Johan and Julio worked very hard over a few days to repair a section of my floor, re-sand and re-stain the entire apartment and stairs. They even moved the furniture around themselves. The floors turned out great (see pics) - they did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and even painted samples of different colors on so I could choose. I have red brazilian cherry floors and went with Slate color over a dark color, which still took out a lot of the redness without making the rooms too dark.

Nothing but good things to say about Johan and his team. I had a stair remodel project that took some coordination between the metal workers and Johan's carpenters and it all worked seamlessly. Johan and his team were on time and efficient in finishing their portion of the project, removing and replacing the stair treads. They went above and beyond to ensure the stairs were reinforced after noticing an area that was pulling away from the ceiling. They made sure our condo remained clean throughout the process and did a thorough clean after the project was complete. I would definitely recommend Johan and A+ Flooring and plan to use them again for future projects.

Johan and his crew turned my wrecked floors into beauties in one day. Johan is incredibly easy to work with, flexible, and a perfectionist in his work. My floors were finished, dried, ready to walk on and furniture back in place. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Johan is the best.

Johan came out to give me an estimate on my foyer. His price came in far below other estimates and his work blew me away! I can’t believe I almost ripped out the hardwood! My house flooded back in December and I called Johan to refinish my countertops. He ended gutting my bathroom, repairing the drywall, installing my LVP, installing cabinets and countertops, and refinishing my foyer yet again. He gave me an awesome price, was fast, clean and did an amazing job. He’s an all around professional and I recommend Johan and his team to to everyone I know.

Johan and his partner were WONDERFUL to work with. He came to look at a first floor sanding and staining on a Friday and completed the entire job that Sunday - what a nice, hardworking guy and his price was incredibly reasonable. I also needed a hole patched which was seamless. The floors look AMAZING (so amazing that other workers in the house have commented on how amazing they look) and I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and dedication. Johan did a fantastic job on a kitchen flooring project that required blending non-stained flooring to stained flooring. He was quick to come over to see the project before giving me a very reasonable estimate and completing the project within a few days! He was easy to work with and does quality work!

Here’s the before and after photos of my stairs. Johan stuck to his two day timeline (even though it mean him working until 10pm on Sunday). He was responsive and professional. johan and his team did an amazing job at repairing and staning maple floors. He had very experienced answers to all our questions and was very patient. His prices are very reasonable and worth it for the final product. He fixed numerous holes and repaired gaps in the floor so well that you cannot tell differences. we loved the floors so much that we had him come back to do the kitchen floor that was under vinyl. he is a very fast worker and gets things done in a timely manner, while paying attention to the details as well.

Recently bought a house and was given Johan's number for sanding and staining floors. Was able to schedule an appointment for the estimate and given quick response. The pricing was good that instead of just doing first floor, we did both first and second floor! The floors came out great so that after they were done, I asked Johan if he could do the baseboards and trim to some of the doors which also came out great. Johan and his crew cleaned up after they were done and was very responsive on keeping me up on what was going on and when they were done. I would recommend Johan for any job especially regarding any floor projects people may need. Also the power in my kitchen went out from what we believe was from the sanding machine vibrations, Johan responded quick with his electrician and figured it out. He’s accountable and does a great job on his projects.

Such a great job, responsiveness, and price. We were looking for an economical and smart fix for the unsightly hole left by the chimney where the baseboard and floor had to be removed when the chimney was removed.

I called Monday and it’s Wednesday and it’s done! Unbeatable and they did a little extra baseboard above and beyond what we agreed.

The end product is amazing, and I can’t wait to finish painting tomorrow. He said he used old wood that comes out of crevasse of other houses because the color of the old maple matches perfectly and he’s right. This patch looks so much better than other ones I have had done before because the wood matches the yellowness which can only come from age. Not many guys out there I don’t think are hand picking wood pieces to match 120+ years of yellowing but they did. They really care about the job no matter how small.

I’m for sure having these guys come back and do other various wood projects as soon as I can.
