I have used City Tile for years and they have never failed me. I had back splash put in my kitchen and it turned out so beautiful.
I would like to thank Bill for his help In ordering and scheduling the job.

From my first intro call with Randy requesting help on choosing the right carpet through the selection, install scheduling, and then the carpet install our experience with the entire City Tile team was fantastic. This was my first time using City Tile and after visiting their showroom it won’t be my last!

They were very accommodating to a specific request that I had and made it happen in a quick and smooth manner.

I used City Tile when my house was being built 3 years ago. A few weeks ago, I noticed some caulking issues and called City Tile to have them come look at it. Every employee I talked with was extremely kind and professional, especially the owner, Andrew Young. They came out to my house for an inspection, ended up fixing the issues, and didn't charge me a penny! They were extremely polite and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Incredibly pleased with City Tile. They are very communicative and willing to go the extra mile. They worked on replacing my kitchen floor after a dishwasher leak and completed the task rather quickly. Then they returned to repair my daughter's carpet at her doorway without a second thought. The gentleman just happened to be in the area and said he would stop by to make it easier and so I wouldn't have to schedule an appointment. Super friendly folks. If you need to speak with anyone please make sure it's either Mel or Thayne.

Be careful buying carpet from here. We needed new carpet and chose to go with City Tile because they installed our original carpet when we built our house 18 years ago and have been in business for many years. Since the day the new carpet was installed we have been disappointed with it. The seams didn't blend in several areas and it had a few snags. They came out to look at it and told us to give it time and it would probably blend better. They also blamed it on the type of carpet we went with, but it was the same type of carpet we previously had and never had any issues with it. One year later the carpet was already looking worn down like we had had it for several years, doesn't even look better when you vacuum it. We contacted City Tile, it took a few attempts and took them a while to contact us back. City Tile contacted the manufacturer of the carpet company who told them we would have to get the carpet professional cleaned before anyone would look at it. We have already wasted too much money on this cheap carpet and are extremely disappointed that City Tile would sell such poor quality carpet.

I’ve been in City Tile multiple times over the past 3 months in needing materials and advice in getting all the right pieces and parts to go along with my projects. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very helpful. I highly recommend City Tile.

Kiersten Pepper worked with us to redesign our kitchen and did an incredible job! She listens to what her customers want and then delivers options. She goes the extra mile to make certain all the details come together beautifully and in a timely manner. She is so talented and we highly recommend her! City Tile’s crew did a fantastic job installing our flooring and backsplash! They were incredibly detail oriented and super friendly. Their workmanship is superb! They were very professional and eager to answer all our questions. These folks certainly go out of their way to take care of their customers. We HIGHLY recommend City Tile!

Just had our touch up from our 1 year inspection and Marshall was an absolute delight. Not only was everything touched up to perfection but I learned a lot during the process! We experienced water damage in a section of our hardwood floors, and City Tile provided excellent service. You can't even tell which part of the hardwood was replaced! They are now our go-to for all flooring needs. Marshall was fantastic to work with as well.

Our builder had flooring installed by a small vendor in Woodbury Tennessee. When we had issues within 3 months we complained to the owner in Woodbury who had been here for many years. After many attempts for help, the owner of this local flooring company provided us with no support even though the material and labor had recently been supplied within 3 months. We then contacted a local company in Murfreesboro Tennessee that we had dealt with 20 years earlier which was City Tile & Floor. They responded immediately even though it was not their problem but the problem of middle Tennessee carpet in Woodbury Tennessee. Emory from City Tile & Flooring came out twice and our situation was resolved within 6 weeks. Tim, their installer had everything wrapped up in a professional manner within one day. We would like to thank Andrew with City Tile & Flooring as well as Emory their salesman, and certainly Tim the installer! We highly recommend this third generation company.

This company is great! They installed floors in my new home and any issue you may have they take care of. Thane came and helped me with minor wear and tear after being here for a few years and he has great customer service. Highly recommend

Just finished a carpet project with City Tile Company. Our sales rep Emory Kincaid was awesome to work with. Very professional and his installation person Tim Bruce did an excellent job! Everything completed on time as promised. I highly recommend this company.

