Amazing!!! Thank you to Jennifer, Brandon, Steve and Jose for all the help! Had a horrible experience with a couple companies just to get an estimate and Moser was there to help every step of the way! It's really hard to find great service but I guarantee, you will not be disappointed. They were responsive, very diligent, very very professional and reasonable in pricing! Thank you for all your help you all did an astronomically amazing job and we will continue to use only Moser moving forward!

Through some unfortunate events I ended up with a bleach spot on my pretty new carpet and I was devastated. I did some reach and found that it's possible the dye the carpet, and found Moser Brothers. I reached out and had great service from the start. Brandon came by and dyed the carpet, and it looked fantastic... but was back in a few hours. Turns out my carpet is unusual and would normal dye would not stick... normally I believe they would have then tried a patch, but I had no extra carpet, nor do I have any closets or out of view places with this carpet. So Brandon tried a second day. This also did not stick. He came back a 3rd time to cut the carpet and try to find a close match at a carpet warehouse, but when he came he thought to try one more idea, which was to use pieces from in-between stairs, and it looks fantastic.
Through it all I was so impressed with their customer service. Jennifer, who handled all the scheduling, even went to far as to make me feel better about how dumb I felt in staining my carpet. Through all the trail and error, they both made me feel they had my back and would not settle for a failed outcome. One more note, I paid after the first visit, so it's not like a fail would have meant less money for them. That means a lot.
Hopefully I never stain my carpet again, haha, but if I did I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Jesse did an excellent job stretching and cleaning our carpets. Very fast, consistent work— we no longer have any bubbling or wrinkles in the carpet. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled to write this review for Brandon Moser, owner and Moser Carpet Repair. This wonderfully caring and capable family business began positively when Melody heard my angst over a carpet deeply damaged by a former “ repair person” who walked away and left me with a ruined carpet and then didn’t return calls. Melody was so kind and helpful and arranged for Brandon to come out the same day. He gave it his absolute all, was so kind and encouraging and sincerely made me feel that he would get it taken care of very fairly with back up ideas if it didn’t work with the dye. His high integrity, capable and caring “ I got you” made me feel so much better. He clearly knows what he is doing and worked on the science project until he got it looking very good-and for a very fair price, adding if it doesn’t hold, I’ll return 1/2 theory and we’ll go to plan B. Just a stand up guy and he got it looking pretty darn good given the damage done. I was thrilled with his easy solution to something that had become really time consuming, expensive and upsetting. I don’t usually post reviews but I do if a service provider does great work and helps make my life easier. Moser Carpet Repairs is one of those providers. Their knowledge, their work ethic, and most importantly their results are why I’m posting a five-star review. The team at Moser made it so easy to work with them. Did I mention the results? Saved me over $10k in carpet replacement costs. They dyed and fixed a bleach stain on the carpet that many said required replacement. I’m glad we found this company and if my carpets sustain future unfortunate events, I know who to call. Thanks MCR and Brandon!

I had a great experience with Moser Carpet Repair. The price was comparable to other companies, but their customer service really set them apart. Scheduling was easy, and the technician Jesse was fantastic—arrived on time and did a great job. Very happy with the service.

Jesse Ibarra was on time and completed our carpet power stretching with fantastic results. He was very courteous and takes pride with his work. Moser is a highly recommended company. The technician is also very friendly and professional. My team sprayed bleach on my client's carpet. In the end, Moser brought back a smile to my client's face and their trust in us by solving the problem and repairing the carpet. I was looking for someone to stretch my carpet and didn't want to use a big box store. Went searching on a Sunday night. Found Moser online. Answered a few questions on the scope of work. Received a response that same night. They sent me an estimate, I approved it online. I was contracted Monday to schedule and a carpet tech, A.J., came out on Tuesday morning and did the job. It looks great. A.J. was on time, pleasant, efficient, answered my questions and it looks great. I would highly recommend Moser Carpet Repair to the best of friends!

Brandon did an amazing job dying a rug we purchased online that arrived in a very different color than what we ordered. He worked with us to ensure the ideal color. Then he took meticulous care in the dying process, as we've come to learn that the super soft carpet fibers were difficult to work with.

The end result is exactly what we wanted!

A huge shout out as well to Melody, who managed all the project planning and coordination. We can't say enough great things about the experience of working with them and the fabulous work that they did!

Had a great experience working with Moser and team. Had remodeled a walk in closet and in the process removed the carpet, padding and tack strips. Needed someone to come in and reinstall, I had all the materials already. Called Moser on Saturday, and he sent Ajay out the next morning. Ajay arrived promptly and got the job done quickly and professionally. Extremely happy with the final result, price was very reasonable, and did not have to waste any time with the closet being unusable. Will definitely be calling Moser again for any future carpet jobs.
