I had my floors cleaned and re-colored / sealed by Grout Beautiful. They did an amazing job! I would like to give a shout out to their color specialist, Dan, who did a tremendous job picking our new color, and a shoutout for being a true professional and class act. I called Grout Beautiful as a last resort because I had gotten my grout cleaned before, but with questionable results. My tile is 25 years old. I cannot afford to change my floors. So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. The best is what I got! From the first phone call to the last, professionals in every way.
The team that came to the house were terrific! Joe and DD were exceptional.
When DD saw my concern about how I hoped this would come out well, she said, “ You’re not going to believe it. I can’t wait to see the look on your face when we’re finished! And that look is what makes me happy I do what I do!”

Grout Beautiful came through for us yet again! We now have had its services performed in 3 of our homes and 3 of our extended family members’. Not only has it helped to make each of our homes’ floors look pristine, its grout color offerings have enhanced/beautified the overall look of our tiled areas, making a great improvement over the grout that the builders had used at time of home construction.

Besides the original Grout Beautiful applications, we’ve also had the very reasonably priced maintenance services done to keep things looking new each few years. This service has been at the top of our list anytime we are preparing a property for sell too… It just makes such a big difference to the look and feel of a property for showings. Trust me, all sellers should take the time to get their floors prepped by Grout Beautiful before their photo shoots for listings and before opening their homes for showings to potential buyers. We have always been glad we have after receiving so many comments from buyers’ agents about how well kept and beautiful our homes for sale have looked… comments such as, “Everything looks so new,” just wouldn’t be possible without the help of Grout Beautiful!

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to recognize Dan from Grout Beautiful. He came to my house originally to show me the products and explain the process. When I decided I wanted to move forward, he came back again to ensure the color matched perfectly. After the work was done and when a few little areas didn't dry property he came back yet again to fix them himself. In today's economy it is so hard to find hard-working and responsible workers- congrats on having one of those employees and thank you again, Dan!

The tiles in my house are over 20 years old, and, with numerous senior dogs over the years, there was a strong urine smell. I got a quote to retile of over $20,000 which was not an option. I was recommended to Grout Beautiful. Dan came and gave me an estimate, and they mixed a custom color for my grout. The two technicians who came to do the work were very sweet and professional. I showed them a "wonky" table that is very old and shaky and they took great care with everything. The whole process took about 5 to 6 hours, and everything was put back in place. The tile looks beautiful. The new grout color lightens up the whole house, and everything is shiny again. Best of all, no urine smell! I am beyond pleased with the results, with the service, and with everyone I have had contact with at Grout Beautiful. Highly recommend.

Grout Beautiful has been cleaning our tile and grout for years. Just had them do a tile clean and grout refresh today. As always, they did not disappoint. The work staff was so efficient and did a great job. Our tile and grout looks renewed. This is a first class company that we highly recommend. From the office staff to the staff who comes to do the work, first class all the way!!

I have been using grout beautiful since 2017. I have a yearly maintenance program that they come every year and rewash it and touch up the grout. Excellent job three people come and do a beautiful job. Best company to get your floors done thank you.

I can't stay enough good things about Grout Beautiful and the people who work there. We had a great experience and our grout and tiles look fantastic. Dan is fantastic and has great attention to detail. He will come out to give you a quote and make sure you are happy with the grout color and process. He did such a good job matching the grout line to the tile that our floors look like marble. The Company offers a maintenance program, which is great and the guys who came out to do the job were kind, hard working and neat!

We put our house on the market & was given feedback that we needed to do “carpet stretching” in some of the rooms. We never heard of this before but surely I did a quick Google search and found Armstrong Carpet Repair. He showed up on time, did an assessment of the areas he felt we needed to complete and advised us on areas where he didn’t see the need. After the assessment we asked when could he return and he let us know he could return later in the week but his wife was also due to have the baby any day now. Then he said “give me a minute”, he went to his truck and came back and said “if you don’t mind, I have everything I need to do the job now that way if the baby decides to come I won’t have to cancel on you”. Excellent, quick and affordable work! Will continue to recommend!!!

Malachi was able to give us a quote on replacing carpet the same day we called and completed the project 2 days later with the exact carpet we wanted. Installation was quick and professional, he even fixed a squeaky spot in the floor as part of the original price. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

First and only company I called to have my carpet stretched. No need to call anyone else. Excellent workmanship, very professional, reasonable pricing, with a great personality. Will definitely use him again if needed.

I hired Mr. Armstrong to replace all of the carpeting in the house, just under 2000 sq feet. It was a big job, I couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks great and the price was better than the other quotes I obtained. My questions and concerns were all addressed before they got started. They were responsive, respectful, always on time. They took their time to make sure it was doing right, but managed to be efficient too!

I called this morning for a quote to get the carpet in our bedroom patched. Mr. Armstrong was able to come out within hours the same day. He’s very responsive and does great work! Definitely recommend!

This company was nothing short of outstanding. I called on 21JAN19 and spoke to Malachi (owner) about my carpet situations. I had several issues in various locations downstairs and upstairs. Malachi was here next day and completed repairs within 60 to 90 minutes. I was extremely pleased with repairs and price. I thought before I spoke to Malachi that I would have to end up having to replace entire carpet. I am blown away by the quick response, phenomenal work, and professionalism I experience. I called on a Saturday and they came out on a Sunday. I was moving within 2 weeks and needed someone to come out ASAP. The repair was quick and looks great.

Mr. Armstrong came out to my house and did a great job repairing an area where my cats scratched patches out of my carpet! Mr. Armstrong was very professional and proficient with the service he provided. He also shared a wealth of knowledge regarding different flooring options.
