Pacific Northwest Restoration is a company with heart! They came by to check on my property and offered to help us discard construction debris that were an eye sore. I’ve personally worked with several of the managing employees and the owner Slavik Petrus. Each time my experience has been nothing short of professional. This industry is known for unprofessional tactics which I’ve seen from others —but my experience with PNW has been nothing but professional to-date. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Pacific Northwest Restoration company was very good about every step of the repair process. Communication was terrific and they made sure the job was done right. If anything was out of place they made sure to come back and make it right. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. That's rare in the industry these days.

We recently bought a home and decided to do several upgrades, including new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring. After a lot of research, we chose Pacific Northwest Restoration, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. They were wonderful to work with, offered great pricing, and the quality of their materials was excellent. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped. Slavik and his team just finished demolition of my 720 square foot detached garage that burned down almost completely a few weeks ago. A huge mess was left behind physically and emotionally, but Pacific Northwest Restoration made this part of the process painless and helped me move on. Slavik responds quickly to text messages, shows up on time for estimates and the work itself. He gave me a simple, accurate and reasonable pricing estimate and didn't go over. They even finished up early. Overall, just completely impressed and would absolutely recommend. They did a great job with a difficult and messy demolition job and left the job site cleaner than I expected.

I recently had a tree strike my home, and the entire situation was stressful and complicated—especially dealing with the insurance company. I reached out to Pacific Northwest Restoration for help, and I’m so glad I did. They were extremely knowledgeable, informative, and guided me through every step of the process. After a fire at my house, I meet with several restoration companies. Most were very pushy, but PNWR was completely opposite. They were professional, respectful and extremely clear with communication. They made me feel safe and confident during a stressful time. They gave me space to make my decision without pressure and my insurance company also highly recommend them based on past experience. We recently hired Pacific Northwest Restoration LLC to repair our kitchen and fireplace, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team, led by Project Manager Slava Kozub, was professional, punctual, and highly skilled—taking time to explain each step of the process and ensuring everything was done right.

The kitchen restoration turned out beautifully. They blended new materials seamlessly with the existing design, and their attention to detail was evident in every corner. The fireplace work completely transformed the room; it’s now the centerpiece of our home and looks like it came straight out of a design magazine.

They go above and beyond by helping with hotel accommodations, providing food vouchers, and genuinely supporting people during stressful situations.
They handle everything from emergency services, mitigation, contents, demolition, and full restoration. Professional, fast, and dependable — highly recommended.

My house recently caught fire — it was my first time through something like this and I didn’t know what to do. PNW responded immediately and started work the same day.

Rich Thompson was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained the restoration process, the contracts, and each step in a way I could understand — he even adjusted his explanations because English is not my first language. He is very professional. He made us feel of my husband that he cared for our family, our house, our situation. He is a very positive guy. His energy was so inspiring that he made is feel calm and positive during this hard times of our life. As a small business owner myself, I’d be thrilled to have an employee like him; his energy and dedication made it feel like he really cared for this company.

Gwendy Lara, one of the consultants, was fast and very professional during a difficult time.

Jessica Doma was always friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive — replying to my emails, calls, and texts the same day. She is very warm and I can feel her positivity in every situation.

I also met Slavik, the owner, and found him professional, humble, and down-to-earth.

Michael Shoyhin (accountant) and Alex Kulibaba (estimator) were both fast and accurate.

My project manager Ivan Feltsan was so excellent. Always on time, very responsive, and highly professional. He estimated the last job would take two weeks, but his team finished in just one week. They worked so efficiently, and they’re not wasting time. It was easy and smooth to work with Ivan.
He is a leader.

Ivan’s siding team were very accommodating, punctual, and efficient. Always showing up to the property.

Everyone acted like they really cared for the clients and their business— they care deeply about their work. I can feel their positive energy in attending all my needs. The service is very fast and they’re all very accommodating.

Their pricing was reasonable compared to other companies, and I’ve already been recommending them to friends.

I’m grateful to Slavik for assembling such a strong team.

Pacific Northwest Restoration has been wonderful to work with throughout our remodel. The entire team has been amazing and extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. Our project manager, was especially impressive — he was professional, experienced, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Their pricing is very fair, and the quality of materials they use is excellent. We truly felt supported throughout the entire process and highly recommend them!

