Terrible customer service! Dakota at the front desk didn't even want to hear what I needed. Just a total bad attitude, he did not even try. If I was the owner/ manager I would not want him on my sales floor.

I went in to find a part for my 1974 camper I'm remodeling. They told me they would order it and get back to me. They were so efficient and knowledgeable , but above that friendly! Five stars. Thanks Chuck!

Terrible place. I live right behind it and they have a company car locked in a gated area and for the past 2 weeks the car alarm goes off for about 5 hours. Police cant do anything about it because its in a locked gate. I cant sleep . And the company literally said they do not care ans that it isn't their problem

I would give 6 stars if I could! So kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They've saved us in a bind (several times) and do a fantastic job whether it's big or small. Tim is fantastic to work with and super reasonable, and I would recommend Timberline to anyone!

Tim and Nate came over. They replaced a faulty heater in our upstairs 2nd bathroom. They did a perfect job and cleanup. You would never have known they were in the house. They also disconnected a heater for our horse watering system. We no longer have a horse. Lastly they fixed a broken photoelectric eye. All 3 perfect. Many, many thanks. We have called them so many times in the past and they never disappoint and their communication through Becky is flawless.
I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Jeff and Woody at Elk Ridge operate one of those rare companies that a person can never say enough good things about. While you may end up paying a bit more then other companies we live in an age where you get what you pay for and I’d gladly hand over a few extra dollars for this quality of service. They have 5 star reviews across the board for a reason.

Called this morning about our kitchen lights, and the office was super responsive. They initially offered Wednesday, but quickly checked with the tech to see if he could come today. Shortly after, we got a text confirming he could come at 3:30. The tech, who was actually the owner, called before noon letting us know he wrapped up his previous job early and would be on his way. He arrived right on time, was in and out in about 20 minutes, and had the issue fixed quickly. Knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Very professional company. Jeff and Tyler did a good job with some work i had them do. They even take there shoes off and pickup after themselves. They show up on time and great appearance. I can’t thank Jeff enough for coming out on short notice to figure out why half of my house had power. He came out same day tested the break box and had me call NorthWestern Energy as the problem is from the outside to the house. Thank you so much for such timely service. No charge for coming out and testing! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Elk Ridge Electric. Tyler did a great job putting up two ceiling fans and a fan switch. We had a little trouble with our new motion sensor lights but Jeff the owner was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Elk Ridge Electric.

Dan was the electrician, Dan came to my house on June 30th which was a Sunday morning because air conditioner not working. He was very professional, nice and accommodating. He had plans with his family and never once appeared rushed or irritated due to the fact that he was called on Sunday morning. He also was informative and explained to me the process. Give this young man a raise!!! Highly recommend.
