Called Carrier to have a whole home standby generator put in. Steve came onsite quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote including trenching. It was much more reasonably priced than a very expensive quote I got from a larger contracting company.

Steve's team made extremely quick work of the job, including trenching to the house. I was super impressed with the quality and speed of the job. They basically knocked it out in 1-2 days, aside from the gas line.

They needed to bring in a subcontractor for the connection between the generator and propane tank, and that unfortunately delayed the project about 2½ weeks. I understand that that is largely out of Carrier's control, though.

My only constructive feedback is I would have appreciated proactive communications from Carrier after each visit from the subcontractor to let me know what the status was. Several days would go by after each visit from the sub and I had to send a followup to ask the status. It's a small thing but it's much appreciated when the contractor is on top of that, especially with New England weather and not knowing if a storm will roll in and knock out power for our house, so I was antsy to get the generator up and running. Steve was very quick to respond to my followups though, which was great.

Both Steve and the sub came out and finished up the job in the middle of our first major snowstorm, and there was some faulty regulators they had to deal with, but they persevered through the storm. So big kudos for that final effort! Very happy with the result, and I really appreciate them squeezing me in before the winter, as I made the inquiry in late October.

BTW the pics show a wooden shelter for the generator. That was not done by Carrier.

Rich and all the personnel at Alpine are unfailingly efficient, informative, and there when they say they'll be. We have had our generator since Rich installed it in 2011 and it has been money well spent. We are on a well and it is especially a luxury to have water during an outage. I have used Alpine Electrical for several years. They installed a standby generator at my house and continue to perform preventive maintenance on it annually. Recently, my smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors reached their 10 year usable life. I asked Alpine to replace all of the detectors. Scheduling was convenient and the service was awesome! They installed detectors with a 10 year battery life. Now, I don't have to climb a ladder to replace the batteries every year! 😀I highly recommend Alpine Electrical for any of your electrical needs! Switched from powers generator (way to expensive) for our yearly generator maintenance. Nh generator offered a reasonable price. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. Jeff came out and did a great job. He was personable, answered my questions, had a great attitude and took pride in his work. I also liked that the company sent me a text to make sure i was happy with sevice i received. Based on all of the above i will be having nh Generator do my maintenance from now on.

After working with no less than three other electricians, including the original installer of my Kohler generator, I ended up calling NH Generator Installers to hopefully get to the bottom of the persistent issue that we were having.

The technician Jeff arrived on time, worked very quickly (in total about an hour) and was able to diagnose and resolve my issue where others could not. Not only that, but without any hassle they were able to cover the replacement parts under warranty and only billed me for on-site labor.

Lastly, the invoice was sent to me via email and I was able to pay it quickly via their super convenient online portal.

Overall, I am floored by the efficiency and service that NH Generator Installers have provided and I will sing their praises from here on our to whoever will listen. Thank you!

So owner of the company took the time we needed to ask 100 questions, and then some time to process. The installation of mini splits went well they arrived on time and finished the job when they said. They gave education so we knew how to use them and the its amazing how quiet they are and do the job as well as we have been told. One warning and had NOTHING to do with them. Get ready..most of our things had to be moved around and thus putting back a chore, good excuse to clean. Thanks so much!

When I was searching for a reliable and professional generator installer, I came across this amazing company and I am so happy I did. After calling 7 different companies and facing disappointment with 4 of them, this company stood out as a beacon of hope.

The owner, Bill, was incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. Despite the challenges posed by my completely electric house and high electricity usage due to electric baseboard heating, he assured me that they could fulfill my requirements with the Kohler 26RCA model. We recently had a Kohler standby generator installed. The NH Generator staff was professional and responsive, and the installation team was very efficient and communicated well during the installation process. We did run into a couple of small delays we did not expect, but overall, we would definitely recommend NH Generator Installers.

They came out initially to give us a quote and they were prompt, polite, and provided a great price. We decided to go with them and during the install everything went smoothly and according to plan. It actually took less time than I imagined. Since then we have had our unit serviced with them every year and the quality service has continued year after year.
