After our house fire, we were overwhelmed at the thought of rebuilding—but working with Struck and Sons made all the difference. From the very beginning, Richard, Ben, Scott, Shane, Dom, and Mike were responsive, professional, and deeply committed to bringing our home back to life.

They managed every detail of a complex project with skill and transparency. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt informed and supported. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding—our rebuilt home not only feels solid and safe but also more beautiful and functional than before.

Struck and Sons were recommended to me when we had a small water leak. They came and fixed the issue in the bathroom sink- they repaired the kitchen ceiling and repainted the entire ceiling and also hung a bedroom door for us. They were very efficient and super friendly.

Struck & Sons was recommended to us in March 2024 after a major fire at our home in Irondequoit, New York. After meeting with them, we knew immediately that we wanted them to handle our reconstruction. From the outset, they dealt with us with skill, integrity, clarity, and with sensitivity to the trauma associated with our destroyed home. Over the next 16 months, we met with Ben and Richard on numerous occasions, some at their office, some at our home, and later had frequent contact with them through email and text messages. They were consistently receptive and alert to our concerns and had the expertise to address our questions thoroughly. Through the course of the extensive project, the skilled professionals brought in (architect, demolition, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, kitchen, bath, painting - to name just a few) were of the highest craftsmanship and reliability.

In any project of such size and complexity, there are likely to be a few times of some different perspectives or disagreement. Although such issues were very few, when they arose, they were addressed with mutual understanding and resolution. From day to day, Richard was frequently onsite with his careful eye, sometimes with instructions to the crews of things he wanted modified or changed. We appreciated his experience, oversight, and attention to detail and quality. Ben primarily oversaw the massive coordination necessary and was consistently present both onsite and regularly by phone, email and text.

Midway through the project we asked if it would be possible to be back in the house before our son’s wedding in early July. Struck pushed hard and met that date, enabling us to move back in in late June. Given that timely move, our new home was able to be a welcoming place for both local and out of town guests for such a significant family event.

Our new home beautifully maintains the character of the original house while reflecting modernization and numerous upgrades. We sincerely appreciate the entire Struck & Sons organization for the A+ quality of their work and the consistent professionalism of Ben, Richard, the crews, and the entire staff. I cannot recommend Slavik and his team highly enough and would not hesitate to work with them again. We did a thorough search & interview process for selecting a contractor after experiencing a major house fire and Slavik / PNW Restoration was our choice - very glad we made that choice! Here is what you can expect: Slavik and team are true professionals with impeccable integrity and a relentless focus on putting their customers first. Tasks and completions happen when they say they are going to happen. They have a great command of all resources required - from demo to carpentry to drywall to tiling to cabinets to electrical to plumbing to HVAC to painting to finish work - they integrate and orchestrate all the vertical resources required to complete the effort. Slavik and his PMs like Ivan are exceptionally RESPONSIVE - questions, inquiries, etc. are answered and resolved very quickly. They are great at seeing a complicated effort to completion and their focus on your satisfaction doesn't waver as the project progresses - you don't have to chase anyone down to complete that final punchlist. Absolutely five stars for an exceptionally competent, honest, capable firm with a great command of all resources needed to complete the most complicated of contracting efforts. I am beyond grateful to this company. They helped me alot fixing my house after a fire. If you have anything happen and need help I highly recommend pnw! So many great people work here. Very professional and they follow through with everything. I've been in construction my whole life it's not often you run into a company doing everything the right way. I had multiple issues with framing and the way they made sure everything was done correctly even though it would take longer. The attention to detail runs through every employee they have. Top notch restoration. I write this sitting in my house after they fixed every square inch. Throughly impressed.

I had a MAJOR fire taking the house down to the studs and requiring the replacement of all the attic tresses. PNW was great start to finish. Every person I worked with there was confident, knowledgeable and very willing to do whatever needed to get done. Additionally PNW worked very closely with my interior designer to make sure it all came together as envisioned.

Slavs Kozub, our project manager, was great to work with and did a good job keeping us informed and making sure work was done to our satisfaction.

Pacific Northwest Restoration came out after my parents’ roof was damaged in a windstorm.
They handled everything from the inspection to negotiating directly with the insurance company. Even though the visible damage wasn’t too extensive, they were able to get the entire roof replacement fully approved and paid for through insurance. The process was stress-free, professional, and efficient from start to finish!

Owen Guape of Pacific Northwest Restoration came out after our neighbors house burnt down. My neighbor had no insurance, they had no hope of getting any payment. Owen stayed with our neighbor and helped him regardless of payment, and continued to help for days.This business is a small business with a huge heart. Thank you all

Owen and your company are amazing. Our neighbor had a fire that gutted his house. He had no home insurance and no one knows if he has any money behind him. This did not stop Owen from being of great assistance to him and a great human being. He made sure the Red Cross came by late evening and gave him voucher for a stay in a hotel for a couple of nights. He also gave him a ride and made sure he had food. He actually loaned him his own boots to wear. He checked on him the next day and the day after and is still in touch. He went back to the hotel for a few more days. Owen told the Red Cross that he was still there and they went by late in the eveing. Owen also had warm food sent to his room. Pacific Northwest Restoration chose and amazing employee who has a heart and went way out of his way to make sure Al was taken care of. The neighbors helped too even though he has not always been the nicest neighbor since he has mental illness from a war injury.

Oleg and his crews just finished some work to spruce up a house that I am selling. The price was very competitive, the end result looks great, and Oleg went well out of his way to meet my requests and was very easy to work with.

PNWRestoration company was easy to work with. The mitigation team of David, Rich, and crew were terrific. They went to great lengths to keep the dust down and always cleaned up before leaving. The supervisor, Ivan, checked almost every day on the progress. My home was put back together in a timely manner. Even the owner Slavik came by to see how the restoration was coming along. Thanks to this company, my home is fixed and looks great.
