My wife and I could not be happier with the customer service from this company I absolutely love out floors and these guys they did an outstanding job and was fair priced and willing to work with us with anything they needed the installers were very nice and worked precisely and you hardly even knew they were there and they did a phenomenal job this was the best money I have ever spent I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend Floorworks enough. They recently did flooring throughout our house. Chuck and his team are amazing. They were prompt and did excellent work. And the price was great.

Did a great job assisting us with flooring options. Gave us knowledgeable insights into our choices and concerns. Took time to do the job Correctly!!! Thank you FloorWorks.... Great job!!!!!

Floorworks did a great install for me at my home. Their estimators and installers were professional and timely. I would definitely recommend them.

I have literally been trying to get in touch with someone about an estimate for a month now. I submitted an inquiry online and no one contacted me. I’ve called on two separate occasions since then and left my info with them. I was told someone would contact me to go over an estimate for carpet in my daughter’s room. No one has called. Very unprofessional.

A workman (from another company stepped through our ceiling late one day. Our insurance company recommended Floorworks to do the repair. Floorworks responded immediately and worked after hours on temporary repair. They worked with our insurance on estimate and timeframe. The fix was accomplished and we can’t even tell where the hole was!! They did a great job!! We then hired them to replace a carpeted bedroom floor with wood. Floorworks was able to find an exact match to the other wooden floor throughout the house and did a timely, and beautiful replacement!! We will use Floorworks for additional jobs in the future!!
