Very pleased with this company, their service and competitive price. On time, straightforward work ethic and good quality materials and construction. The crew sent was excellent and finished their work expeditiously and with care. The design was just what we described to Caleb for the old house. The follow-up by Pat in the office was outstanding. No hesitation to use them again or to recommend them.

We met with several contractors to bid on our project. We went with Caleb as he was so professional, brought new ideas, and was very honest about pricing in this unstable market. The crew showed up when they said they would. They started each morning at 7:45 am and worked so hard all day. They were so friendly and my kids loved waving through the windows each morning. The end result is stunning and very high quality. They took time to think through everything and it's truly beautiful. We can't wait to enjoy this for many years to come!

This turned out to be the most incredible deck and patio we could have imagined. The neighbors are already wanting their decks replaced after seeing our finished product. It was incredible how just two guys could build the entire deck in just 2 1/2 days. The quality and appearance of this makes the entire back yard look like a brand new home. I had a great experience working with Creative Concepts! I was prepping to sell my house and I decided to replace my old deck. My old deck was a complete eye sore! Did you know that decks can peel? Mine sure was! Caleb came up with a great design that increased the entertaining space and also allowed for more privacy. He also gave me great ideas on how I could stage the deck when I put the house on the market. Pat, the project coordinator (who has a lovely southern accent btw), went the extra mile to make sure the basketball goal in my driveway wouldn't cause issues with construction. Aaron and his crew meticulously worked in the cold January weather to demo my deck (in one day!) and built my wonderful new deck. After everything was done, I went from the ugliest deck in the neighborhood to the best! It was also a great selling point when it came to putting my house on the market. I would not recommend this deck company. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, timelines were not honored, and the level of professionalism did not meet basic expectations.

There were repeated delays with little explanation, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. The quality of work did not reflect the price paid, and several aspects of the project required correction.

Overall, the process felt disorganized and frustrating. I expected reliability and accountability, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

We were in need of a new deck. Caleb came out and helped us with the design and pricing for a new deck. They pulled permits and went above standard code in the build. Pat from the office was very professional and kept us updated on all of the paperwork. Aaron met with us daily during the build and did a final walk through. They cleaned everything up. We love our new deck. There is a long waiting list but it was definitely worth the wait.

We had a great experience with Creative Concepts. Communication was amazing and our deck was finished in a timely manner. We are impressed with the outcome and excited to enjoy our new addition!

I’d like to start with fact that out of the 4 quotes I got for my project Creative Concepts was the lowest. That did worry me about the quality of the product, but once the project started I could tell I was in good hands! The work they put into my deck was truly impressive. The workers were polite and skilled! I will definitely hire them agin for any project in the future!!

Caleb was very professional and knowledgeable when he visited our home and provided a quote for our composite deck and porch. His crew (Aron) did a great job and took the time to answer any questions we had during construction. It was a large job and performed during the hottest of days, so I commend them for their perseverance. We love our new deck/porch and look forward to the maintenance free decking.

The whole process from designing the deck to the final finished project was very seamless. The one thing that resonates with me is the whole time I felt very confident in the deck builder we chose and no reservations. We had several bids and none of them were as professional as Caleb, none of them were as creative and thoughtful about the design.

Caleb's crew worked closely with the landscaper to ensure the overall design, with the patio, deck, and pergola all meshed together. Very happy with the finished project.

I initially had 3 bids from different companies and decided on Creative Concepts because of how flexible and custom I could be with my design. It was hard getting my ideas drawn out but Caleb really put it to paper and showed me what my final project could look like.
He is a great individual to work with, Pat at the office was quick and responsive to all my questions, and Brent did an amazing job with our patio. I’m so glad I chose them! The prices were competitive and the crew that performed the work were tidy, transparent, and fun group of guys! Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future!

Caleb and his team did a great job with our new deck and patio. We were at the point our old cedar deck was falling apart and we really needed a new one for safety as well as just enjoying our outdoor space again. Caleb listened to our needs and designed a custom deck to fit our space. He also hooked us up with Brent who did great concrete and retaining wall work for us. Definitely recommend them!

Our old deck was falling apart and was too dangerous for our three little kids. We had more than 5 companies come out and bid on the project. Caleb with Creative Concepts & Design was the third company to come out.

From the beginning, it was an easy and great experience. Caleb came out to the house and spent more time than any other company, talking through design concepts and options with us. He was also the first one back with a detailed plan and estimate. A few weeks later my wife decided she wanted to make some changes. We were able to come in and look at the different options for material and make some changes. After briefly talking about it, it was clear Creative Concepts was the right company for the job.

The project included tearing down the old deck, the old patio, and pouring a new patio. Brent and his team took care of the patio. They did a wonderful job. They leveled out the ground, and even spread some of the left over dirt to others areas of the yard to fill in some low spots.

Aaron’s team came in next to build the new deck. They got the new deck built in just a few days. They even replaced a section of the siding that had some pretty bad dry rot where the old deck was connected.

In all, the experience was great. There were no hidden charges or costs. The estimate we were quoted at the start of the project was the final cost. (Which we appreciated.)

The deck is exactly has we had envisioned. We’ve already hosted several people for different events and got numerous complements on the deck. We are currently working to mount some external TVs for entertaining guest. We are excited to spend more time on the deck.

