Actually, I have no idea about any electrical work and we needed some minor electrical work in our office. I called Sts Electric at night and they came in the next morning. They stayed only 30 minutes and fixed everything within my budget. Thanks for your help.

Called due to loss of power in half my house. The phone representative stated they’d call the on call technician and someone would reach me. After an hour of no response I called for an update, and received the same response. Only this time I was told to wait 30-45 minutes. Again, no call received from the on call technician after an hour.

So I tried a third time, as of yet, there is no response and no acknowledgement of my calls. I do not recommend this company and would rate 0 stars based on my experience but it will only let me choose one star as the lowest rating.

I spoke with Mark during the "sure to be closed" hour of 3:30 PM on Sunday with my electrical "emergency." He went out of his way to help me fix the problem on my own over the phone and wound up saving me a ton of money. That kind of helpfulness goes above and beyond and is hard to come by these days. I can only imagine how good their in-person services are!

STS Electric team is very efficient, and provided commendable quality services in our house. Jose and Rudy came to our place on time and took care of all our concerns in a timely manner. They were very thorough in details and delivered high end quality. I would highly recommend STS Electric services. I have recommended them to few of my friends who opined the same review.

The other night, my apartment's breakers blew and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on (some complicated issues with the breakers in the apartment and locked breakers in our basement). We were panicked as it was a weekend night, landlord wasn't responding, and electrical companies also weren't responding. The next morning we called STS electric to have someone come out and help us. We were promptly connect to Anna, who was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She had us send her photos, which she ultimately needed to send to her supervisor, Sam, as our building was out of code. Everyone at STS responded in an extremely timely manner and was very kind at every step. It appeared Sam was even on his day off and was more than willing to help us out. We got everything figured out without needing to send someone out, we are extremely grateful!

If I have any future electrical problems, STS will absolutely be the first people I call!

The job went incredibly smoothly and Rossen and Electric Universe did an amazing job. Rossen came out for an initial meeting where we talked about a Electric panel and more He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. Once we settled on a general job, he and his crew did the job over the course of just three days, they were all very freindly, on time, and hard working, and everything turned out great.
