Chris Warnick, the owner, is friendly, diligent and exhaustive in his efforts to perfection.
We were turned down by a more expensive (self-proclaimed) landscaping company due to the job being too labor-intensive.
Chris didn't blink an eye at the size of the job and doesn't mind doing it in sections. He has finished the first of many projects being the building a retaining wall. It's not just a plain wall. It's beautiful what he's done.
His crew are awesome and nice guys. They are respectful of my property and are happy to explain anything I had questions about. Chris was always available to take my call if I had concerns but I didn't usually have to call him because even as the owner, he was usually right there working with the crew.

Excellent service. I had a small driveway that needed regrading and resurfacing and Warnick did an excellent job. They handled everything from materials to excavating to hauling away the trash at the end. Before and after photos.

Great local family landscaping company. Chris and Stephen Warnick were great to work with and Chris K is a creative and skilled landscaper who has a real passion in his work. Highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

Wow, what a great experience! The Warnick team was great from conceptualization to project completion. Steve and Chris are a father and son team who came to my home, listening to our needs and wants, then creating detailed renderings of what would be delivered. I have to say, it is remarkable how this technology enhances the overall experience.

We recently had Warnick Complete Land Management build a deck and patio for us with stone steps and a hot tub pad. It was a huge project and I was nervous to spend the money. Not only was Warnick the lowest bid, but I am confident they did far more than any other company would have done. They took my dreams and improved them ten fold and then made them a reality.

Every person who worked on the job was a pleasure to work with. They were all professional, kind, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and did amazing work. They went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with the result. They had great ideas and if something didn’t end up working out, they made sure the change was better than what we originally planned.

We were very impressed and would definitely trust Warnick with future jobs. We highly recommend them for whatever you have planned.

They installed a French drain in our backyard. They were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They said it would take two days and it did! It looks better than when they started. I highly recommend them for any job.

I hired Walker Place to stain my aging deck and they made it look like new. “JJ” showed up on time, worked hard and did an excellent job. I was happy to see he used “Cabot”, a high quality stain. I would recommend Walker Place LLC.

JJ and his crew did a great job on two retaining walls and set of block stairs. He kept up with communication at each step and had creative solutions when we ran into any problems in the process (we had some wonky measurements with the stairs, and the walls each needed extra finesse in the planning). It was a huge investment for my family and we felt comfortable with JJ, knowing he’d get the job done and wasn’t scared of some hiccups. I appreciate his genuine, relationship-based approach to business and we are having him out again next week to talk about another project. Thank you JJ!
