Cliff,Jose, Paul, Joe, and Dre did a great job at my home. They worked efficiently,carefully,and professionally. When they completed the work they cleaned everything up and left my property in good order. Each step of the process was explained to me and I was able to observe their work in progress. The supervisor, Cliff, made sure I was happy all through the job. Thank you!

From start to finish, they were professional, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. They took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. Great experience! Ran into a variety of water and foundation issues in a small cellar area of our basement and '58 foundations addressed everything promptly and professionally. Jeff Oosterhouse came out to provide an assessment and quote- very up front and provided multiple options based on our budget. The recommendations were all explained in a way that was simple to understand. Planned work was easy to schedule. I had a crew of 4 complete the project over 2 days (Wilson Pagan, Bryan Mejia, Gustavo Gordillo, Axel Ramirez). Crew was great, showed up and completed everything on time and did a very clean job that exceeded expectations.

The team that came into my home; Hila G, Jose R, Roger R and Gus G were absolutely fantastic. They showed up early every day, put in very long hours, and were extremely hardworking. On top of going above and beyond of what was expected, they were also so respectful and courteous to my family and I. After a long days work, they were always sure to clean up their mess as well. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

I had a great experience with 58 Foundations. I initially had them out for quotes on a french drain and sump pump and foundation repair. I ended up using them for foundation work but not the waterproofing. Mike was professional, responsive and caring throughout. He really took the time to explain every detail and answer any question I had. The team did a great job and were very efficient. Months down the road, they even sent a team out to my house to fix damage in my yard that they didn't cause and didn't chsrge me a dime. The team that came out went above and beyond and made 2 trips to get the job done above my expectations. Thank you Mike and the 58 team, I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Really appreciate Sharif Omar for completing a thorough and honest inspection! Another company came out and tried to scare me into an expensive repair, while Sharif took the time to carefully evaluate the situation and provide me with the best next steps to monitor and repair if it truly becomes needed.

Found this company at the Adams county builders show, where Wes was great! Lon was super at providing a detailed description and estimate of repairs to our crawlspace. The work crew headed by Juan, showed up on time and they worked!!! Our crawlspace space is tight and those guys did an AMAZING job!!

Great experience! Wilson Pagan, Bryan Mejia, and Axel Ramirez came out and made quick work encapsulating our crawl space. They walked through the process before beginning and walked through the finished product. They took extra time to clean up the space and the result looks great. Already notice a difference in the space above. They finished ahead of schedule too! Highly recommend if you need encapsulation. The crew and ‘58 were easy to work with.

Our '58 Foundations & Waterproofing Crew performed crawlspace remediation work and structural repairs at our home. Our crew was led by Paul P and included Axel R and Edwin M. In addition to performing all the services described within the Scope of Work they went out of their way to safely relocate a surprise resident snake who was nesting within the old insulation between our floor joists! Paul listened to our questions and worked to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job that was performed. The work included hard labor within tight spaces. Our crew did what it took to complete the project in less than the anticipated timeframe.
In addition to our crew, our Foundation Specialist, Jeff O., performed a thorough inspection and quickly provided a proposal, answered all our questions and worked with us throughout the completion of the project. We were very fortunate to have this team on our project and wouldn't hesitate to hire '58 Foundations for future work. Keep providing great service!

5 Star crew review with Wilson P., Bryan M., & Gustavo G. All did an awesome job & work. They made sure all was left as it looked in the beginning. He took pictures & video to show what was done in the crawl space. My concern as the owner of the house that would they understand what I wanted. The main person listen to my concerns & follow through with videos. The video confirmed all was expertly done with great care. All were upfront straightforward and competent in doing a good work. I am glad I focused on ‘58 Foundations to do the job. Both Cody and Jeff was there to answer questions in a professional way. Again, thank you for sending the crew, they didn’t leave until the job was done. Yes I know it was late but they forged ahead to get the job done.

We had a great experience with 58 foundations. The team of Paul, Axel, Edwin, and Miguel did a great job for us. They were clean and respectful of my home. For such an invasive project, we barely noticed they were here they were so quiet.

My egress window well was leaking and the drain was clogged. 58 Foundations quoted a reasonable price to replace the well and put in a new sump pump. Big thank you to the crew (Wilson P., Bryan M., Dcion O.). They were polite and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend 58 Foundations & Waterproofing.

We had a second sump pump added to our walk-out basement to deal with a water issue. The crew showed up right on time, was professional and courteous. The basement finished and the crew was careful to lay down covers to protect the carpet. The installation was finished in one day and they even tied in our gutter downspout to the new drain they installed. Cliff, Jeffrey and Fernando did a great job and I'm very pleased with the results.
