This was the easiest and best decision we ever made...Our Slate shower was in desperate need of a restoration. We were so pleased with the quick response and the quality of the work. I have a discolored granite countertop that served me for 18 years. The area around the sink got dull and discolored. I have also a big cracked marble slab around my master oval bath tub due to an earthquake. I called a contractor and he said I have to change them. I was thinking it will cost me 27K for both projects. I called Titans Natural Restoration for 2nd opinion. I sent them the problem pictures and to my amazement, they said they can fix it. Abner came and did a great job. He was very pleasant and I can see he is skillful in what he does. When he was done, my granite counter looks like new and the crack in my marble slab looks like the grain of the slab itself. Barely noticeable. Ha ha ha!!! And I paid only $565.00. Thank you Titans!!!

1/28/2022-We are getting ready to put our home on the market and wanted to have the floor (tile grout) and countertops cleaned. Now, after 6 years with shoes in the house and two large dogs, I did not have high hopes. A friend recommended Titans Natural Stone Restoration and I have to say, I am now a customer for life!
First, Eddie was so responsive to my text messages to set up the appointment, he made it so seamless! His team arrived on time and texted when they arrived. Every part of the process was professional from protecting my hardwood floors and wall edges, to explaining the entire process, to on time completion! My floors look brand new!
Then the countertop team came in right on time and again, the same meticulous care for my home. After restoring my countertops to the original look, the tech showed me the cleaner I was using was causing the excessive wear and showed me what and how to use in the future. He also told me to pick up on amazon (no hidden charges or up sales).
I must note, I called 2 other places to get quotes for the job and one was cheaper and one was much more expensive, with the constant up-sell. As the owner of an investigation company, I did my home work and found both the other companies had paid to hide their poor reviews. I did not find one hidden review for Titans. I am ecstatic to say, I made the right choice with Titans and the quality and wonderful service made my day. I know it will positively impact my wallet with the sale of my home.

Eddie and his team did an amazing job restoring our marble table. It looks even more gorgeous and we are absolutely loving it. They were easy to communicate with and had fairing pricing and no hidden fees or charges. They were professional and courteous in our home. What I like the most about this company is how punctual they are. They always meet deadlines. I would strongly recommend this company for any type of home improvements.

Johan refinished my kitchen floor.
He is super friendly and responsive. Came on time, explained honestly what can and can't be done. He finished the work exactly as he predicted by 4PM, left the kitchen spotless and the floor sparkling. He also did all the floors under the applicances, and made sure to send me photos to prove it! I would highly recommend him.

My floors look amazing. I called Johan last week and he was at my condo within 30 minutes to take measurements; quoted me a number on the spot that we agreed to. His crew of 2 came the following week (promptly at 8am) and they finished the refinishing/repair in ONE DAY. I'm really blown away by the results. Pretty sure no one has conditioned these floors since original construction 17 years ago. There were areas where the varnish was completely worn off; one rotted gnarly blackened area that has irked me since I moved in 5 years ago. It's all perfect now. We had one mishap where my oven drawer got scratched, but we settled that up equitably and Johan even offered to find the replacement part for me. He has been extremely responsive throughout. I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the turnaround time.

I am very pleased with the service provided by this team. They completed three small projects for us and were incredibly accommodating with our schedule. The match and patch job around the fireplace was particularly impressive, as they seamlessly matched the new flooring to the existing floor after the fireplace rebuild.

Johan and his team were fantastic to work with! They finished 1,000sq feet of sanding and sealing in just two days, and kept the place spotless while doing it. Great price and always called me right back. Highly recommend!

We came across Johan’s business and his 5 star google reviews when our search through the National Certified Hardwood Floor Association came up empty. Several contractors refused to do estimates, while others insisted the entire condo would have to be refinished when only one room was scratched. Johan agreed to come by for an estimate, and also promised he could perfectly match the refinished room to the hallways and remaining condo. From the very beginning, Johan was very professional and responsive. He was able to expedite getting us in, and even did so on a Sunday so it wouldn’t interfere with my work schedule. He also immediately provided a COI upon request and initiated sending directly to our management company. The day of the job, he arrived exactly at 8:30am, began setup, then reviewed oil vs water based and why he was sure it was oil based. By noon, the room was sanded and the first coat of varnish on. He gave me plenty of time to leave the condo to allow for ventilation, and clearly explained 30 min drying, buffing then one final coat of varnish. He finished the entire project by 1pm and it was seamless. The color match is perfect. If you’ve ever had hardwood floor that you care for, you know how important it is to keep them looking great. Not sure if the scratch is visible in the picture, but will include before and after photos. I am confident in Johan’s expertise, and highly recommend him for any hardwood floor project!
