Well the owner hung up on me after trying to price gouge me on my deck saying it would cost $9,500 for a ground level deck, no stairs, no railings. Roughly $2,000 in materials leaving me with a $7,500 labor fee that is astronomical. Very unprofessional to hang up on a possible customer.

The work and price are not matching..over charged and poorly done..now he won't answer to fix his mess..NEVER get them again

Built my first deck one year ago! My deck looks amazing! Saw his commercial and 7am called and at 9am estimate that evening, and had my first party on my new deck 3 weeks later! I would definitely rate him a 5!

CrossCut Decks just took an awkward backyard spot and made it into a great place to hang out! Can't wait to have a cookout! Excellent workmanship on a beautiful deck with wrap around benches. Wish we would have called Shane years ago. I highly recommend you give them a call if you've been thinking about adding a deck.

Cross Cut decks did a fantastic job removing our old deck and building a beautiful new one.
We appreciated their creativity to improve our deck into a work of art. That was in response to our request to remove a railing and in its place install some seating. They included a little "end table" in the center of that seating area which has already come in handy when we celebrated our new deck.
When I noticed one board was not screwed down, they responded quickly to send someone out to remedy that issue.

I intend to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Shane’s crew did a great job of removal of the old deck and construction of the new one. I will tell you they are one of the FEW in the Toledo area that you can find to do a big deck. I did much research before hiring them. Very pleased.

Great company! Owner Shane is honest, friendly and an overall great guy to work with. He came by our home and that same day drew up a quick sketch of our future deck. Shane listened to what we wanted an used his knowledge and expertise to give us our beautiful deck. In fact he exceeded our expectations, the deck is FANTASTIC! We have a large (mini dancefloor) deck that does not take over the backyard. We are outside everyday enjoying our beautiful deck. Thank you again Shane and team

Just had Crosscut Decks tear down and rebuild the wood deck at the house. Shane and his crew were excellent. Paid extremely close attention to every detail of the project. The quality of the deck they built could not have been better, from the materials used to the workmanship they demonstrated. Very friendly and cooperative crew. Highly recommend them.

Had an old deck that wasn't functional and reached out to Crosscut Decks for an estimate. After talking with Shane onsite, hearing his ideas, and his no BS approach, I selected them to replace our deck and I don't regret it. I appreciated Shane's straight forwardness, and now that the deck is done, all I can say is wow! They knocked it out of the park! My new deck is now usable and looks amazing. Their crew is professional and friendly. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Love our new deck, and now I look forward to sitting outside. Just had crosscut put in a deck for my above ground pool. Shane, Tony and crew got me on the schedule fast and had it finished in 2 days. They built it exactly as I had asked and at a great price. Absolutely love the deck, and can't wait for next summer after it's stained and get full use of it. The crew were very professional and friendly and do excellent work. Highly recommend this company. Warnick used their knowledge and expertise to grade and re-gravel my long driveway. They cut in so the gravel would not spill out over time, and took time to angle my drive down to my garage to ensure water drainage is appropriate. I'm very happy with the end product and know it'll last for years to come. Looking forward to using them for other larger projects around my property.
