Showed up when they said they would, worked through the wind, cold and sleet without complaining. Friendly crew who worked hard to accommodate my request.

Came out to do estimate, said they'll have full estimate price in few days , never got one. I called weekly as weeks went by , just was told that there still working on it. We're basically forgotten.

The crew did a great job fixing my issues and a great clean up after. I’d recommend them highly.

They got to me pretty quick following the ice storm, and patched us up in the cold. Friendly, capable people. They've been out before, and I'll call on them again if I need to.

I would like to thank the great guys who came out at the end of their day to help me with a water problem. The breaker kept tripping and turning off my water pump. Thank goodness they were able to figure out the problem and get my water going again! I highly recommend your company and will recommend you to everyone! Again..thank you so much, guys!!! Just bought my first house, upgraded my washer and dryer so needed a 220v outlet updated for my washer/dryer. Got quoted $275 (which matched national average) he used a 220 wire from another plug we had and didn’t use. Bill came to be $505. I’ve called three times to inquire why this is so much higher than my quote and was told Brian would call me back to address this. I’ve still gotten no call, I will continue to call them and ask as I want to pay my bill, but I feel taken advantage of.

I called Radant the day after the ice storm. A huge tree limb stretched the Consumers power line from our roof, bending the pipe with the power line going to the meter. The crew came to our house that afternoon and completely fixed it, working until dark. We are so very grateful for their quick response and expertise! Highly recommend this local, caring company! Thank you Radant, again!!

Really can’t stress how helpful they were to us. We had two exterior outlets replaced. The technician was helpful, upfront, and honest. Explaining the reasons for the repairs, how to prevent them in the future, and how throughly he checked to be sure everything was functional and safe before he left. All this for an extremely reasonable rate. Thank you!

We had given up finding an electrician to complete a lot of odds and ends in our new-to-us home because finding an electrician willing to return calls and complete work felt like trying to find a unicorn. I tried Radant's electric and they came out so FAST. They not only completed my wish list but swept the house and took care of a lot of problems I didn't know existed. They updated some awful light fixtures I had (without me even thinking to ask for it). I'm so thankful to have the looming threat of electrical issues off my worry list and even more thankful to have an electrician in my contacts to call.

Very quick appointments! We were experiencing an issue with our GFCI outlet/breaker. I called and left a message for service Wednesday night. They came out and had the work completed before I had to take my son to school on Thursday morning. The prices were reasonable too. We will be using them in the future for our electrical needs.

They were very professional. Kept us informed every step of the way. Even when we had a minor glitch it was No big deal. Just went with the flow. They actually were able to move us up on the schedule as we were fluid with the time. Thank you Brian and staff for the AWESOME JOB WELL DONE!

Ben and the team were great - took on a big job at my home, and even though the weather was cold and rainy, they handled it extremely professionally. They were easy to communicate with and took time to explain things and answer questions, which really made a difference to me. (Plus, they have great taste in music, so that's a fun bonus.)

We've used them a lot around our office and I continue to be impressed at how professional, precise, detail oriented and creative they are in their work. They even used a laser level to make sure the new LED light boxes they installed were square with the room. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

I called around to several other electricians and was told they couldn't do the job for weeks because they were too busy or outright refused the job because it was a small residential job. I called Radant's, and they had no prscheduling me quickly. Their guys were professional, courteous, and quickly fixed my problem. I would highly recommend using them in the future.

I called Radant a week ago about a blown outlet and some odd light wiring in my stairwell. Larry came out this morning to have a look and found bad/loose grounds in my outlet and basement lights, so I asked him to take a deeper look. The previous owner must have been a YouTube electrician because the wiring went from shoddy to downright dangerous. I was an aircraft electrician in a past life so I knew enough to know that the housing inspector should have caught it when we bought the house, but he didn't. Thankfully Larry did and he got it fixed in no time! I debated doing the work myself but I'm so glad I called and will definitely call Radant again next time! Job well done!

I have had Radant's Electric out twice now and they have been great! Their cost per hour was stated up front and there were no surprises at all. I found Larry and his helper (our electricians that came to the house) to be very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and EXTREMELY clean! It literally looked like they had never come to our house. We were able to get both appointments on VERY short notice and truly felt like we received a good value for our money. I'm very pleased to have an electrician that I can rely on in our area! Would I call them again. ABSOLUTELY!

Updated Once Again: 10/16/24: Another Five Star Review. Ben, Larry and the younger crew members upgraded our 100 AMP Pushmatic circuit breakers to a 200 AMP panel, installed an interlock on the panel and outside to be able to run a portable generator in a power outage, updated lighting in a few rooms, and fixed a broken outlet. I would have been shocked for them to complete all this work by early evening, but they were done by about 2:30 PM! This company is highly skilled, very honest, and reasonably priced. Larry and Ben do a great job of teaching and mentoring the younger workers, and the team works seamlessly together. I was most impressed as well that Brian Radant spent more than an hour with my wife and I when he came out to give us an estimate, in spite of being so very busy running his business and running for mayor. He wasn't in a hurry at all, and didn't leave until he was sure we were all on the same page regarding the work to be done. The entire company from the owner down to the newer crew members have an outstanding work ethic and a strong commitment to customer service.
Updated: The outstanding service from Radant's continue. When I had an unexplained electrical draw in my home, the owner Brian is so honest that he told me to call the well service company first since the well may be the issue. When the well checked out, Brian sent his lead electrician over right away to do an amperage check. What an excellent, honest company.
What are the odds of finding an electrician that is: a) local; b) honest; c) highly skilled; d) reasonably priced; e) very good with customer service? We found all of that with Radant's Electric. We bought a brand new dryer which stopped working due to a faulty 220 outlet. In spite of their busy schedule, Radant's worked us in a couple days after our call, diagnosed the problem promptly (faulty ground wire), did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, and then sent us a bill that was less than anticipated. Since they have handled a small matter like this with skill and honesty, now we will feel comfortable using them for major electrical improvements, such as upgrading our old electrical panel next year to 200 Amps. My compliments to Brian, the owner, and to Ben (the electrician) who did such a fine job, while mentoring the younger electricians who accompanied him. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Brian, Brooke and team are INCREDIBLE. They responded to my call late on a Friday afternoon for a significant storm repair, and amazingly had us repaired within just a few hours. THEN they helped us work with Consumers Energy to get our electric fully restored. They stuck with us to the very end and I am grateful beyond words. They have earned a customer for life in me! Thank you Radant Electric.
