The guy working the desk that I talked to on the phone has poor customer service skills. Didn't want to be helpful over the phone at all.

I've dealt with them off and on for 10 years. I'm not a journeyman electrician but have been in the electrical/electronic engineering industry for 40 years. Consequently I don't know the proper names for a lot of fixtures and parts and often have to explain what need.

Overall I've had less attitude from these guys than the other dealers in the area. I go there first. Sometimes they are higher priced but it's been worth it.

Terrible customer service. I had Oscar Ortiz quoting me on some specific LED lights needed for an important light fixture at a Dow Chemical plant. This guy dodged 4 emails over a span of 8 days. Never got a single response. No more business to these folks and I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

After coming here multiple times for years and receiving mid to poor service almost every time, I finally got the best service out this place thanks to Kenny. If you get a chance I recommend getting Kenny to take your order.

The electrician wired an outlet incorrectly which blew out the outlet and my garage door opener. He also used incorrect wiring on a grounding bar. Their prices are outrageous and have an extremely discourteous staff in house as well. They ignored my question 7 times on why I was being charged $550 for an outlet replacement. On the 8th inquiry the staff member started berating me with how people never complain about doctors prices and other nonsense. DO NOT USE THEM!

The technicians installed a ceiling fan with a light into my coach. The job ended up taking longer than expected because he had to replace the existing box in the ceiling. He was sure to make the fixture look good by spackling the ceiling and had to let it dry and come back the next day to finish. I would use Sheffield Electrical again in a heartbeat. So glad to have found an honest electrician!

The Sheffield Electrical crew was quite helpful, and they even finished a couple extra items for me that were not part of the contract. They improved my grounding and installed a surge protector, among other things. I assumed I'd have to replace my microwave, but it turned out to be an electrical issue. They provide a variety of financial packages to suit all budgets, but the surge protector is one that I would recommend.

Sheffield Electrical was the first call I made when I needed some lights installed on short notice! They were efficient and punctual. They went above and beyond the call of duty! Fantastic experience with Sheffield Electrical services. I was contacted almost immediately after my service request and had an electrician onsite within 48 hours! I needed to install a double oven and required new wiring / breaker installation. He showed up right on time and was able to complete my project same day. He was very professional and even helped me complete the oven installation. Definitely recommend!!

I called this company for an electrician, and they initially quoted me a $99 service fee, with the repair cost to be determined after diagnosis. However, after booking the appointment, I started receiving calls from different numbers quoting completely different rates—$200 for the first hour and $135 per hour after that.

When I called the office for clarification, they showed no interest in explaining the discrepancy. Instead of addressing my concerns, they simply said I could cancel and would receive a refund. No effort was made to retain my business or provide transparency.

If you value honesty and good customer service, I would look elsewhere.
