Great shop. They were helpful in pointing me in the right direction for some pipe fittings I needed.

My brother brought in his trolling motor because he thought something was wrong with it. Turns out it was a boat issue! But the gentleman that helped us ended up not charging us - even though he bought a new control board for the trolling motor! Such a great establishment. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

I would think twice about working with Mountain Electric. Our company helped them out across several projects and got screwed for close to a quarter million dollars. It has been crickets since ownership turned over last year.

Mountain Electric has completed a number of jobs at our home here in Billings.

Their personnel are polite, courteous and very professional. They have installed new lights in our garage, ceiling fans in our living room and bedroom, outside security lights and a 220 volt electrical line in our basement for an electric water heater.

They are prompt and on time. I can get an appointment with them the same week that I call.

They a reasonably priced and very competent in knowing how to complete each project. Our last job came under the estimated cost because the electrician saw an easier and more efficient way to complete the installation of the 220 volt line. Being knowledgeable and experienced helps!

I can trust them to get the job done right and on time, so yes, I would recommend them for your home and business needs.

I needed a car charger installed in my garage. They set up an appointment for the following day and sent Cade, a highly competent electrician. He worked with me on the location and how it would be wired, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely recommend him and Mountain Electric.

Mountain Electric of Montana was awesome! They showed up right on time and got the job done super fast. We needed a WHIP installed for our hot tub, and they handled it perfectly. The price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend them!

Had some concerns over cable wires and sketchy looking ground wires after removing an old evergreen from the back of my house. Caden was knowledgeable about what it was and took care of the issue and my concerns. He was pleasant and professional during this service appointment. Never have had a bad experience with Mountain Electric.

Bryan was very punctual and did a great job installing the ceiling fan and repairing the outlets. The response to my call for an electrician was responded to instantly. Will recommend them to all my friends.

Always friendly and quick service. Brian and Bryan are both amazing! Had new breaker boxes installed in 3 units, along with various small jobs. Will make them my first call for any electrician needs. So grateful for their work.

04/18/23: I recently engaged the services of Integrity Electrical of Helena, MT. I was very, very pleased with the quality and accommodativeness of Anthony, Gunner and Bryon. Before starting, they listened to my concerns and addressed my questions. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. In person, they lived up to their name "Integrity Electric". I definitely would use their services again.
10/02/23: Anthony and Gunner just returned this morning to complete the "trim-out" portion of the electricity installation in my basement. They did an EXCELLENT "trim-out" job. I cannot recommend them more highly. They were friendly, helpful, and understanding of delays that I encountered. I don't think I could have found a better electrical firm to install the electricity in my basement, and they completed it at the most affordable price that I found in Helena, MT. If I ever have any other electrical issues, Integrity Electrical is who I will contact.

Integrity Electric roughed in all electrical work to our new detached garage. The electrician, Anthony, was very professional and courteous. The work was performed promptly, we were advised ahead of his arrival, and the installation passed inspection without any issues. We thought the cost was reasonable, especially with the recent rising cost in all construction trades.

Jake came out from Integrity Electric, work tirelessly replacing my 25 year old breaker box on my mobile home.Sweet guy! Very professional! Loved him!!

So far so good. They have not done any work for me yet. The rating is because they returned my initial call within an hour. That is awesome just in itself. After they do some work for me I will update the rating.

Jake came out and installed a dedicated hot tub circuit and then on another day did some other electrical work for me. All in all he is very professional and does great work.

The next day I got a call from them. It seems I was overcharged for labor and they are sending me a refund. This fits well with their name, Integrity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Called and left message about issues with ceiling fan. Brian said he would have someone call to set up appointment. Jake called about hour later and was at house same day and
ceiling fan and light fixed.

Thanks to Brian and Jake for such great service and turn around time! Not very often you can get this type of customer service these days! Would highly recommend Integrity Electrical!

Horrible experience 4 years ago. The person that came out to do the wiring put in 12 outlets in the garage when I told her I only needed two. She stood around mostly. When she left for the day she said she’d be back the next day. She never came back. Left the garage in a complete mess with holes and saw dust and boxes laying everywhere. Even though the project wasn’t finished I certainly received the bill and no further contact from the company. I was only a few months out from losing my husband to an accident and I just didn’t have it in me to contest what had happened so I just paid the bill and went without power in the garage until an electrician in the family saw what she’d done. He came back and finished the job. Even though this was four years ago it still makes me angry. I paid a lot of money for a mess.

Came out same day, great tech.
