My name is Glenn Walls and I am Caleb's Dad. No I have not used this business. My reason for this five star reviews is my son really likes it and I know he will and is giving his all to be the best employee to your customers.

I would hope that all that are associated with him working on his team, wil learn from his example and work ethic. He will make Elite and great business.

I love these guys. They are the best all around service for hoods and fire protection. I had called the out just to replace a fan belt and the tech went out of his was to find other things that were causing the problem of my pizza oven not working properly. They had someone out within a couple of days to finish the work. Their prices are great and the staff incredibly friendly. They have even worked with me on pricing because of covid and the fact i am also a small business owner which tells you they dont just care about money, but providing a quick and incredibly thorough job well done. Thank you elite, you are lifesavers. David and Caleb recently cleaned my hoods. Fantastic job by both. Clean and professional service and demeanor from the two gentlemen.

We have always received top quality work and excellent customer service and communication. They have recently added several services to the their portfolio and this allows us to one-stop shop for many required services. Very efficient for us in regards to billing and scheduling.

I am a facilities sup and cannot say enough good about this place. We were woefully underserved by a large nationally known firm that also does laundry I guess?- absolutely horrible in every way, anyway, Tatiana and her team of experts at Elite jumped right in and immediately turned things around at multiple locations. They are responsive, on time, and actually communicate. Customer service is important, they know that and they follow through. If you would like to never think about fire protection, sprinklers, backflows and the rest of it, give them a call and trust the process. Especially if you’re reading all of these reviews- pick up the phone and prepare to find out what it feels like to be a “valued customer”.

Caleb and Bryan did an amazing job! They were very professional and asked a lot of questions to make sure they did everything to our standards. Over all very impressed.

Just had Caleb and Daniel just helped my restaurant get our hood vents cleaned. They were very prompt, speedy at their work and overly professional. It’s always nice to be able to interact with competent and friendly people in my industry.

P.S. they also have super nice facial hair and that’s something they should feel good about themselves for.

We needed our hoods on the grill cleaned and elite came highly recommended. Not only did they do an excellent job but they did it in a timely manner. One employee in particular Caleb walls was a r extremely courteous and very hard worker. I was very impressed and would recommend elite.

Wonderful service! We have used many hood vent companies and none have ever compared to this one. They helped us out in an emergency and they did a fantastic job. They may provide great service to those they care to respond to. Called to get a hood cleaning and suppression system inspection. Initially talked with Jerusha, she was helpful and quickly responsive. My request for a quote was supposedly passed along to their estimator. That was 10 days ago. Initially I was told I would get it after the weekend. Multiple follow up emails to see when I might get the estimate and still no estimate. Have called other companies and gotten and estimate same day.
Again they might provide great service once they get around to you but I wouldn't know because it's been nearly 2 weeks and despite multiple requests for an estimate it has been ignored