We are amazed at how beautiful our deck is. We enlarged our deck and Caleb helped us with the best layout of our new deck. Working with Caleb and Pat was easy and communication was always pleasant and helpful. Pat is very kind and will explain in detail any questions or concerns that you may have. Our deck builders Asron and Daniel were thoughtful always arrived early and worked all day even in the 90 plus degree weather. They were quick and our deck was completed in a week. I couldn’t believe how quick they were and the outcome is beautiful. I would like to thank each of them for all that they did to make this process uneventful and no stress. You all are amazing. The experience was professional and cordial from beginning to completion. Caleb was courteous and well informed about the design, product and construction of our new deck. He listening to what we wanted and designed a deck accordingly. His bid was extremely competitive, however, it was his personal attention, professional demeanor, product knowledge and trustworthiness that drove our decision to hire Creative Concepts. I had two neighbors stop by during the construction with high praise for Creative Concepts based on their having done business with them. His crew arrived when they were scheduled and worked diligently to complete the job on time. They were respectful of our property and neighbors, they kept the noise to a minimum, no loud music, profane language etc. I would enthusiastically recommend Creative Concepts & Design, LLC.

Very happy with our deck project. We have a large deck with both a covered and uncovered portion with a patio below. We went from wood to composite. We had 4-5 companies give us bids. Creative Concepts was knowledgeable, professional, but not aggressive in terms of trying to make a sale. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We felt confident they would build our deck safely and up to codes. They were efficient and clean. Our project took about 6 total days. We are VERY happy with the finished product. We highly recommend them.

Caleb and his team did a great job. Extremely solid construction at a very reasonable price. This company was referred to us by industry insiders and they did not steer us wrong. Have received many comments on how well constructed our new deck is. I was also pleasantly surprised at how thorough and efficient the demo/build team was. This project was fantastic start to finish. We consulted with several companies about the job. Caleb was knowledgeable and assisted us in justifying our project’s approach based on our expected stay in the house and attempting to justify the return on investment. He actually talked us into a smaller job over what we really wanted to do. Which made sense. We discussed the project, designed it, and got it approved. They completed the job on time and efficiently. It took only a week, and it was a significant job. Aaron was excellent in construction, and everything seemed excessive for the required work. Overall, it was a great project with no questions, no overages, and just a fantastic outcome.

I'll preface this by saying the backyard work we had done was the biggest project we've committed to since becoming homeowners 12 years ago. We went into the process a little intimidated and stressed but those things were quickly alleviated after meeting with Caleb.

As far as structures go, our backyard consisted of grass, minor landscaping, and a wooden deck we were oh so tired of maintaining and repairing. Once the thought of switching to composite popped into our head things quickly snowballed. Our intention was to tear down the deck, make it a little smaller, and move to composite. We also wanted to add a little bit of concrete for a firepit, seating, and grilling. A hot tub was on the bucket list too.

We met with five companies. Creative Concepts wasn't the least or most expensive but right in the middle. What sold us was Caleb offering his suggestions and vision versus all others just going along with what we (as first time renovators) thought we wanted. We loved Caleb's plan of cutting cost in some areas and extending a concrete area for a potential hot tub. It was too perfect not to jump in on!

The deck came out beautifully with the added privacy wall. Even during the deck build we had a couple small things to change and it was no issue. The concrete work was completed first, only needing to fill in a spot once the deck was finished.

In the end we got everything we wanted and things we didn't even know we needed until speaking to Caleb. I can't honestly list out a single con. To that point the only thing I'd say is if you've never had concrete work done, be prepared to do some yard/grass rehab afterwards. The process can certainly tear things up with the machinery required.

The photos I've added are before landscaping has been done. That will take some time and I'll update once it's completed. I'd recommend Caleb, Brent, and Aaron all day every day.

Our previous deck and patio were in terrible shape, and we did a ton of research before landing on Creative Concepts and Design. Caleb provided an honest quote and gave us options for different layouts that we could try out. Other companies wanted to just rebuild our existing deck, but we knew we wanted something different to create an outdoor living space. Pat was a joy to work with and always answered any questions I had without hesitation. The first picture is where things started. The second was after the crew finished, and the third is with our finishing touches. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out. The crew was very respectful of our home and even put up the fence that had to be taken down every night so that we could let our dogs out in the yard. The project was completed quickly, and the craftsmanship is immaculate. I would recommend Creative Concepts and Design to anyone looking to have a project done.

I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to see how the deck held up and how Caleb managed any issues. I can report that both the craftsmanship and Caleb followed through when I called him back after the build to correct a few small items that appeared.
Our deck and pergola was a major investment for us and we wanted to get it right. Caleb built my last deck and did such a great job I called him back to quote this project. Caleb understood codes quite well and was able to note issues another builder had missed in the concept. Caleb brought in an architect to help me out with ideas and to draft plans for permit. Caleb's price was transparent and in-line with the other pricing I got. He helped me out on some value add ideas to save money without sacrificing quality. Aaron did a great job on the project, always there when he said he would be there, and even going with the flow when I made in-flight design changes. Very nice crew of guys to work with. I'd highly recommend Caleb as he's an honest, straight shooter who knows his craft.
