I just had my bathroom remodeled by Floorworks, they were prompt in giving me an estimate, and their installer named Jason was very curtious and professional. They did an awesome job and I love my bathroom now. I highly recommend Floorworks.

Quality products and great service! I have used them for flooring in several houses including my own personal house. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their installers know what they're doing! Floorworks has the rare combination of excellent pricing and quality service!

I had the pleasure of meeting (under alternate business pretense) all of the employees, including the owner and his son, of Floorworks, LLC and feel compelled to say a few things about them. Let me first say that I haven’t had any flooring installed by them so I can’t attest to that; however there is no doubt in my mind if I were getting ready to install flooring in my home, these are the people I would have do it. Over the years due to my job I have met a lot of company owners including their staff, yet this is the first time I’ve EVER written a review (if I stopped the review right now, that statement alone should tell you everything you need to know) about said companies, company owners, and/or staff!
I just wanted everyone to know that these are extremely genuine, good, polite, first “CLASS” people at Floorworks, LLC! Even though I have no first hand knowledge of installation, I can say the different flooring products they have are gorgeous and I would probably have a difficult time having to choose because they do have such a vast variety of flooring!
It’s rare, very rare, I meet people who remind me of “home” (“salt of the earth” good people where I grew up), but today I did just that!

I paid to have some LVP laid down, after the first time they came there were many many noticeable, bumps and flaws in the LVP. I had called and they came back to fix it, but left again with many noticeable, bumps, and even parts of the flooring beginning to stick back up. I’ve been trying to contact them for months trying to get my floors fixed again and have not had any of my phone calls returned. I’m very disappointed in this type of service and job done. Wasted $1500. Wish I would’ve known before hiring them

So I scheduled for someone to come out to our home to measure and give an estimate for hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room area. I wanted the hardwood floors to match what I already had down in the walkway of our home. But unfortunately, I did not have extra so that they could ensure it matches. They called me and asked if I could provide a picture so that they could do their best to provide an accurate estimate. I sent pictures to them twice upon their request and still no estimate or a call back. I called them several times to see what else I could provide so that we could get the work done and I was told each time I’d have the estimate in my email within a few days. It’s been well over a month and still nothing. That’s bad business and unprofessional.

Floorworks was nothing less than extraordinary. From the first phone call to the end of the installation they have been prompt and professional. The team who did the installation, were polite and respectful of our property. Will continue to use them for any flooring needs in the future!

I had a AC water leak that flooded my bedroom, closet and kitchen, so I called to ask for help. I received several very large fans within an hour and the owner, Conner, came to my house and pulled up the carpet, finished setting up the fans, and cut the old pad up to help dry it out as quickly as possible. After the floor and carpet was completely dry, they sent a carpet guy who laid fresh pad and reinstalled the carpet. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the quick service and attention to detail. When you have an emergency situation it is great to have someone you can count on and know things will be done right and quickly. I highly recommend Floorworks! Thanks again for everything you did for us.

This is a wonderful place to come for your flooring needs. They are all so friendly and helpful! They worked quickly and were installing my floors the same week I ordered them and were through in 4 days. My floors are just beautiful. The price was also more reasonable than other places I’be priced. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was very pleased with Floorworks as they came highly recommended from several different people. I had previously been loyal to another locally owned flooring company who I used on flooring for at least 25 houses and I always thought I was getting a fair deal. I compared prices between Floorworks and the other company and it almost made me sick to my stomach how much cheaper Floorworks was for the same exact product. I felt like I had been robbed over the last 15 years. Conner was great to deal with and his installers were top notch. I have since referred them to several other people who have all been pleased. Two years ago Floorworks was recommended to me by my realtor when I purchased an older home and was redoing all the flooring. They were prompt, professional, and did a beautiful job on the installation. Recently I’ve had them back to remove and replace flooring that was damaged by a plumbing leak. My calls were returned promptly, everyone involved was so polite and helpful, and they restored my flooring, baseboard, and cabinet trim perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for better care through this experience!

My husband and I spend a few months getting estimates from other businesses without satisfaction. Floorworks was professional from start to finish. In the world of scams, we decided to have them do our kitchen floor first (which was damaged) just to do a test run. The guys came in on the date promised and finish the project in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and patient (I had a lot of questions) with us. We were very pleased with the work they’ve done.

Floorworks just completed the second project (living room, office, small hallway and closet) a few days ago and I can’t stress enough on how pleased we are with the floors. We did have a small scheduling issue which was fixed immediately by Floorworks, so thank you!!!

We plan on using them again in the near future for a bigger project.

The only thing is the price is a little higher than most. But I’m a firm believer you get what you pay for. I’ll gladly pay a little extra for a great job and a peace of mind.

We are very pleased with the results of our flooring, Floorworks LLC. staff was professional and courteous. They took their time to ensure the job was done right without any unnecessary delays and complete the job within a reasonable time period. The floor looks seamless!!

These people went above and beyond in the work they did for me! Ashley was the best and even went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Floorworks staff: Ashlee and Lance did an amazing job from starting the mitigation to the end and the open communication for someone to be experiencing this type of services was superb.

Lovely final product on my forced remodel due to storm damage which flooded straight thru roof down 2 floors to basement. Came in on budget and worked with me to ensure insurance payments covered all repairs.

I don't usually rate businesses in this format, but I was so pleased with Floor works. Excellent job and Conner, staff and crew were easy to work with from picking out flooring. Yes, it took us a while to choose. They let us take sample boards home for as long as needed. Cost was very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend floor works for any project. We will definitely use them again in the future. Go ahead and give them a call. You won't be disappointed. Attached pictures are of our ugly floor and the transformation.

Ashlee was amazing during the process of my home repairs. She took the time to explain everything to me and when the guys finished she made sure everything was to my satisfaction. She was patient with me when I was deciding styles, colors and everything else. Other people rush you to make up your mind but she didn’t and I truly appreciated that.

I was referred to Floorworks through my homeowners insurance company for a water leak in my bathroom ceiling. From the office manager, Ashlee, to the water mitigation team to the repair work, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The job wasn’t big, but they made me feel like I was their top priority.
The office manager, Ashlee, was so nice and helpful and patient with all my questions. She treated me like a friend, not just another insurance claim. I would definitely use them for any future home renovations.

After dealing with an insurance claim, our renovation could have been stressful but Ashley and John made it so much easier. They were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way, and the work was completed quickly. We truly appreciated how easy they were to work with.

Bobby did an excellent job on repairing our original hardwood flooring from the 60’s . We were very satisfied with his professionalism and timely manner that the work was done. I would highly recommend him !
