We had to redo our front and backyard and had Genesis come out and give us a bid. They were very professional and answered all our questions. We now have a yard that we can be proud of, all because of them. I also cannot forget to mention how hard the landscapers worked to make sure we were happy! Thank you Ivan and team, you were awesome. If you need something done in your yard I would recommend calling Genesis, Ben is great! Thank you again!

Everyone was great to work with. From starting design, to finished patio. We wound up with what we wanted.
Even with the weather delays. The crews stayed positive. And moved forward.

Absolutely phenomenal work! I love that Jared was extremely detailed in gathering requirements, Lee explained every aspect of the project to me (to include maintenance tips), and Hugo's team executed quickly and so well. Absolutely recommend; they transformed my back yard :)

This guys are amazing. Travis and his team were here every morning, on time, and ready to work. They worked all day, every day until the project was done.

I have two decks that are both second story and engineered. I thought it would cost a fortune to replace them so I waited until they were literally falling apart beneath us to address the problem. I figured I would go bare-bones, salvage what we could of the frame and use wood instead of composite. However, the quote Ben gave me for completely new frames and composite decking was within my budget. Elijah even worked with Regional Building to get approval for a less expensive engineering alternative for my front deck. And both decks turned out incredible. Better than I could have hoped.

Super impressed with this organization. From the sales pitch, to the design, to the crew, to the schedule, my yard came out better than I thought it would and it was done ahead of schedule! The crew was also super awesome with my 10 year old son, and even let him on a machine to do some of the work.

Beyond the quality of the communication was spot on -- they would respond at night, during the weekend, etc with any question I had. While I know this is smart business, they are are very personable and easily translated the vision to reality.

From beginning to end, the Genesis Group was a pleasure to work with! I am super pleased with the results of my double level deck. The design team and engineers came up with a great plan, they worked out all the details with Coach and Building permit, and the Building team worked marvelous! I can’t believe how quickly they got this project done!

There are numerous companies our there who can build you a deck, but NONE will do a better job than the Genesis Group. The large wrap-around deck they built at our home displayed their top notch professionalism, competence, attention to detail, and great customer service.

Great company for deck design and replacement! We asked them to design a replacement for our old (20+ years) wood deck and the outcome was amazing! Amber visited our site numerous times to make sure the new design would fit our needs, as our log home required some special considerations. Ellijah, our deck project manager, was on top of every project detail. Travis, Al, Sam, and the rest of the crew were professional, thorough, and cleaned up after every work day. Travis, especially, was outstanding and took great care of every installation detail. We would definitely seek out Genesis Group again to do any kind of deck repair, replacement or installation project.

EVERYONE at Genesis Group--Elijah, Hugo Salvador and crew, Jared, Justin, Lee, and the phone staff--(names that I could remember in alphabetical order) embodied EXCEPTIONAL customer service! This is rare indeed in the world today. They were respectful, maintained constant communication, and delivered an excellent final product. Refreshing to encounter so many pleasant and genuinely kind people! They worked with us and our budget to find a solution to our messy back yard.

We are more than pleased with the results of our backyard landscape upgrade thanks to the Genesis Group. The elevated putting green adds a new dimension to our rear living space and the pavers turned out beautiful. The Genesis Group team is very customer focused and easy to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Genesis was professional and responsive from the very first contact with them for my deck replacement. The replacement took approximately two weeks as projected. The attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. Jerry was my guy on the job and I would give him an A+. Very skilled in his work and communication throughout the job. Top notch experience. The Genesis Groups entire team gave us timely responses during the quoting process, and excellent communication before during and after...get this, they actually did what they said they would do...for the proce quoted, which is often hard to come by these days. We love our final product. Ours was a small stamped concrete resealing job but it was done with care and attention as if it was new. We absolutely recommend The Genesis Group to our neighbors, friends and family and plan to work them into our next project.

Our home has never looked so good! We love the sound of the waterfall-especially while we are having meals on the porch. Genesis Group listened to our ideas and created a beautiful landscape to match. From the very beginning of our experience working with Benjamin and his beautiful design to the accommodation and professionalism of Lee as well as the efficiency of Ivan and the crew who repeatedly went above and beyond for us, we would give the Genesis Group six stars if we could! We are thrilled with our results and the improvement in our property. We will definitely use this company again if future projects arise.

Genesis gave our backyard a complete makeover - and we are on cloud 9. They removed the vast majority of our hill, built a retaining wall, installed in a drainage system, poured concrete for our patio and basketball court, brought in rock, and laid sod. It was a huge project. From start to finish, they were creative, professional, communicative, and kind.

In the design phase, Barry patiently listened to us and captured our vision (multiple times). He ensured that water drainage was prioritized and gave us options to consider. We felt heard, supported, and excited.

Lee, our project manager, checked in on us almost daily. He was with us every step of the way - in person and over phone, text, and email. We felt cared for, understood, in the know, and confident. Any time we had a question or concern, Lee took the time to call/meet with us. By the end of the project, he felt like an old friend.

The crews were very respectful, hardworking, efficient, skilled, and kind (especially with our little kids). They checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the wall shape and boulder placement. They came early, stayed late, and worked through snow. They went above and beyond in every way.

To top it off, Genesis also brought in more rock, fabric, and edging to touch up our neighbor's strip of property that we had permission to drive on.

I couldn't recommend Genesis more highly. We absolutely love our backyard - it is better than we imagined.

Update:
A massive thunderstorm came through late summer and washed away some of the dirt behind our retaining wall (we are at the bottom of a hill and receive the watershed from the neighbors above too). Genesis came out the very next morning to take a look and told us that they would take care of us. Within days, Ivan and his crew were back, hand-carrying gravel in buckets (as to not damage the new concrete and sod) to the backyard to repair and reinforce the corner of the wall. The wall and landscaping look as good as it did the day it was finished. So grateful for how this company has looked after us and stood by their work.

I cannot recommend The Genesis Group highly enough! From the first phone call, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about our vision for a new backyard deck and fencing.

The entire process was seamless from design to completion. The same crew arrived on time every day, worked efficiently, and kept the job site remarkably clean at the end of each shift. Their craftsmanship is truly exceptional, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful!
