The technician, Varick Harris was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He showed me potential problems that I may need to fix in the future. He did a great job

Yesterday Thursday October 16, 2024 I had a real emergency at my house. No water(Well System), No Ac, No Water Heater and the Stove not working what else I can ask right?? I try to fixed from my own but I not the expert and decide to call this Professional Company called Super Fast Electric. Folk's the name is real they're super super fast. I called around 3pm and I spoke with this knowledgeable lady called Beverly extremely super friendly, knows everything and works super fast. I asked please I need same day service and right away enter my information and at 5pm the Technician arrives. Mr. Carlos Rentas very professional, knows everything that I ask him, very detail person, super super friendly and gave different recommendations in order to improve my Electric Service in my house. Thank you very much Beverly and Carlos you save my life. Many Blessings to all the staff. Reliable company you can trust 100% without any inconveniences it all.

I really appreciate the awesome work today from Kevin Cheney! Our utility company had notified us of an electrical hazard that needed to be fixed immediately. He came out right away and explained to me all of the issues and options in a way that I could understand. We were able to fix the issue that same day at an affordable cost and I’m am so relieved! Thank you so much Kevin, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone with electrical work to be done.

Varik was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave me 3 estimates so I could determine how much work I wanted done. He and Damien did a great job on installation of ceiling fans. They disposed of old fans and even offered to vacuum the work space. What a pleasure to to have great customer service. Will have him back for more work!

Carlos was a super star. Walked me through and explained things to me in a simplistic way so I could understand. Electro and I’ve come across don’t explain the situation or don’t explain it well, but Carlos did. He keeps the customer in mind as he is doing his work which is nice. I've Had a breaker go bad due to the constant power bumps in my area. I reached out to super fast eletric and was able to book a couple days out. The tech was there no more than 15 minutes, checking and making sure the outlets had no faults that would had caused the issue. After replacing the breaker, the tech gave me the estimate and It came out to $1.2k.... now this was just the preventive pricing so I was a bit relived for a little, until I saw that the pricing for the repair alone was $300.... For just 1 breaker replacement.... I had quoted the same issue somewhere else by a bigger company, and I was quoted $180. I respect the trade but unfortunately this is something that will force people to go with someone else for bigger projects.

Kevin Cheney has been super helpful. With electrical not being my expertise , Kevin has gone over and beyond to explain what we need to know and finds ways to make things simple and understandable. Super Fast has been super great!! Would definitely recommend.

Carlos technician? Come out to service some issues that we had in the house. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave us some recommendations of things that should be taken care of in the future.He was outstanding.I would definitely recommend you guys. Had an issue with my pool pump not turning on and Chris with super fast came out. He was on time, worked through the issue to fix my pool not turning on, and then walked me through some suggestions for my home. I went ahead and had them do some of the suggestions and he emailed me the remaining suggestions with the quote. Would recommend using super fast.

Carlos Rentas from Super Fast Electric was very helpful, in not only identifying the problem, but also repairing the light switch and replacing the breaker! He was very thorough with identifying the problem and possible factors that could cause the problem and even offered multiple solutions! This helped me determine the best possible solution that worked best for me and my situation! Not only was he thorough, fast, and efficient; he made sure i understood what was going on, making sure i was comfortable!

I dread any kind of electrical problem, but got lucky with Super Fast Electric. Super Fast Electric sent Carlos to evaluate the electric problems we have and give us estimates. We currently have to repair a light fixture in the laundry room and replace bulbs in the outdoor lights near our garage. Carlos was extremely professional. He always covered his shoes inside to protect the floor. He answered all our questions. He performed tests, and checked other electric systems inside and outside of the house, discovering some additional problems. Carlos suggested the repairs that we need and didn’t pressure us into making the repairs. He gave us excellent estimates. He was very courteous and seems very knowledgeable. We will have this company solve our problems. We used different electricians in the past and none of them did routine checks on our electric panels as part of their preliminary visit. I do recommend Super Fast Electric if you have questions or problems to solve with regards to electrics.
