First time customer. Called late on a Friday, answering service said tech would call me in the morning (another co hasn't even called back). Tech (Dustin) called at 9:01 Saturday to discuss problems, was there by 10:30. Replaced 3 outlets and figured out an incorrectly-wired 5(6?)-colored 50+ year old cluster f of a circuit that had outlets going bad along one after another. All in about 2 hours. Great experience.

I had been waiting for 2 months for them to come out and complete the job. Down payment has been paid. Electricians came out and left within minutes. Never heard back from them until I called in 4 days later. Was told a new estimate needed to be done and I had to wait for "George" to come out and provide one, the I would be scheduled again. So basically wait an additional 2 months

So, we had a tree fall on our line and destroyed our meter and meter line. My grandmother (who is our landlord) called these guys on Friday. They responded EXTREMELY quick! The price that they charged her was reasonable as well to get the meter and meter pole fixed. Other places wanted to charge more, or they didn't want to deal with the problem we faced. She said that if she ever needs an electrician again...she WILL be contacting these guys!

This place is so unprofessional. I have been playing phone tag with them for over a month to fix an outlet in my house. They say they will come one day, then don’t show up or call. Then I’ll get a phone call saying they will be there sometime Wednesday thru Friday, so I rearranged my schedule so I can be home. Do they show up? HELL NO! Then they show up without so much as a phone call while I am in the shower getting ready to leave for work. Did they call me after this incident? Nope! Terrible company. Stay far away from them.

I've had work done with this company at my shop on atleast three separate occasions. They have always been fast, friendly, and reliable with a fair price. Thanks for another great job!

terrifc customer service! Aidan was patient in explaining what needed to be done in our home. Also friendly and kind of the scheduling needs in our day - even came back later when the originally book time didn't quite work out for us. He is easy to work with and gives tremendous value at a reasonable price. Would recommend him to anyone!

Keith and his crew from Waters Brothers Electricians Corp. are highly professional, well-informed, and reasonably priced. They upgraded my panel and handled all the wiring necessary to set up my electric tankless water heater. They did an excellent job!

I would completely recommend this company. The owner came to our job in a moments notice, kept his word on what he would do and when, and sent respectful and knowledgeable techs. They are very fair with pricing and I would 100% recommend them

Accidentally broken some industrial coaxial cables at my home. Graybar was the only place with the supplies we required. Despite showing up at closing they met us at the door, looked at the cable sample we had and helped us get all the items we would need to make our repairs. Great service and very nice to us. Will definitely keep them in mind for future electrical needs.

The photocell model LT111 is terrible. Bought at Taylors donut yourself center. Installed and it worked maybe two weeks! At $25.87 plus tax, I would like to get more usage! If course made in China!!!
