Genisis group did an amazing job in our backyard. We had a 60x10 deck installed with steel joist and composite decking. We also had artificial turf and concrete work done. Jared (sales), Elijah (deck PM), and Lee ( Landscape PM) absolute crushed it. They made sure the project was running smoothly and was commutative throughout the whole process. We can’t thank your team enough for the tremendous work they did.

A BIG THANKS to Caleb and his team for reconstructing our deck to meet the building code that our original contractor couldn't do. We were worried we would have to tear down our complicated two-tier deck, but Creative Concepts saved the day and rebuilt it. They were creative and very professional. We highly recommend them.

Caleb was very responsive throughout the project. We had multiple bids and Caleb was the most up front about potential issues we could face and helped us navigate that. Even when we had questions long after the project was done, Caleb was quick to respond. Everyone that sees our deck comments on how nice it looks, even the city inspector was impressed with it.

I strongly recommend Creative Concepts and Design for your outdoor project. Ours was a unique challenge...a bridge over a natural backyard creek nestled between large trees. From the very start CCD was all hands on deck. In every aspect of the job, they handled the details, large and small: design, working the architectural review board, scheduling, materials, getting permits, expert carpentry...everything. And the finished project is the talk of the town! Neighbors are streaming by to gaze upon an architectural and artistic wonder. It's beautiful and we're so glad that CCD was on the job. Great work, great value, great people!

Great design, craftsmanship and service. The Creative Concepts team developed a design that cleaned up the look of our existing deck and provided a much safer set of stairs down from our main floor deck.

Just had our concrete patio extended and a stone seat wall added in. Brent did such an amazing job from start to finish!! He completed it so quickly, within 2 days. Working with this company was such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them! So professional, very fair priced, great communication, easy to talk to, and the end result is just beautiful. We are so so pleased! Pat was so helpful as well, in getting all our questions answered in such a timely manner. I was never left hanging, he always got back to me within the hour. I recommend 100%! Meh. Took over half a year to build the deck after scheduling, they constantly kicked the can down the road despite telling us it would only be a couple months. Receptionist is geriatric and a very ineffective communicator. No offense, it is what it is. Finally the deck was made, there was a massive gap and they didnt stain the bannisters so I had to apply quarter round and stain when they were finished. Maybe try graber though I can't say for sure. Wouldn't work with CC again

My husband found Creative Concepts online. They were the first to respond and had a local store which was a plus for me. I like to see things in person. They did an amazing job with our deck. They were friendly and fast.

These folks are the best. Caleb listens and has great suggestions to get you what you want. He explains things perfectly as many times as it takes for you to understand. Pat keeps you informed at every step and quickly gets back to you to answer any questions. The workers do a great job and clean everything up so you would never know they were there. Theses are just great people that do a great job.

We had a wonderful experience having out deck rebuilt by CC&D.
Caleb, Aaron and Pat were all wonderful to work with. Caleb provided a great design and even helped us find a good landscaping vendor to work with. The crew did a fantastic job all around. You can tell they take pride in their workmanship. The job site was very clean and the men were all very kind. Pat in the business office was a delight to work with. I highly recommend!

I'm so glad I reached out to Caleb. We had been planning to replace our home's original, worn out deck and called to get an estimate. He was honest about our situation and recommended a concrete patio being the better spend, even though it meant a smaller sale for him. That is honesty why we chose Creative Concepts.

Brent ended up doing our concrete work and was so easy to work with. He designed something attractive and functional, and the work was quick once we got it started.

Our family couldn't be happier having a huge, safe patio for the kids to play on instead of a rickety deck. We'll definitely continue to work with this company if we ever need more done.

Very professional, knowledgable and competent deck builders. Our project had numerous challenges including height above ground, slope of yard, equipment access, material delivery and storage, as well as trash haul-off. Caleb/Brent and crew were extremely creative and masterful in their approach to these challenges and the construction of our project. The overall building experience was as stress-free as one could expect and the overall finished project exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!!

Our deck turned out fabulous! The crew was professional and efficient. I was estimating a longer timeline and they completed days before I thought it would be done! We have already felt confident enough to recommend them to neighbors who have seen our deck and interested in theirs as well.

Creative Concepts & Design designed and constructed a new pergola for our backyard and it turned out better than I dreamed. Caleb and Pat were great to work with, very friendly, responsive and easy to get a hold of. The install crew was professional and very courteous. The pergola turned out amazing and turned a hot, sunny patio into a relaxing outdoor living space.

My husband and my experience with Caleb with Creative Concepts was great from beginning to end. There estimates were detailed, they completed all the necessary paperwork and gave very helpful advice regarding my our selections based on our desired use and long term goals. They were also able to coordinate our concrete placement with a previous partner of his who just as professional and completed a pretty significant demo, considering our previous owners left the backyard in disarray due to a bunch of unfinished projects and unleveled yard which was completely unsafe for our family. We only had on hiccup, which was related to our method of payment, but the owner was patient and instituted a process addition because of it. Talk about class act. We’re now able to enjoy all of the season and make safe and active memories with our kiddos. Would strongly recommend for any service they provide.

Caleb did an outstanding job on our deck project. His design helped us maximize both space and privacy. The privacy walls are my favorite part. No sight lines to either neighboring deck. I feel like I’m on vacation in a private oasis every time I set foot on this deck! ❤️🌴👍

Easy to work with and the results were great! We extended out our small concrete patio with some curves and added the pergola/screen. Excited for the snow to go away so we can get new patio furniture out there, clean it up and use it this Spring! They worked straight through some pretty harsh conditions and went the extra mile - much appreciated! Would use these folks again.
