Flooring reviews across the US

Two separate services: 1) I had a patch of carpet repaired by Anthony, and I can't tell the difference from the rest of the carpet. Great job! 2) John mentioned that they also clean carpets, so I decided to give them a shot. Paul and Shawn came freshened up five rooms and some stairs. The carpets were relatively clean before, but I could tell they were improved, especially the high-traffic areas. Thanks!

Personal Touch has helped me with two different flooring jobs and I couldn’t be more pleased. Because of their fair pricing, high quality work and professionalism I’m much more motivated to make more flooring improvements in my home! 5 stars for sure!

We recently hired Personal Touch Carpet & Flooring to clean the carpets at our church, and they did an absolutely outstanding job!

From start to finish, Brian, Paul and Shawn were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. The carpets hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite some time, but they now look nearly brand new. High-traffic areas that were heavily stained are spotless, and the whole building smells fresh and clean.

Their team worked efficiently and respectfully within our space, and even accommodated our schedule to avoid disrupting any church activities. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows in the results.

We’re truly grateful for their excellent service and will absolutely be calling them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great job laying my carpet.

Great business, wonderful people. Rent Host carpet dry cleaning system here. Wonderful people to do business with

Anita was extremely helpful and concerned with our satisfaction. Her attention was very much appreciated!

Great place. Worth the drive if you live in Springfield or Eugene. Anita is great. She got us a great deal on flooring which we found difficult to find because it was not the latest trend. There was no upselling. The carpet installer that came to our home was quick, clean, and professional.

Carpet Gallery offers competitive pricing and Anita was very helpful with finding the right color/style carpet for our bedrooms. The carpet installer was very professional and did a great job. Shop local!

Carpet Gallery has exceptional materials at reasonable prices. Jim and Anita were friendly and professional. If you want a Beautiful floor, drive to Junction City and shop at Carpet Gallery. They have more than just carpet and hard wood floors. Go check it out for all your flooring needs.

Carpet Gallery was fantastic! I took them the work up of the area we wanted covered, they ran the numbers, got us the same carpet that was at Jerry’s for a fraction of the cost. They employed super solid carpet installation providers and we could not be more pleased with the outcome! Great prices, amazing communication, tons of patience and a great attitude. If you need carpet or any other kind of flooring, Carpet Gallery should be your first call (it’ll save you time).

I recently purchased flooring from the Carpet Gallery. I was so pleased with their competitive pricing and excellent customer service, I returned when it was time to purchase carpet. They have a vast selection, very competitive in price, and wonderful customer service and follow through. With potential delivery delays due to the pandemic, Anita kept me informed of the status. The installers were experienced professionals and efficient. I highly recommend them and would certainly return to Carpet Gallery the next time I need to purchase flooring.

We had the best experience with the Carpet Gallery. We received excellent customer service from Anita and had excellent work done. We needed to get our carpets stretched in a large playroom and the work was wonderful and the turnaround time was amazing. The installers sent to do the job were efficient and friendly. We also had several quotes before finding this local option and their pricing couldn't be beat! We will continue to use the Carpet Company for our future needs.

Love my new carpet. Anita and her crew where amazing. On time and very professional. She helped me pick a good carpet since we have animals and I couldn't be more happier with the choice. Highly recommend them if looking for good quality carpet. Thank you so much!!!

They would always bend over backwards and do everything they could for me at the location I use to work at. And I still use them but on a different basis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and quality employees. And what doesn't break the bank anymore
