Poor customer service. Was told my order would be ready for pickup 3 days after I placed the order. It was not. Called several times to get shipment status/update and was finally told my order was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up only to find out that the material still had not arrived or shipped from the warehouse. I was then told that they would overnight the shipment so that I could pick it up the next day. Well, here it is 7 days after I placed my original order and it still has not arrived. Will take my business to Graybar or Grainger next time.

My last few visits have been ok. They had what I needed and prepared the order fairly quickly. In the past I could have gone to lunch and had a haircut before they where finished preparing the order for a roll of 18awg wire. So there is improvement.

Stopped by to purchase a electrical cord, the guy behind the desk who must be new because he acted like he had no idea what I was asking about and no clue what to do or order. He finally pieced it together and you can barley hear him, he talks with a mumble but I needed 60’ all they had at another warehouse was a 59’ I took a chance drove around town to pickup got home that night and it was 50’! Had to drive back next morning again and he again mumbled you can return it I guess or I can refund the size difference which now have to drive all around find another one. Had to figure a way to make this work. Horrible customer service and not sure how they are selling 10’ difference in cables. So watch out they may be doing this with others!

They shine an extremely bright light that flashes on and off into my apartment across the road every evening. So bright that it goes through my blinds flickering on and off causing sleep disturbances. Not sure why its angled at our building rather than at their facilities.

I live in the apartment complex across the street (Stadium Lofts) and this place has been flashing an extremely bright light on and off at our building all night. Even when my blinds are down, I see flashes of light into my bedroom all night. Who wants flashing bright lights in their room when they are trying to sleep? Ridiculous! Extremely disrespectful to the residents of this building.

I would highly recommend. Nick was very professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose our problem with our wiring and get it all fixed up in a timely manner. Nick went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely use them again if I had another electrical issue.
