We had our dock built in 2022, it still looks like new. We love it. Solid construction. We are on a busy channel on lake Wylie with constant wave beating from the wake board boats. Our dock had held up beautifully to the constant waves.

Greg Dunlap repaired my dock In Tega Cay on Lake Wylie which was in great need of work. Greg did a spectacular job. He is a true professional. Greg’s knowledge and ingenuity in construction is unmatched. He is honest, fair and most importantly a true craftsman who I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of dock work whether it be repair or new construction.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our complete dock experience with Todd. We live in a different state and communications were always open and explained to us before moving on to the next step. We chose to go with the WearDeck product recommended by Todd Flowers in order to have dock free maintenance. We are very happy with the color and build of our dock. It was built so it can have a boat lift or second floor in the future. Highly recommend!

For those of us who have purchased lakefront property that has not been maintained properly .. what is referred to as “A Fixer Upper”. You know that your list of projects will be long and that you will need to prioritize what you start first.

In our case, we needed to stabilize the shoreline to prevent further erosion. There are a number of alternatives that you might use ... but if you are a first time lakefront property owner your knowledge about which alternative is best for your property is limited.

That is where Lake Wylie Dock Construction came In.

Todd Flowers and Greg Dunlap are the co-owners of the business and make a great team. One phone call and an appointment to look at my property and come up with a recommended approach to stabilize my shoreline was quickly made. In fact they both came out same day.

They both walked my property and measured the shoreline and recommended that the best alternative to stabilize my shoreline was to install Rip/Rap. They walked us through their process and estimated timeline for the project and within the hour gave me a comprehensive estimated of cost of labor and material and the timeline of the project.

It should be noted that our project also included the install of stone steps into the water so we can easily launch Kayaks and Paddle Boards or just go swimming.

Flash forward .. to completion - the project came in on time and on budget .. they did an excellent job !!!

As a further note .. both Todd and Greg live on Lake Wylie and they know their stuff and understand what it is like to live on Lake Wylie. They treated my property like they would treat their own.

We shopped around with a few of the well known builders in the area before we finally found LWDC. I'm so happy we did! They are so responsive and flexible. These guys run a high quality and professional crew. They were always available and patient with my 6000 questions. They gave the best work and the best price. As of writing this, everyone in the construction industry has a wait list. These guys are worth the wait, trust me.

I had a very complicated project and Lake Wylie Dock Construction found a solution.

LWDC offers a solar power boat lift that was another solution I was looking for to eliminate the need for electrical power.   The system will run the lift, three lights, and has a remote control.

Todd spend the time to show me a finished project with the boat lift system.

LWDC’s communication is outstanding, and they are very accessible through phone/text.

Greg and his team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding.  Greg Dunlap is amazing, talented and will take extra steps to make the project perfect.

The previous dock builders left out very vital lag bolds to keep the dock from falling in. Without any hesitations during the project Greg and his team fixed the issue.  Additionally, they installed a couple kayak racks which freed up more space on the dock.

I highly recommend Lake Wylie Dock Construction for any of your dock and boat lift needs.

Greg Dunlap's work is superb! He is a craftsman and his attention to detail is evident in every cut and joint. The three jobs he did for us were completed on time despite a couple of changes we made during the projects. We will definitely work with Greg for our planned future projects.

I can't say how good their construction work is. Came out a couple of months ago. Talked a good game and left. I never heard from him again. No estimate provided. Didn't answer my text messages or my phone calls. Just disappeared. The real kicker is I received a flyer in the mail today from them!!

Angelo came to my house gave me a quote which I agreed on, and then gave me the runaround. Told me he was in my area working and would come within a week. Week went by and then he said the week after and gave me an actual date. That day came around and I tried to contact him and got no response. It’s been several weeks now, still no word. At least give a common courtesy call. I forgot that there’s no common courtesy anymore these days…. Go elsewhere and spend your money on a company who actually cares.

Angelo’s team constructed a dock extension and gangway along with a piling / whaler dock repair all of which exceeded my expectations. Quality workmanship, professionalism and reasonable cost. Highly recommend Trident Water.

Triton was extremely helpful in fixing our bulkhead. Angelo was great to work with.

When you call Triton, if you don’t get to speak to Angelo the owner when you call, you leave a message and he gets back to you within hours if not sooner. I used Triton for new floating docks, ramps, and piling and was very pleased with the experience. They were professional, courteous, and their craftsmanship was second to none. The definition of above and beyond. Angelo And his team were prompt, professional and exceeded all expectations for service and quality. We had a dock, platform and ramp installed in less than 3 days all while maintaining the highest quality work.

Angelo also picked up, delivered and installed a PWC dock free of charge from a separate unaffiliated marina. That os the true definition of excellent service.

Furthermore, his original quotes price was lower than 2 others in the area in spite of top quality materials and construction.

Triton Water Construction was referred to us by a friend after our bulkhead tie rods snapped over the winter and we were in dire need of some repair. The face of the bulkhead had started to belly out in a 15 ft area causing the property to slope to one corner. After putting out a couple of calls to other bulkhead companies and being told the only way to solve my problem was to rip out and do all new bulkhead, Thankfully I was given Angelo's number. After some investigation Angelo and his guys found our issue. They installed an entire new lay log deadman support system with 6x6 whalers and heavy duty tie rods. They were able to dig behind and pull back the majority of the belly and straighten the face of bulkhead to best of their ability. After backfilling and leveling out everything, they built a beautiful new walkway along the waters edge all out of premium marine grade lumber and premium hardware. The property was left leveled and ready for landscaping. Excellent group of hardworking and skilled guys. Angelo responded to every question with professionalism and was eager to solve any issue before it became one. I highly recommend Angelo and his crew to anyone that is looking for top quality marine construction.

Triton Water Construction is the best in the business. They have completed bulkhead repairs, installed pilings for my dock and a jet ski lift at my home. All the work was performed professionally with a skilled team. Angelo was very reliable and used existing infrastructure when possible. The job was well planned and constructed. Highly recommend.
