They lack professionalism and they have a very poor response rate. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for the past 3 weeks leaving numerous voice mails and no response from any one. I understand when company’s have a large work load and they can’t take another job. But a simple returned call stating that would be sufficient.

Tyler came out and setup new extinguishers and service. The whole process was smooth from the initial call to install. Tyler's communication was great.

Another service came out & cleaned my vent hood this morning and pointed out the shoddy work State Systems had been performing on my hood for YEARS. I'm fortunate that I didn't have a fire! 100% WOULD NOT recommend! The new guys did a great job....for $175 LESS than State Systems was going to charge me
