Flooring reviews across the US

We have been Carefree Floor customers and referrals for over 20 yrs! We have used them in every capacity from carpet cleaning to full remodel of the entire home. Our experience has been professional and we feel like family. The carpet cleaners have been the same technicians for over a decade. That says a lot for a company. Our experience with the subs they have sent us for installation of carpet tile or wood has been remarkable. We are customers for LIFE!

We just completed a total remodel on our house. New floors, new showers, new granite kitchen counters. All I can say about Carefree Floors, their installers and customer service is Wowza!!!! It's an older home and once the layers were peeled back we found a surprise or two. Nothing was insurmountable to Brian and his crew. I appreciated their professionalism and great ideas on how to circumvent things that could have been issues. Our home is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier!

We had them refloor our entire house They gave us a great price and always showed up when they said they would. Seriously for the entire house there was literally no mess. They were professional and the installation was on time. They guaranteed their work and they know what they’re doing. Locally owned small business is definitely the way to go and you won’t be disappointed. I would recommend this business highly. It’s the attention to detail and hands on that makes a difference. Virtually everyone was easily accessible from start to finish. If I had more houses I would definitely go back to them. Very happy

I have used Carefree Floors for carpet and tile cleaning for the several years. Recently Brian and his team replaced my living room carpet. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and experience of his team. I highly recommend Carefree Floors for new flooring, repairing of any floor and of course cleaning any floor surface!

Update 1/8/2020: I continue to be pleased with the work that Brian's staff does. Yesterday they cleaned carpets in several rooms and a sofa. They were quick, affordable and professional!

Update 1/29/21: Thank you Carefree Floors! My carpets look good as new after cleaning today. I'm impressed with the professionalism and kindness showed by the staff that performed the work today.

Carefree Floors performed a rug, tile and upholstery cleaning for us. The two member crew did a terrific job and worked very hard. They were comfortable with us watching them throughout the process to ensure that we were satisfied with the level of service.

It took about 4 hours, large job and the prior owners of our home had not cleaned the rug previously. End result was excellent. Immediately noticed a huge difference in our carpet. The furniture looked great too, really restored it.

Would highly recommend their service cleaning service.

Carefree floors has always done a great job for us. We had them install hardwood floors, tile in the kitchen, tile in several bathrooms and they were prompt and affordable. Thank you!

Such a pleasant experience always working with Lori at Carefree Floors! She genuinely attends to each Client with exceptional service and care! We really enjoy working alongside Carefree Floors to assist in Countertop selection during the Home Remodel process! Highly recommend!

This company is more than super to deal with. We had a little problem with an installed floor and they came, looked at it and completely are standing by their work. In the past they have done steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, carpet mending and many other things, and always have done a super conscious job. I am so happy that I have chosen Carefree Floors!

Choosing Carefree Floors for our new carpet installation and tile cleaning turned out to be an exceptional decision. From the outset, the owners and employees exhibited a level of helpfulness that made the entire process remarkably smooth. They didn't just sell us carpet; they guided us through the selection process, ensuring we were well-informed and confident in our choices.

We are super happy with our new carpet and the quality of the installation reflects the expertise and care that Carefree Floors brings to their work. It's not just about the end result; it's about the journey, and they made the journey enjoyable and stress-free.

The added service of tile cleaning became an unexpected highlight of our experience. Chad, who handled the cleaning, deserves special commendation. He went above and beyond, showcasing a meticulous approach that breathed new life into our tile floors, shower, and countertops. His attention to detail was evident, and the results were nothing short of impressive.

Carefree Floors has not just won our satisfaction but also our trust. Their commitment to customer service, evident at every level of interaction, sets them apart. If you're seeking a seamless experience, quality products, and a team that genuinely cares about your satisfaction, I wholeheartedly recommend Carefree Floors. They've earned their stellar reputation, and we are grateful for the excellence they brought to our home.

We replaced all of the carpet in our house and in some areas put in wood floors. Brian and Lori made the process very easy and all the people that worked with them were very efficient and professional. It was a fairly large project for us and it turned out great. We have referred several of our good friends to them because we knew they would have a good experience.

We undertook an extensive remodel of our house. The interaction with Carefree Floors is decidedly mixed and can be rated as follows:
Ownership 2* *
Sales 5*
Tile installation 2*
Countertop installation 1*
Floor Installation 4*

In sum, they seem to do well on small items but have a very difficult time with more complex, larger projects that is handicapped by an abrasive site supervisor (when he shows up). Dealing with the owner is interesting to say the least. The sales staff is excellent and tries their best to manage the logistics under sometimes difficult circumstances.

Overall experience was average at best. Wood floor installers definitely not true professionals. Always seemed rushed and often confused. Had to tear out one room and replace due to running in the wrong direction. Several chipped tiles at transitions, which they tried to hide, we’ll just find the chip and glue it back in. Helper dumped over a bucket of grout and was cursing and swearing at the top of his lungs. My wife was horrified to say the least. Owner is decent enough and tried but his help leaves a lot to be desired. Except the folks at the office, they were very nice.

Brian and the entire staff at Carefree Floors are terrific to deal with. They are always friendly and prompt. Carefree Floors has replaced carpet in two rooms, installed LVP in another and cleaned carpets for us over the years. I highly recommend you consider them for your flooring needs.

Brian came to our home at the appointed time. Our goal was to get a price on new carpets. Brian suggested he would send in his carpet cleaners at no charge to see if he could get spots out we were unable to in one of the rooms to save the job being a bigger one. This was done successfully. The carpets were replaced in 3 other rooms. The price was reasonable and the workmanship outstanding and fast. Cleanup was great. We couldn't be more pleased. We will get Carefree Floors in the future. Thank you everyone at Carefree Floors.

Excellent service and timely delivery of our tile flooring. I was recommended to Carefree Floors by a friend and am glad I found them. They have a large selection of flooring at great prices. After we ordered from them, the owner (Brian) even sent us a thank you card. I'm happy to support a local business that actually cares about their customers. Thanks again!

Excellent company to work with. They were quick to call me back schedule an appointment and get my floors measured. Very happy with their service. I live long distance and they were even able to mail out samples of product to me.
