I have struggled finding an company that was honest and trustworthy, they not only fulfilled that, but did a job that surpassed my expectations, I am already looking for something else that they can do in my house!

We needed some electrical up grades in our home, we called Doherty and they did a great job on short notice. There electricians were top rate, they listened to what we hoped to achieve, and completed everything in a 5 star manor.

I had.
An emergency problem with my electrical system in my house come to find out. I needed a new breaker box.
They did not have me wait. They took the importance of the safety and put me first on the list. They were there the next morning. Did an Excellent job.
Cleaned up everything. Came back the next morning to double. Check everything to make sure everything was okay.
I would recommend them a 100% and very reasonable.

I have used Doherty Electric for several projects. Both commercial and residential. I am very impressed with their work.

When I first contacted them they were very quick to respond with pricing, suggestions and that sort of thing. I was very surprised that the first quote for that project was also the most aggressive. Working with them has been great for all the projects we have done.

The timing has always worked out well with Doherty. They show up when they say they will, and they stick to their timeline when completing the work.

The work that they did for me, and their professionalism, was above my expectations.

I recommend highly.

After losing electrical service to our house when a tree fell on our power lines in the middle of the night, and sustaining significant damage from a subsequent electrical surge, we initiated a request for emergency service at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning. Mark arrived 90 minutes later, and was able to safely secure our house systems during that service call. On a follow-up visit, Mark and his apprentices methodically tested and repaired every circuit, dimmer, GFI outlet, and fixture affected by the incident. He and his crew were cheerful, efficient, and resourceful in working through a long list of issues. I was very impressed with the quality of this company's work, and with Mark's willingness to help us out of a jam on short notice.

We had a small, but time sensitive, electrical project. Response time from Mark was excellent in terms of setting up an appointment. Mark and one of his sons completed this project in a professional and timely fashion. Look forward to having Mark and team do more work in the future.

Innovation coordinate an upgrade to 200 amp service at my property, as well as moving some outlets. Very thorough and great communication. Have them on speed dial!

Mark and his son Dillon identified and fixed the corroded breaker that accounted for the power loss in two rooms. Great guys and a great company. We’ve already booked them for future projects. Not a fan. It took forever to get them to come to the house. They charged a fortune, only did a fraction of what I asked, and then ghosted me.

Scheduling was difficult, but we're all busy so I get it. It was just very inconvenient timing. When they finally came, we needed some outlets changed. Don't remember his name, but the boss was very pushy and basically arguing with me about a task that I didn't deem necessary. So they did it anyway.

They spent hours doing some simple work, just fixing outlets. The work itself was fine, very basic stuff. It was just extraordinarily expensive! $1200 to do some outlet plate replacements?! I knew it was going to be bad when the guys who did the work warned me that I'd be upset with the price... I've since asked other electricians and was met with shock and was told they "couldn't sleep at night charging that much for basic work." Clearly Innovation has no trouble with that.

Finally, asked for a quote for future projects and they took a video and said they'd give us a quote. Never heard from them again, definitely for the best.

Only reason I'm not giving 1-star is because the young guys who did the work were nice and said they don't control the pricing. Honestly, it was a huge cost, unpleasant experience all around, and massive disappointment. Lesson learned.

Marriott Hotel and they are professional and when we ask for anything they are very responsive and get the job completed in a timely manner. Not only are they a great company but Mark, Sasha & his team go above and beyond to make sure they communicate with us on each job. Extremely professional and easy to work with. TPS Marriott Gilford/Laconia would highly recommend them for any commercial services as well as residential.

Mark and his men boldly took over a Lakes Region new construction wiring job mid-stream and brought it to the finish line. Very professional, flexible, and does quality work. I highly recommend Mark and Innovation Electric.

They helped wire a stair case that we really needed fixed. It wasn't on the schedule for that day, but they stayed and did it. They did excellent work on everything we needed done. We are so glad we found them!

I had a circuit in the basement that would trip immediately when the power was turned on, and couldn’t figure out where the short was. It wasn’t an emergency, but when I reached out to Live Wire Anthony got back to me quickly and actually had availability to come take a look the next morning. He (and his apprentice - sorry I forgot his name!) arrived promptly, and they were in and out in less than an hour, having found and fixed the issue.
Overall, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. I’m planning on having some lights added to a room later this year, and already know who I’m gonna call!

My pool pump wires melted on the hottest day this summer. Anthony and Steve came out same day in the blazing heat and rewired it. They did a fantastic job and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience with Live Wire and I definitely recommend! Anthony responded to my initial request immediately and was able to fit me in within a couple days. He showed up exactly on time, was very professional and was able to move my light switches and outlets exactly as I needed before an upcoming renovation. He’ll be my first call from now on.

Working with Anthony at Live Wire was an overall great experience! He quickly responded to my initial correspondence, and then had all of my issues fixed within a week. Beyond satisfied how good our recessed lighting came out in our living room! Also the fan that was installed on the second floor. Went from floor lamps to beautiful lights in just a few hours. We had knob and tube wiring that we needed to remove from our [very old] house. Live Wire Electric came and did a full evaluation 1 hour+ to review the whole house and provided an estimate that same night.
Realizing it was going to be a big project, I was worried that we'd be having to tear holes in our walls (just after a full interior paint job 2 months before) but after two full days of work, you wouldn't have known anything was wrong. No holes, no paint to touch up, and they cleaned up everything completely. Fully impressed with Anthony & Steven/Stephen and could not recommend them more. Thank you again
