the patio to look like it was always part of the landscape.
Quality work, very professional team that works hard to finish the job efficiently.

Johnny at ID Electric was highly professional and did excellent work. He's honest, straight-forward, very proficient at what he does. We had some very challenging work requirements and he completed the projects with my highest satisfaction. There are many out there who try to rack up the bill and propose/quote on things that far exceed the requirements, some are even plain excessive/overboard -- Johnny recommended what's most optimal and was conscious of our budget. Also unlike many contractors, Johnny and crew showed up exactly when he said they would, two out of two visits !! I will certainly recommend him to my friends.

We are extremely satisfied with Prime Decks and Nikolay Jantic in particular. His communications were top notch. His guys were here exactly when he said they would be. We knew precisely how long the project would take. The craftsmanship is really great. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I couldn’t say enough good things about Prime Decks.

We hired them to connect our new hot tub to the electrical panel. They were really responsive to our request for work and were kind enough to do the install within a few days of our initial phone call (even though it was right before Thanksgiving!) The tub is working great, and they did an excellent job of running the power lines discreetly under ground and under the tub. Their prices were very reasonable and they were easy to communicate with before and during the job. I highly recommend ID Electric!

Prime Deck performed an excellent and very professional replacement of our deck. The project turned out great and Nick, the sales/design manager, was very responsive to our questions and quickly resolved any issues. Thanks Prime Deck for a job well done!!!

There just aren't words to describe our experience with Nick, Norma and the whole team. Outstanding does not even begin to cover it. Relatively simple new build elevated 12x12 deck with 12 feet of privacy screen and a hybrid wood/trex set up. Took our HOA 3 times longer to approve than it took this team to get the work done. The price (well less than I was expecting), the speed of the work (probably a combined 3 full days total at most), and the quality work is second to none. All the little details (cocktail size top rails) and the diligence that went into making sure everything was perfect were all there. Our family would recommend this team to anyone for their deck needs. Easily best of the best!!!

I chose PRIMEDECKS after reviewing feedback on Consumer Checkbook. Note: they had changed their name. Nick, the project manager, was timely, professional, gave a fair and exact estimate, and the construction team was quick to start and finish my Trex deck in about two weeks—including permits and inspections. I was so pleased, I had them replace the railing with Trex in my terraced backyard. I look forward to a great spring and summer with my new deck.

Fantastic experience! Our new composite deck looks wonderful. Nikolay was incredibly knowledgeable and addressed all the small problems that arose with our deck in such a tight space. The crew that came to work on the deck were polite, tidy and very hard-working. Out of the five estimates we got, prime decks gave the quickest build time and their pricing was competitive. Nikolay was present when the crew began working, and at the end of the project did a post-project inspection. We had absolutely no problems throughout the entire experience. I would use prime decks again and I would recommend them as well.

The customer service was exceptional as well. We doubled the size of our deck, and we couldn't be happier with the result. My wife and I are extremely particular, and the team delivered exceptional work. All of my neighbors have dropped compliments and asked about the builder. If you're looking for a quality deck with true expertise from the people you work with, I highly recommend Prime Decks. Hands down, they're the best! Oh.. can't forget to add that we love the Trex material!!!

Jake from Prime Decks was so great to work with on our deck project. He is responsive and took the time to make sure we were completely happy every step of the way. He was transparent on every aspect and actually listened to our ideas. We got many estimates and none were as thorough as Jake's. Every single question we had was answered almost immediately. Their work is also impeccable. I could not recommend Prime Decks enough!

I wish I could give more stars! Jake and his team were awesome!! They took away and replaced the old wood deck and put down composite and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Jake went above and beyond with suggestions on ideas that might look good - privacy side (since the neighbors are close); gate at the top of the stairs; solar lights, etc. The quote was right in the middle of all the ones I received. Not the cheapest but 1000% worth it!!! Excellent communication. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My husband and I reached out to over half a dozen different companies to replace our 30 year old wood deck with Trex, and ultimately we decided to move forward with Prime Decks and it was a wonderful experience. Nick was very thorough and committed to making sure everything was completed to perfection. The crew was here every day from sun up to sun down and worked with incredible skill and speed. Occasionally we encountered unforseen issues, as you'd expect with any project, and Nick and Renaldo went above and beyond to ensure creative solutions to meet the goal.

There was a time we had considered trying to tackle the work ourselves, but watching these men work their magic, it's clear what took them a couple of weeks would've easily taken us a year! I would highly recommend Prime Decks and would certainly use them again for any building projects.
