Very professional, very knowledgeable, very reasonable, friendly electric company. I can't say enough good things about these guys and gals. I found them on Angie's List, and they've really done great work for us each time they've been out. I say this all because over time, and experience I was convinced that there were no more contractors that cared about their customers beyond what they could get $$ and how fast they could get out of there. These folks treat you like a customer should be treated. If something is not quite right, they are right back there to bring the problem up to your expectations.

I had an appointment scheduled to install two exhaust fans in the attic, the day before I texted Efrain to confirm, and it was confirmed. The day of the appointment they did not show, I tried calling them multiple times, no response. They have my phone number and obviously the address and did not even call or text to say that they were not coming. It was a big waste of time. I will never hire them again, can't be trusted. Do no call this company if you plan to get electrical work done in a timely manner.

Efren is awesome! He provides a reasonable price, is very informative, more importantly he is on time and responsive! Definitely will recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him for our future projects.

Gentleman seemed special - could not seem to understand which location he was at. Took over 8 days to send diagnosis to warranty then sent diagnosis for wrong home. Took pool job but doesnt understand pool systems. Requested to a NEVER have them assigned to my account again. Extremely unproffessional - ask for deductible via zelle.

I have worked with Vanin Electric over the last year as they designed and installed electric service with backup generator power for our assisted living facility. During this time I have come to know Efren as an exceptional professional electrician. He is a hard worker and truly cares about his work and customer satisfaction. Vanin Electric has been working on our custom home for almost one year now and Efren has been amazing throughout the entire process. Efren installed our underground electric before we even had a slab and he’s completed every phase of our project. Pre-drywall inspection passed with ease and everything has worked perfectly. Efren is a tireless worker who will go above and beyond for the customer; he answers every single one of my annoying questions with grace and clarity. My husband and I are grateful for his commitment to us and in addition to an being an excellent electrician Efren has become a wonderful friend.

I purchased a ceiling fan installation service from Vanin Electric through Groupon. After completing my purchase, I contacted the company via email to schedule an appointment. I almost immediately received a prompt response stating, “We don’t honor Groupon.”

I replied courteously to ask about paying directly for the installation, but I did not receive any further communication. It is disappointing that the company responded quickly to decline the Groupon but failed to follow up on a legitimate service inquiry. And even if the reply I received was automated, that only highlights the importance of monitoring customer inquiries more closely before dismissing them.

This experience demonstrates a lack of professionalism and poor customer communication. I hope Vanin Electric reviews their customer service policies to ensure more respectful and consistent engagement with potential clients in the future.

This is my second time using their services and I couldn’t be happier. Whenever I have an electrical need this is the only company I call. They switched three lights out for me for chandeliers that I purchased this time around and I am very pleased. I will for sure use their services again in the near future and I know I will be a forever client .

Called a local electrician for some wiring issues, and they were super professional, showed up on time, and explained everything clearly. Felt like I was in good hands.

Charging our electric car at home is now a breeze. Their EV charger installation was seamless and efficient.

Needed an electrical panel replacement urgently, and these guys came through! They worked quickly, cleaned up afterward, and I’m confident in the quality of their work. Would hire again!
