Flooring reviews across the US

Jesse was amazing. Very professional, quick and he did a wonderful job on the carpet install.

Moser Carpet did a great job in eliminating the serious dog urine odor and replacing carpet and pad. Highly recommended.

Brandon and team did an amazing job reinstalling my carpet. Initial install was loose and not stretched properly. They did an amazing job, showed up on time and made carpet tight as a drum. When I asked for a few areas to be tighter Steven was so kind and obliged with no defensiveness (I’ve experienced with others). Highly recommend

Jesse did a fantastic job stretching carpet and cleaning. Such a hard worker and nice guy!! Very happy with the service.

Jesse did a great job repairing the carpet in three doorways. He masterfully blended new carpet, from remnants we kept, into worn carpet. Very kind, mindful of our pets, and professional. We're so grateful!

This company's service is exceptional. Would highly recommend that you contact them for all your carpet repair, stretching, etc.

I requested a repair through Thumbtack, and Brandon (the owner) messaged me early in the morning with a very clear video describing their services, the available options, and their quote, which was fair and competitive. After making my selection, we were scheduled immediately.

Unfortunately, the tech's jobs that day were taking longer than anticipated and he was running behind. However, Melody communicated with me proactively about the delay, more than 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment, and was very accommodating to my needs. We discussed several options, and came up with a compromise on scheduling. I can't praise her enough for her professionalism and patience. She handled all the communication smoothly and pilitely, keeping on top of the changing situation.

When Jesse arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable, once again providing me with excellent options. His repair is barely distinquishable from the rest of the carpet, and he also stretched the areas around the repair to spruce everything up. I really didn't expect it to go so well considering the level of damage. Exceptional work quality, and work ethic.

The convenient payment options and the invoice coming in significantly UNDER the initial quote was a great bonus.

I am very pleased with my choice of Moser Carpet Repair. They are a consistently professional organization that provides fast, reliable, and excellent service. I will always use them from now on, without hesitation.

Jesse from Moser carpet Repair did a bang up job on my unique carpet repair. I will definitely use him again.

Jesse was professional and did a great job!!
He knows what he’s doing and how to work with his tools. I would recommend them for any type of flooring you need done.

I would recommend Moser Carpet. Jessie showed up right on time and completed our repair and cleaning in record time. He was courteous and efficient. I can’t ask for more

We needed our carpets stretched last minute because my mother was coming home from the hospital soon. Jennifer Moser Carpet Repairs was a referral from our carpet cleaning company. Jennifer was gracious and understood the situation and had a technician come out the same day.

The technician, Osmin Hernandez was very professional and did such a fantastic job! Our carpets look like new!

Thank you so much!!!

Moser Carpet Repairs did a beautiful job fixing a bleach spot on a carpet that would have cost $11k to replace. Brandon was professional and friendly and the process could not have been easier.

‘Wonder’ is the word that comes to my mind when I think of what Moser Carpet folks did for our carpet. I tried to put a before and after photo here, although I don’t think they will do justice as they were taken for other purposes. You can still probably see how the furniture marks and stains are gone, so are the foldings that had formed. For all the rooms 4bed+living+family, they have rejuvenated the carpets that went through years of living, including raising multiple kids - food stains, colors, bleach marks - what not!

Throughout the process, they were very professional - screening and estimating, scheduling, on time finishing - can’t ask for more! They also left the house nice and clean.

Moser carpet will definitely be my go to provider in the future , and I will recommend them in a heartbeat!

If you’re in the San Francisco Bay Area and have carpets that have developed ripples over the years—but are otherwise in great shape—Brandon at Moser Carpet Repairs is the one to call. He’s a certified contractor who knows the science, mechanics, installation codes, and the latest techniques to properly stretch your carpet so it lasts for years to come. Worried about heavy or bulky furniture getting in the way? He and his team handle that too. Brandon is easy to work with, reliable, provides excellent follow-up, and charges fair, transparent prices. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Moser Carpet Repair. They responded quickly to our inquiry and completed the job within 24 hours of our contact. The team was friendly and professional, taking pride in providing quality service. Will use again for all our carpet maintenance/repair needs.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was doing business with Brandon & Jesse at Moser Carpet Repairs Inc. we had a very tight timeline to get the repairs needed and as busy as they were they were able to accommodate with a beautiful outcome. Jesse is a master at his craft and truly cares about the quality of his work. Brandon was able to track down some very hard to find flooring to make it all possible. Both were very professional, honest and very good at what they do. The end result was very clean and done at a reasonable price.I would recommend them a hundred times to anyone with flooring needs. These two truly care about what they do. Thank you both!

After I contacted Moser Carpet Repairs, they contacted me immediately and gave an estimate via text. They are reasonable and reliable. They shared their company’s licensing and background experience. We were interested in carpet restretching and glad that we chose them. Melody and Brandon communicated effectively with scheduling the appt, Jesse did the actual work of restretching of the carpet. He was efficient, friendly, and personable and left the area nice and clean! My husband and I both agreed that Jesse did a great job and we would hire Moser Carpet Repairs again!

Jesse of Moser carpets was excellent. He came on time and was very pleasant and friendly. Work was well done and very efficiently. He had to stretch carpet, trim and tuck in and it eliminated the crease.
