Extremely unreliable. They have serviced our restaurant for several years, and are nearly entirely unresponsive when reaching out. I have emailed numerous times without response, and am currently still waiting for a quote I was promised to receive back in 2024. They do not show up when scheduled and are very difficult to work with. They show a pattern in their reviews of being unresponsive.

This is second time to get the good cleaning service. They remind me when it’s time to clean the hood again. The hood worked well so far and I requested service again. It’s recommended!

Are you kidding me? The inspection alone costs thousands of dollars — they really overcharge for their work. If you want to get ripped off, go with them, but trust me, a contractor can do the same job for much cheaper. And don’t be fooled by all the reviews — most of them are probably fake, so I wouldn’t trust it.

I maintain a commercial kitchen in the Denver Area, called SOHO. We serve around 150 meals per day and Robin Hood takes great care of our ventilation hood system. I’ve personally used a half dozen companies in the area and these guys by far do the best work, communicate perfectly, and even took time to educate me about the system and a couple of its current deficiencies. Not a sales pitch- they can’t even do the work they were showing we needed - just honest help to try to make our system better. Their prices are fair - in line with industry standards. I had my stove burners cleaned today by Josh and his friend, and the experience was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, and paid great attention to detail. The burners were cleaned thoroughly, and all the grease buildup was effectively removed. The whole process was efficient and well done. After cleaning, they also did a quick check of the equipment, which gave me extra peace of mind. The pricing was fair and definitely worth it. I would use their service again and highly recommend them to others.

Anyone needing Chase Core services for ducts cleaning you cannot go wrong...I nearly gave up trying to find a company to clean the kitchen ducts because most of the companies I called were ONLY cleaning restaurants and not residential....CHASE not only cleaned restaurants but he offered to help me out with what I needed done in thekitchen...he is a professional w a big heart.
