Flooring reviews across the US

Jerry and Brian were amazing with taking care of installing my flooring. Got me an appointment quickly and their installer's, Carlos and Gabriel were on time and very efficient. They answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Look forward to working with them again on future projects.

A great, fast quality job by Quality Carpet care in Simi Valley. I had Jerry & Brian out to quote me on replacing the horrible carpet in my 4yr old home. After my wife and I finally decided on the carpet we were going to be happy with we had These guys give us a price, and I’ll say their price was roughly 40% less than the previous company we’ve used for over 20yrs. They were fast efficient and pleasant to work with. Great job guys.

We had a small flood in our kitchen awhile back that ruined our laminate wood flooring. After searching for months for a floor that my dear wife liked () we were frustrated. We visited all the local flooring stores and saw flooring we liked but never felt completely confident in their installation ability. My wife found a recommendation on a Facebook group for Quality Carpet and Flooring. Not expecting anything different, she called, and Jerry and Brian came over to meet us. They were incredibly friendly and confident in their presentations. These poor guys... My wife had them bring countless samples to our house to look at and she asked them millions of questions. They were incredibly patient and always happy to help. Once she decided on the floor she wanted we asked for a quote . It was very competitive with the several others we had received. Thrilled, we scheduled the installation. The installation crew showed up on time and worked unbelievably quickly. They spent extra time grinding concrete and adding self leveler to make sure our floor was level. They even pulled a section up to re-level underneath because they weren't satisfied (our concrete is jacked up...thanks earthquakes ) They also installed and caulked new baseboards that look amazing. Needless to say we are absolutely thrilled. The floor looks amazing and the installation was flawless. The installers worked unbelievably quickly and with precision. They took time to cleanup at the end of everyday too. Overall, our experience was fantastic. I would strongly recommend these guys for any of your flooring needs.

This was our second experience - first was a carpet repair, and so we had the team come back out for new flooring. Communication was stellar leading up to and during installation. We understood all of our options and the differences between them.
Installation was timely and superb quality. We could not be happier and plan to have them come back to replace the carpet in our master as well. Highly recommend Quality Carpet & Flooring.

Great customer service. I recommend using their services for painting the grout, looks great!!!!! Regrouting the bathroom though, waste of money. They say it should wipe away well for the first 6months to a year. Anywhere we walked from day 1 the grout stained. Mopping just solidified the stain. They came out and redid the grout once to “fix” it. Being a home owner, you know you’re going to have winds and loses. I’m glad the paint worked! Just don’t spend money on the regrouting if it’s on the floor and you’ll be walking on it.

This is the most professional company with the best customer service! From the initial estimate with Les, I knew we were in good hands!! My tile looks outstanding!! My only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner!
Thank you for providing such outstanding service!!

All I can say is WOW! My floors look brand new. I am so thrilled with Grout Beautiful's work! Extremely professional and fantastic work. Contact them!

Turned out better than I could of ever imagined. Highly recommend them. Les, Dan and Sandra were extremely helpful and a pleasure. Their crew worked hard and were very pleasant. The work is guaranteed for 10 yrs, hopefully I will update this post then and let you know the floors still look great.

A very cost effective and easy way to restoring your dirty old floors. Cost effective because its a fraction of the cost of replacing. Easy because the whole process took less than seven hours with workers being very professional and helpful. Have received very positive comments from those who have seen it. The floors once again look new. My wife is very happy therefore happy wife happy life.

I just had some remodeling done and my floors took a real beating with foot traffic and excess products. Grout Beautiful has met my wildest expectations and then some. Everyone was very respectful and paid attention to detail. I had to leave before they finished. They followed all my instructions perfectly (as to how to lock up).

Les, Susan and Carlos were all great to deal with. Carlos re-tiled our shower floor and it came out amazing. He took his time and did the job right. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows! Where lately it is hard to find great customer service and great work, these guys have both. And they are super nice and helpful too! Highly recommend.

FABULOUS! Les came to my house to give me a quote, explained the entire process, and showed me pictures of what it would look like when done. The guys came on time, worked hard, and the tile looks AMAZING! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to bring your tile and grout back to life. MIne was 14 years old and looks brand new!

Excellent work.
We had used Grout Beautiful in 2017 for kitchen backsplash regrouting, Master Bathroom floor and shower regrouting and floor tile refinishing and were very satisfied with the quality of their work.
In 2022 we contracted with them again to clean and regrout all tile areas of my home.
We are very happy with the results.

Highly recommended!

Very professional and fast. This is my second time using them. We used them 13 years ago and were so happy with the results we called again. My tile looks like new by just addressing the grout. Highly recommend Grout Beautiful.

I can not say enough positive things about this company!! This is the second time they have done work for me, and I am beyond happy with their work! The gentlemen that came out were professional, hard workers, and very kind!! Sue and Les are such kind people with strong work ethics, and the company has perfect reviews because of them and their staff. My tile looks brand new, and I am sooooo happy!! Thank you thank you thank you!! Will be seeing you again!!

Les and his crew are very professional and fast. Our floors looks like new and seems more spacious. Definitively cleaning is going to be more easily. We are very happy! I recommend Grout Beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this company from beginning to end, I could not be more pleased. I was ready to rip out a house full of 1990 tile. Instead, Grout Beautiful brought it back to life incl a new grout color which made it disappear into the tile, instead of looking like a checkerboard. I spoke to 3 companies and then settled on them, glad I did. Highly recommended.

We just purchased a home in South Florida. Grout Beautiful and its partner redid the grout and repaired some tiles. It revived our new home. Les was incredibly easy to work with. His grout choices blended with out tile perfectly. Carlos, the tile fixer, did a lovely job. We are very happy.
