It is so hard to find good contractors, but this place is a total gem! The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront with pricing and services. We've had them out twice, and both times were great experiences. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. They respected our time, money, and property. We'll absolutely be using them for any electrical needs in the future. My parents had them out to work on a few issues as well and had a wonderful experience.

50 amp outlet install for generator:
My entire experience with Radant’s was exceptional. From Brook’s timely, friendly, and informative updates through Ben and Brendon’s installation, everything went smoothly and AHEAD of schedule.
Ben and Brendon were very friendly and professional. Not only that but they completed the job quickly and took time to answer questions not only about the install but other questions I had about my house’s electrical system.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Yesterday afternoon, I had a terrifying moment. As I was about to plug in my laptop, I noticed something alarming—one of the wall outlets appeared burnt on the outside. Upon closer inspection, I saw a faint dark line forming on the wall, climbing upward from the outlet. Concerned, I touched the wall around the outlet and realized it was hot. My instincts told me something was wrong, so I reluctantly called 911.

Brian Radant was the first firefighter to respond. He immediately felt higher up on the wall and confirmed that it was warmer than it should have been. Without hesitation, he began dismantling the outlet. What he uncovered was chilling: the outlet was charred, and the electrical wires behind it were severely burned. (Pictures attached) Brian’s quick thinking and expertise likely saved my house from burning down. He was incredibly kind and helpful, and determined that a space heater had overloaded the circuit it was plugged into.

Since it was later in the afternoon, Brian didn’t have all of his electrical equipment with him (new wall outlets, etc), as he was responding to a fire call and not an electric call. However, he assured me he would send his crew to fix it first thing the next morning, while making sure it was safe for my child and me to stay overnight.

The next day, his crew arrived early as promised. Like Brian, they were kind, helpful, and informative, and they completed the job perfectly. Radant Electric has gained a customer for life and will always recommend them. I am so grateful to this company and their team of knowledgeable electricians for their quick response, excellent customer service, and efficient work. Words can’t express how much I appreciate Brian and his team. Tecumseh made a good choice for electing him as Mayor. Thank you—for not only saving my house but also for fixing everything and making it right again. If you're reading this and unsure who to hire for your electrical needs, look no further.

I would highly recommend Radant Electrical for all your electrical needs. We recently moved to the area and I am grateful we came across this group. First of all the owner came out on a Sunday and assisted us when the power in our garage had failed. I don’t know any other company that would do that. Secondly the crew that came out to do the work was prompt, courteous, did a great job, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. The foreman onsite Ben, was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions and concerns.
They were reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

Look no further....I highly recommend Masson's. I called on a Saturday due to storm damage. Amy was great and minutes after I called Todd was on his way. Talk about above and beyond...great service. He explained everything thoroughly. He instilled total confidence. It was fixed very quickly and professionally. The cost was better than i could ever imagine! We experienced a loss of refridgerator and some outlets, which we discovered on returning from vacation. Masson's finished a job early and was able to respond quicker than we had hoped; found a damaged breaker and made a speedy repair. PTL and Thank You Amy, Todd and Phil.

Great response time, excellent communication, expert work. We had a fire in our breaker box, at some point. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and cleaned it up, replacing several breakers. Excellent pricing as well, will do business with them if I ever need electrical work again, very satisfied.

Wow what a great business! I’ll definitely be using them again! On a Sunday after calling numerous businesses, they was the only one who called me back, I accidentally cut a high voltage wire (I had the main shut off) when I was painting my kitchen, so I definitely didn’t feel comfortable turning my power back on, they came to my house right away and took care of my problem! These guys are great! They shared valuable information with me even when I did not have the right questions to ask. They were polite genial clean hard-working fellows who I am proud to make as friends..Even the inspector commented on Todd’s attention to detail that is hallmark with his work. I will hire them again for further work and look forward to that time

They were friendly knowledgeable and came out within 20 minutes had everything fixed in less than an hour. They found the problem underneath the house. Awesome customer service. I’m completely satisfied.

Mason’s did the electrical work for the final hookup of our whole house generator. Todd and the crew work together well, kept us informed and fixed some things that other contracted companies had overlooked. They are busy but definitely worth waiting for if you have a project in mind

Used Masson’s for a small wiring mishap that happened when I tried hanging a new light in my foyer area. They came out the same day I called, were on time, and extremely professional. They diagnosed a wiring issue that a previous homeowner may have tried a “quick” fix for and one I would’ve never known about. Todd and his apprentice (sorry I forgot your name) worked quickly and took care of the problem. Will use again if I ever have an electrical issue. Highly recommend!!!
