I see so many 4 and 5 stars that it makes my experience even more disappointing.
I scheduled well in advance for my minisplit to be repaired and the day of the appointment after waiting the ENTIRE window we called to verify the arrival time. We were asked "didn't you call to cancel"? So when I clarified that no one had canceled and in fact we were told it was their mistake. Instead of getting someone out right away, we were told someone could come out the following Tuesday. Mind you this was right before a big storm. Unfortunately we are only available on Fridays so I just canceled completely.
Just a very unfortunate experience all around.

Jason G. was amazing. He came to diagnose my water heater issues and at first I was not going to have it done but his professionalism and after he explained things to me I wouldn’t have had anyone but him do the work. He did an amazing job taking my old water heater out and putting in a new one. Also got rid of future issues by replacing some pipes over to the water heater and the work looks great. Cleaned up better than it was when he got here. Explained everything to me from start to finish and was very helpful. I would recommend if you have any plumbing issues call Air Temp Solutions and request Jason. I’ll have him back every time we have any plumbing issues. And he got me to sign back up for their membership that I had let expire. Great job and great plumber.

Matt came out to install my new humidifier and fix my leaking tankless water heater. He did an amazing job. Thank you so much Air Temp Solutions. Matt always makes you feel like he cares about going above and beyond.

We had Air Temp Solutions come out and install a new HVAC system after ours broke during the 2026 blizzard here in Delaware. Jeff came out to do a diagnostic visit first, and then we had Al Mayweather come over to discuss our options with us. They were thorough in explaining our options and explained their POV and recommendations clearly and succinctly. Ultimately we trusted them to do the job correctly, even though the project was at a higher price point than we had estimated. The install guys were great and as unobtrusive as possible, and got the job done on time.

Great experience from start to finish. John serviced our tankless water heater and went above and beyond by noticing light coming into the basement around the pipes and AC lines, then sealing them with caulk. That attention to detail was really appreciated. He was also very pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain things clearly. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Reliable, courteous, detailed & efficent. You won't be sorry choosing this company. I dislike having strangers in my house but the techs that have installed & provide maintenance for my heating system haven't felt like an intrusion. Anthony Adamson's personality makes me as the customer comfortable & actually enjoy seeing him at my door.

We have been loyal customers of Air Temp Solutions for about 6 years and called them to install a hot water heater and a kitchen sink at our new house.
