The team was great! They were very mindful of keeping the rest of the house as dust free as possible. They also answered all of my questions that I had. We would recommend them!

Paul, Axel, Edwin, & Miguel were great! The work, looks great, was approved by the notoriously difficult permitting department with no issues and it was done within three days. They were all respectful and super hard workers. The scheduler (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) was wonderful and was able to get us in a week early as we have family visiting next week and it would have been hectic having the crew and visitors simultaneously! Obviously we haven't put it to the rest yet but I have no doubt it'll run great, thank you!!!

My basement job entailed two crack repairs with injection and thermaseal. It was supposed to take 1 day but unfortunately the supplies were not on hand. Tommy M came back the next day after I got done work to finish the job. He was professional, kind, and left my basement in clean condition just as it was before the repair. Jeremiah was also patient with my questions and willing to give me estimate options for what I was looking for. I never felt oversold or pressured by him. Thank you guys!

The crew was great, very polite and very hard workers. This was no easy job, lots of big roots to deal with. Thankful to have peace of mind from this issue. Everything was great from beginning to end.

Made an appointment, they called and confirmed on Saturday for the appointment at 10am today (monday). No one showed up,no one called to say they would be late or anything of the sort. So I called them, was placed on hold several times for them to tell me that "they dont know what happened but no one is coming today" waste of my time! If i didnt call them I would have sat around all day waiting.

Just wanted to commend 58 Foundations and Thomas Mcilvain The service technician that came out July 2nd one other previous occasion to do some minor touchups on my basement water pump foundation starting from Customer Service , Lon The estimator and Thomas Mcilvain !! They were not only professional, but spent the time to explain the system to me the maintenance and overall specifications of the whole system !! I will recommend 58 Foundations to all my family and friends and will post more about the company on all my social media websites !! Thank you again for your overall excellent Service !!

Wilson P (foreman) Bryan M, Axel R and Gustavo G made what I expected to be a nightmare of a project seamless!! Even after a hold up with the company who makes the beams getting to them a day later than they were supposed. Wilson and the guys came back on their day off (Saturday) to finish everything up. They left my basement cleaner than it was before hand! Great job

We had our Basement waterproofed and drainage system installed through 58 Foundations and Waterproofing. We had an excellent crew who worked diligently, did excellent quality work, showed us the progress everyday and walked us through once it was finished. The crew was made up of Hilario (team lead), Fernando R, and Gustavo R for all 3 days. On the last day Edwin jointed the team. Each and everyone worked very hard, did a super job, they were careful and wonderful young workers representing their company the best way possible. Thank you from us to each and every one of them. The reason why we ended up choosing '58 Foundations & Waterproofing was the incredible job Jessica McGhee did as the Foundation Specialist explaining to us what needs to be done. The crew Paul P, Gustavo B and Axel R. were great. Kept me updated on progress, called before they came and were friendly and polite. And they finished ahead of schedule.

We had 58 foundations waterproof and encapsulate our crawl space. Overall, I was really pleased with 58 foundations from start to finish. Lon was very helpful in the decision making process and did a great job answering my questions and explaining what they would do. Khian and his team were polite and treated my family well, however I would say they did not seem to be very detail oriented. There were a few spots I noticed once the work was done that were not covered with plastic. They also failed to close off the vents though that was to be part of the job. I communicated this to the project manager, Raymond, who sent someone out the next day to fix all of the issues I noticed. I'm thankful for the strong customer service and for the quality product that 58 foundations has. The lifetime warranty on the crawl space encapsulation and money back guarantee for the waterproofing also brings a lot of peace of mind.

Mike Wittwer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire consultation. I appreciated that he provided detailed videos explaining exactly what would be done to waterproof our basement, which made the process very clear and easy to understand. Although I was a few minutes late in answering the door, he kindly waited, which I greatly appreciated. Mike was thorough, professional, and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. This is the third company we’ve had evaluate our basement issues, and his explanation and proposed solution made the most sense by far. I will be back to update my review if we decide to go through with ‘58 Foundations.

Paul, Axel, and Gustabo were awesome! Paul walked me through each day and answered all my questions ! Even sent pictures when I requested. The crew went above and beyond my expectations. Being a single mama, I was unable to shovel any snow; this did not stop the crew whatsoever. They made a path and got the job done. Very professional. Thank you guys!

Wilson and his crew (I didn’t catch their names, my husband spoke to them so please know they were wonderful as well) were fast, efficient and very helpful through the whole process of what they came out to fix. 10/10 will recommend.

We had our crawlspace encapsulated and it turned out amazing the guys did an excellent job. From shariff down to all the crew they were great to work with with. Wilson’s crew was great , want to highlight Bryan he gave his all to the job and I appreciate that Deion as well if I’m missing someone I apologize they are are are great crew that do great work.

They installed a sub pump in my house and I haven’t had a problem since. Customer service is great the workers are the best. One time I had a problem with where my water was draining outside and they came out and adjusted it with no problem. If you looked anywhere around my house, you would never know that I have a sub pump unless I told you
