I cannot say enough for Campbell's Restoration to you have your home almost completely burned down? They were there there all through the process. I ended up with an absolutely beautiful home. Thank you Mr. Campbell. Thank you, Chris. The job Foreman, thank you Tim for the estimating and dealing with the insurance companies. And thank you Karen for keeping in contact with all the details. I ended up with an absolutely beautiful home like I said before.
Sorry this review took so long. Must have got on the wrong website years ago I've been in-house now for a little over 2 years and absolutely perfect. They came out if any problems arises. Thank you all 5 stars. If I could I would give you 6, It was a long process, almost 14 months, but in the end it is all worth it be patient hang in there. They would, do you a great job. Campbell Restoration replaced my roof after some wind and hail damage. The did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Their workers did a good quality job, protected my landscaping, and were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. Communication with the project manager Adam was also excellent.

My home needed a new roof and interior repair from water damage. Campbell Restoration sent Adam Frump to meet with me regarding the damage. I must say that Adam did a great job representing his team. Several other contractors sent estimators but, Mr. Frump's thorough inspection and great communication convinced me to give them the business. Best decision ever! I had the pleasure of working with Campbell's to replace our back sliding door which had been unknowingly leaking into our basement for years. Rob and the team were professional and kept open communication with us throughout the entire process. Rob took extra precaution to ensure all water damage had been treated and restored the door and basement wall to even better than before

We had Campbell work on 2 homeowners insurance claims: a leaking roof and water damage to the floor from our refrigerator. They do excellent work work friendly staff. The house looks great after they finished.

The Campbell's remediation and restoration crew, have done a wonderful job on my bathroom wall and flooring after water damage!! Rob Taylor was the project manager, he was very courteous and easy to work with !!! The job went relatively quick and very much to my liking 👍 !!!

My house needed a new roof after the tornado hit Hilliard in February of 2024. Their team did an excellent job, especially Adam Frump. He was responsive and followed through with everything he said he would. They were prompt and did a thorough job. I'm very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them. They took care to not disturb our flowerbeds and shrubs.

Aarion Moody is an exceptional individual that seems sincere about his role and very professional. He wanted to make sure that we. Were knowledgeable on the process and what they were doing to get our problem taken care of. Joe Ramsey and his team were great! It took about a day to complete the work. They were very thorough in their cleanup and putting everything back the way it was. The team was respectful and kept us up to date through the entire process. Our Nationwide insurance forked the bill for us due to storm damage and the process was super easy. We would work with Campbell again and recommend them to others for roofing.

I had the BEST experience with Campbell Restoration after garage fire. I called several companies that claimed to be open 24/7. ONLY Campbell Restoration was available! They came immediately! I had the most amazing experience with Campbell Restoration. I had a fire at my home and had to have my siding in the back replaced along with all my windows. The made me back whole. Everyone I worked with was kind and showed empathy. They were also had amazing communication. Rob Taylor was the project manager and he did a phenomenal job making sure everything worked out smoothly. If you ever need your home restored for any reason, I highly recommend this company!

Rob Joe and Joel were great to work with. At first we had a tough time getting a floor that we liked to be in stock or still manufactured but finally we got there. They answered all my questions, and got back to me promptly when I had to leave a message. My floor is just what we wanted and professionally installed. Would definitely call and/or recommend again.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Campbell and our project manager Rob. We got involved with them through our insurance company after a negligent plumber (a story for another review) flooded our house necessitating the replacement of most of the floors. Not only was the work of high quality, but it was executed in such a way as to show that they cared about the quality and our satisfaction. They worked with us closely to ensure that the job was completed to our full satisfaction and there was a high level of attention to detail. The highest compliment I can give is that they approached the work as if it were their own house which is an unfortunately rare quality these days. Rob exemplified this approach to service with his thoughtfulness and tidiness. Communication was excellent throughout and they were easy to schedule with. The work was finished promptly; we would gladly use them for other jobs.

Campbell gets my highest recommendation. Due to a severe storm, my parents' house had a septic backup that did extensive damage on the ground floor. Everyone at Campbell did a terrific job. The mitigation team, led by Aarion, came the next day and cleaned everything without any fuss. The restoration was beautifully done. Chris Buck was the project manager, and he saw to it that everything was done correctly. This involved plumbing, sheetrock, painting, new flooring, new bath vanity. Joel was a big help planning all the new materials. Tim and Karen in the office were always helpful. I have a lot of experience with restoration companies, and this is the best. It is locally owned and everyone takes pride in their work. They want you to be happy with the results. They go above and beyond what you expect.