I was hesitant to leave a negative review,but after being asked at least twice via email to share my experience,I feel it’s important to be honest so others know what to expect.

We used City Tile for the flooring in our newly built home as well as my sister’s home next door.We were promised installation would be completed for both houses in a specific week,& we scheduled all our other contractors accordingly.That week came—and only the bathroom tile was completed.I emailed our sales rep for an update,only to receive no response.I later found out she was on vacation,but no one informed us of that or provided another point of contact.This lack of communication caused major delays.

When I finally got in touch with someone else at City Tile,I was told they were behind schedule & that the timeline we were given was inaccurate.Because of this,the rest of the flooring was delayed by two-three weeks,which created a domino effect of rescheduling all the other contractors lined up behind them—delaying the completion of our home & impacting other small businesses.It was originally going to be pushed back longer,but I had to call & be firm & ask them to honor their timeline as close as they could get - which still wasn't close at all.It was frustrating having to argue to get the standard performance there instead of them just already being up to par.

In response to all this,we were offered a 2% discount,which felt more like an insult than an apology.After pressing harder,they increased the discount slightly,but it still didn’t come close to making up for the disruption & stress caused.Despite multiple requests to speak to a manager or owner,we were continuously brushed off to our original sales rep—who,according to several others at the company,had given us incorrect information in the first place.No one ever took real accountability.

Eventually,we moved in a full month later than expected,entirely due to City Tile’s errors. Unfortunately,it didn’t stop there. Once in the home,we noticed carpet fraying—completely disconnected from the floor.The warranty technician told us this was “normal” & offered to just cut off the frayed pieces,which is hardly a solution.After two attempts & the right tools,the carpet was finally fixed—and it now looks great—but not without new scuff marks on our walls & trim,which they also claimed was "normal." This is a brand-new house,& now I’m left dealing with cosmetic damage caused by their poor handling.

On top of that,we discovered our LVT flooring is bubbling in the living room.A warranty technician is supposed to check it this week,but I’m already dreading the next issue.At this point,I regret choosing City Tile & worry we’ll be dealing with poor workmanship & warranty claims for years to come.

They may have a pretty showroom & friendly salespeople,but the follow-through,communication,& overall customer care have been severely lacking.Save yourself the stress—go with a company that takes ownership of their mistakes & stands behind their work with pride & professionalism.

Update: The new GM reached out after my initial review & addressed every issue we had.Flooring problems,trim,& wall damage from earlier repairs were all fixed,& I appreciate the effort to correct what was done poorly the first time. Unfortunately,by the time they came out,more bubbles had formed in our LVT flooring.Those were repaired as well,but it took multiple visits,& I worry more issues will surface from the poor initial installation. While she couldn’t undo the delays or lack of communication that caused so much stress,she did what she could to make things right,& we appreciated that effort.It’s unfortunate it took a negative review to get help & that the prior GM/ownership never took responsibility.We do sincerely appreciate Andy’s work once she got involved,but since the last repairs,she hasn’t followed up as promised or provided the compensation she said she would.The fixes were appreciated,but the lack of follow-through leaves my trust in this company low.

City Tile and crew members did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend them and we will be back for any future projects. Emory and Chava were easy to work with. They left all work areas clean and looks great!

10/10 recommend! We spoke with Kiersten Pepper (who was so kind and helpful) and she assisted us with picking the best flooring for our budget and it fit great in our house. Then within a week the flooring guy came and put them in! It was such a quick and easy process that we will be going back and getting them to do our stairs and upstairs in a few months. Definitely check them out if you need great prices and friendly service!

I had a great experience with City Tile when adding a bathroom to my home . Emory was my salesman and he provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He made the experience enjoyable and I highly recommend him and City Tile.

I purchased tile for 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. Emory provided exceptional customer service and helped me narrow down my selections. There were so many tile options in the showroom at a fair price. Great experience all the way around.
