Looks like the manager had my review deleted. I'll just say that speaks for itself. I'm with AJ. If you care about other people at all, please don't shop at the Tacoma Floor and Decor.

We have gone in several times making multiple decision decisions about our flooring in our house and every time we have gotten the help that we’ve needed, Employees are very helpful.
We especially want to mention AJ who helped us with our flooring and was exceptional in every way. If we come back for other needs, we will request him For help. He was knowledgeable, took time with us, as though we were the only ones, was professional, and very personal.

Very large selection of tile. Broad price range. From low to high. Many displays to inspire and also give you an actual impression of what the tile will look like, installed.

This staff was very, very helpful in both locations I shopped in. Tukwila and Tacoma. They all went out of their way to welcome me into the store. Extremely helpful locate products, also offered to help me outside and load.

Something that I learned; the stores have different displays and sometimes different products. Don't assume because you see a particular tile.In one store, then another store will automatically carry that tile as well. That said, they often carry the same products. Meaning, floor décor in Tukwila and floor décor in Tacoma may have different tile from one another. Also carry some of the exact same tile but could have a different price point. If you notice this, and bring it to their attention, they will price match. Simply put floor and décor stores often do offer the identical product but not at the identical price. However, if a different one of their stores has a lower price on the same product, if you ask, they will match that store's price. In addition they also offer military discount. bring your ID.

What a great shopping experience as a pro flooring business owner. So impressed with the in stock inventory and the customer service was the best I've ever had in a flooring store. If ur looking for flooring or tile fir ur shower remodel project, this is the place to go...PERIOD!!!

Absolutely Love this place! Huge building and great big displays of stuff.. Never a line to wait probably because were usually the first ones to walk through the doors. They have every color, style, make, type, size, you can think of.. If you've never been i highly recommend checking this place out!

I really like the store, selection and customer service. I was a tile setter for 20 years and I’m happy with my finished shower.

You do have to watch the natural stone mosaic tile as it varies drastically in color. I had to do a repair as a few sheets on the floor really stood out. I also used a white marble thinset.

TONS of choices, helpful staff, love the large displays. Has everything you need to install flooring.

We went to Great Floors and about to purchase tiles and grouts to remodeling our bathroom but the floor tiles and accent tiles that we picked will not arrive for another 6 weeks. So we decided to brows here (Floor and Decor). They have the tiles in stock and it's cheaper.

I was cut off by a large floor and decor box truck. He unsafely didnt stop, and proceeded to go under the speed limit significantly after blowing stop sign. D19153e

Shameakah was amazing. Walked around with us and helped us with backsplash and countertops. Really appreciated her and working with my budget.

I have nothing but good things to recommend for this place. The selection is vast with both tile and flooring. No pressure from the staff.
I purchased tile and some tile supplies… I like taking my time and over purchase so it’s nice that they are great about returning the excess unused flooring and tile.

Beautiful displays and reasonable prices, but we couldn't get anyone to answer our questions. We finally got a young guy to show us the slabs & he told us all the reasons "it's hard" to order from them.

This is our favorite place to get tile and flooring!
We live over an hour away but happened to be in the neighborhood and noticed that they were closing in 2 minutes. We literally just wanted to run in and take a couple of photos of some wood flooring, so though we knew it would only take a few seconds, we were worried they would not let us in.
Staff smiled and didn't even mention they were closing soon, and even as we were going up to the samples, a salesperson approached us and asked if we needed help without mentioning they were closing either.
On our way out, we asked the cashier if there was going to be a sale since it was a holiday weekend, and though they weren't having one, they told us about a couple specials they have going on (like flooring of the week).
On top of all this they have pretty good selection and great prices. Looking forward to coming back when we have more time and buying our flooring!

My wife and I have had the pleasure of ordering from Floor & Decor in the past, and I must say, our recent experiences have been even more rewarding. In the last week, we made two visits to the store, both of which were marked by outstanding service from an incredibly knowledgeable employee named Victor.

From the moment we walked in, Victor greeted us with a warm smile and an eagerness to help. His thorough understanding of vinyl flooring was impressive, and he provided us with an abundance of information that greatly enhanced our knowledge of the product. Not only was Victor well-versed in the technical aspects, but he also took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations.

What stood out the most was his sincere kindness and genuine desire to assist us. His enthusiasm and patience made the experience not just informative but enjoyable. I cannot emphasize enough how refreshing it was to encounter someone so dedicated to customer service. Victor truly went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of expertise that surpassed what I had learned online. Thanks to his exceptional guidance, our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. We left the store feeling confident and excited about our flooring choices, all thanks to Victor's remarkable service.

Great variety of products and most of the people in the floor is friendly and nice (not all of them but most of them)
A mess in the organization and delivery
They made mistakes in the products, they try to complete your orders with the other stores but they want you to pay for the transport (after they sold the product to you)
Not the best experience

So many great options, it can be overwhelming! Working with the complimentary design service at the store makes the whole process a lot more manageable and fun. I worked with the designer, Michelle, and found her to be super talented and a cool person. She listened to my ideas then pulled together all the pieces to make it come to life! I actually had fun walking around the store with her as she helped me to understand how different looks could work in the bathroom I was remodeling. In the end, I love my bathroom and am very grateful to her for her design-eye!

A great place for a large selection of tile and flooring options. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. It can be a little overwhelming to look at all the options so definitely allot a bit of time for walking around and looking through their clearance options.

So…I couldn’t find the flooring I needed at my home store of north Portland, OR, so I had to coordinate with this Tacoma, WA location that had the last few boxes of flooring. That was this morning, and I had to drive ALL THE WAY to Tacoma to go and retrieve it or wait longer and pay $200 for shipping. When I arrived the same guy Steven was the one that loaded it up for me AND was the same guy that I spoke with this morning. He was so kind! Floor and Decor…please give Steven a raise or something. This man is HARD WORKING

Iggy helped me unload my heavy flooring boxes out of my car to return to store. He was friendly and willing to help. I so appreciate when staff are friendly and Iggy was!