Great company! We had a fire happen to us almost a year ago. Sad and unfortunate, yes, but luckily we met Slavik, Valerian, and the rest of the team at Pacific Northwest Restorations to assist us with the repairs and renovations needed to move back into our home. We had smoke damage throughout the house and the damage and smell was extensive. They are extremely professional, concise in their explanations of the restoration process, and vehemently patient with us when we were unsure of something and/or made helpful suggestions to aid us with the insurance process. The duties and magic they performed on our house was exemplary as well as phenomenal. Not only was the removal process handled with great care, but their attention to detail was insane, bordering on obsessive compulsive. This is in no way a bad thing! We were looking to just simply repair our home. They were able to make it gorgeous and safe for us to live in it again. If you have had an unfortunate mishap happen to your house, and are looking for a company to go above and beyond to repair and restore your home, look no further! They have a profound recipe for success. With the other services that they offer, we will definitely be looking to them to assist us on any future upgrades that we may have.

I had high hopes for EF Yates Construction after my home was rebuilt by them following a fire and my experience matched! Thank you so much :)

Our kitchen was redone after water damage destroyed most of it. I was really happy with the finished product.

After dealing with contractors that left our house nothing like we expected. EF Yates came in and did a great job. Both my wife and I were very pleased.
We also used them at my son in laws house. Again the job was completed in a very professional manner.

I worked with Elwood and his team at E F Yates on my house renovations after a sudden pipe burst caused severe water damage. they were professional, communicative and did a wonderful restoring my home to better then it was before. Worked with Elwood and Rick after our home had some fairly extensive water damage. They were great to work with. They were on-site for the insurance adjusters walk though and ensured all damage was accounted for in the estimate. They have outstanding subs that they work with that made the process smoother. I even had them take on several side projects while they were tackling the major work. Highly recommend!

I had a water leak in the wall between my bathrooms. After mitigation was done to dry everything out E. F. Yates Construction came in and put everything back together better than it was originally. I would highly recommend them for repairing your home whether it’s damaged from a water leak or has major damage from a fire.

A tree fell on our 20 x 20 ft screened porch.....causing severe damage including a 1 1/4 inch twist....We were assigned E F Yates by our insurance company.
Ellwood and his team were amazing. They worked meticulously to put our porch back together which was no easy task. No one would know the damage had occurred.

I had something unfortunate occur to my home. It left me feeling uncomfortable and with a lack of peace. Servco stepped in under the direction of Kate and not only restored my home but my piece as well. Everything was done at the highest level of professionalism. I am so pleased and grateful for Servco. I can’t begin to tell you about how pleased and grateful I am to all the repair people at Servco who restored my home after all the water (snow) damage suffered with the February ice/snow/cold storm. I called Servco on a Sunday evening (after over a foot of snow had fallen the previous day) never expecting a response until the next day. Marvin answered the call, listened to my panic story of water dripping out of my ceiling and vent and came over within 30 minutes. The temps were below freezing with at least 4 inches of solid ice and over a foot of snow on the ground! For that alone I was so grateful! Marvin spent time assessing the damage, crawling up in my attic to find the source of the water dripping and proceeded to pull up my wet carpet/padding and advising me as to what to expect. He told me that he/his repair people would be out the next morning. The assurance that it would be repaired as soon as possible was more than a relief (with awful weather and over a foot of snow everywhere!!). Marvin assured me that he would contact everyone needed and work with my insurance to help with the navigation of that, also. I could go on and on about how how helpful everyone was in what was quite a traumatic situation for me. My master bedroom and bath were not able to be used for over 3 weeks! I can’t say enough great things about how Marvin handled the whole situation with assessment and follow up on every part of the repair and the payment/insurance. He always answered or returned my calls promptly. He reassured me that his workers were not only skilled but “trustworthy” also. I saw that in all the people who worked on the repair…..very pleased with ALL of them and their work/repairs. Erik was great with the cutting out of the walls/ceiling and all that repair. Julio was very particular and careful with his painting. Dave was great with repair/trim/items delivered. Will was great with trim repair and insulation. Uncle was wonderful with the cleaning! Andrew was great with the carpet cleaning. I hope I didn’t leave out anyone?? I really was very pleased and impressed by the all the people/parts that came together in a very organized manner! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone for disaster repair of any sort. I was so stressed with all the damage and was really pleased with everything that was done to restore it back to it’s original form. My questions/phone calls/requests were always replied to in a pleasant and efficient manner. They were always on time or called to let me know if times had changed, also (much appreciated). I really can’t express my gratitude enough to everyone and especially to Marvin for following up with “everything”….from the dirty and messy work to the financial opinions (even meeting with the insurance assessor to make sure he saw all the damage!). I know this is a long review but I can’t thank Servco enough for all they did to restore my home back to normal. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you ALL…..especially Marvin!
