We had Jake & his team update our home. We had new base trim, shoe, flooring, doors, toilets, door casings, door trim and paint all ceilings and walls. From the beginning, Jake was very upfront and easy to work with. From material lists, suggestions and workmanship. Already have Jake on the books for a Window installation this spring! After receiving several estimates for a complete deck replacement, we chose Chris and Complete Construction & Repairs. Not only was his quote the most reasonable but the fact that he couldn’t get to our project for awhile due to his busy schedule was a sign to us that he did good work. And we couldn’t have been more right. With the other companies, it felt very “sales pitchy” and one thing you’re not going to get with Chris is a sales pitch, he’s not that kind of guy. He’s a deck builder and he’s excellent at his craft. He made suggestions to us that we felt were honest and he kept in communication with us during our wait for our deck work. Once the job started Chris and Rob worked diligently and you could tell this wasn’t their first rodeo. They are proficient, efficient, and very nice people. Chris even replaced my outlet covers at no extra expense. I am beyond pleased with the work Chris did for us and would and will recommend him to anyone who is in need of deck repair/replacement.

We are the owners of a brand new Trek deck and professionally designed Screened gazebo! Chris and Rob did an OUTSTANDING job on giving us exactly what we wanted. Their eye to detail and the integrity they both possess shows in their work!! We couldn’t be happier with how awesome this deck and gazebo are! Just take a look at the photos! We got a covered deck, but when it showed up, it didn’t fit because we measured wrong. The crew said it was no problem at all. Brandon took fresh measurements and asked us what size and stain color we wanted. He told us they’d make a custom deck just for us. Two weeks later, they delivered it and it fit perfectly. The craftsmanship is excellent and the materials are top quality. The delivery and installation went super fast. We highly recommend this deck builder to anyone in Pasadena.
