They lie about their quotes!!!!! And then when you try to call and inquire about what happened and how you were misled, Debbie will hang up on you!! Trust me call someone else!!!!!!!!

Wow !!! I have had the worst time trying to get in touch with anyone to give an estimate. We have been trying for a month and a half already and they just keep telling me they will call me back and no one ever calls back. We have gotten 3 other estimates from other businesses and all in a timely manner. I know for a fact that this place is no more busy than the other places. If it were up to me I would just tell them not to bother.

I was referred to Treasure State and I didn’t read the reviews first, but for everyone else who is trying to find a great electrician: I have had the best experiences with Treasure State. Erika does the scheduling and billing and she’s great about returning phone calls and sending timely, thorough invoices. They are busy but when I called with a semi-emergency they sent someone straight out. The first time I called, I practically gave them a blank check. I said we’d purchased an old house with old wiring and wanted to know how much it would cost to fix it. Their response: “After inspecting, it looks perfectly safe. You’re good to go.”
I’ve called several time since as small issues crop up with renovations and they’re reliably honest, on time, and reasonably priced.

Called on a Monday and made an appointment for Friday. Told I would receive a call on Thursday to confirm the exact time. No call on Thursday, no show on Friday. Completely neglecting the fact that we had something on the schedule.

Hung up on me.

I just had Billings electric out to do an job for me some new L E D lights for a kitchen. Charlie was so great, fast, and put the fixtures where I wanted them and at the end of the day everything looked great. I call Billings Electric for all my electrical needs and have for almost 20 years. Really I'm not making that up 20 years for both residential and commercial work. I never get a bid I just have them come and am always treated fair and usually less than I expect. Also Really.

We just had a small electrical fire and the guy that came out was awesome he got the heater and lights that went off when the fire started back on in less then 30 minutes he was super helpful and friendly. He didn't charge us for repairs as he was here less then 30 minutes but I highly recommend them they take payments as well. In a difficult time it was nice to know good people still exist. Would definitely hire them again.
