These guys did a fantastic job with our new deck. Old deck needed to be removed, and some repairs to the house needed. The team was very patient with the permitting and inspections, very thorough, this deck will outlast the house easily! The build was complex with a 8x12 upper and 12x16 lower with 3 sets of stairs. All trex decking & railings, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I recently had my patio door replaced by Cornerstone, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The owner was professional, courteous, and efficient, we were able to get the door replaced very quickly. They took the time to answer all my questions, and ensured everything was completed well.

Although there was unforeseen structural damage that needed to be repaired, the contractor was knowledgeable and knew just how to fix it. The new door looks beautiful and I’m an happy with how fast the whole process went.

We hired this company to add stairs and a landing to our existing 10x10 deck on our walk-out basement, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the initial call, Kai was very responsive and easy to work with, quickly getting us an estimate and answering all of our questions.

The pricing was competitive, and once we were ready to move forward, they got us scheduled right away. The project took about three days to complete—mainly due to some pretty heavy rain—but they stayed on track and kept us informed throughout the process.

We’re extremely happy with how the stairs and landing turned out. The craftsmanship is great, and everything feels solid and well-built.

One thing that really stood out was how friendly and personable the crew was. Our kids were curious and wanted to watch, and the team even let them help with a few small tasks, which they absolutely loved. It made the whole experience even more memorable for our family.

Overall, a great group of guys, excellent communication, and quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for deck or outdoor projects!

We just had Construction Kings LLC replace our deck for us on our Condo. They did an amazing joy to replace our deck and it was finished in 3 days. Construction Kings LLC recently completed a new siding project on our home in Portland MI.

Due to some preexisting conditions of our older house, the prep work was more difficult and required some innovative thinking and expertise. Kam and Kai came up with a fantastic plan and brought it all together on time and on budget.
